Nice MOC. I would definitely recommend adding a little more to the scenery to balance it out, though-- maybe a streetlight or a post where the large tile is now. As it is it seems like there is a lot of empty space, so I would either add detail as I mentioned or downsize it. Still it's a nice creation, and funny.

I know I COULD, especially now that it's off backorder, but I'd rather not pay shipping costs for a set thats already slightly overpriced. Oh well. Leaving now, hoping for the best! Reason for edit: Wouldn't YOU like to know...

Hey guys, gonna make a trip over to the new Elmhurst Lego store in Queens today, and I was wondering if they'd have any of the exclusives from other stores like TRU or Wal-Mart? I'm hoping to finally get my hands on a Landspeeder... Just a quick question, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Official release date is early September I believe, but I'd expect some shops to start putting out as early as mid August. Any other questions you have could probably be answered by or directed to this topic.

A very nice improvement over the first one. The only suggestion I could make is to add some kind of texture or variation (besides the few windows) to the wall going around, although I know this must have been difficult using only parts from those two sets alone. However, it really is some excellent building with that in mind. Good work! Now how about combining two of the new Lions castles...

I don't know, but I sure hope so. Huge disappointment for me. They obviously have the tools to do it right as they did with the jester impulse, so if quality control finally did step up, I'm suddenly more interested once again in these sets...

Yup. It was Lego's way of saying "We're ALMOST giving you pirates back... but not quite." A lot of people find mysterious pirates parts that end up having come from there, i.e. silver scimitar, big skull...

Shuttle looks amazing. I'll definitely have to find the money for this one. Hope it gets a display at Comic Con. Am I the only one who's really curious as to what it looks like from the back? And whether or not there's an interior besides the cockpit?

Yes, just call and tell them what happened. They're pretty good with missing/wrong parts. And besides, it's just one rock monster-- it's not like you're calling and saying "Hi, I just bought 10 copies of Mon Calimari Cruiser and none of them contained Admiral Ackbar! Make it up to me!" So they'll definitely believe you, if you're worried about that.

We saw it listed on a minifigs poster about a month ago. Had a picture of Ep6 Luke, Vader, Shuttle Pilot, and (Stormtrooper?) Something like that... likely to be an Imperial Shuttle, based on the figs. That is, if they ever remember to announce it...

Strange that he has the old helmet and printing... I would have thought that the whole point was to go with the new armor. But either way, looks good! Were these toy fair exclusives, or are these gonna be random throw-ins like the chrome 3pos?

Possible, but unlikely... the minifgs book they gave out gives the AT-AT a set number in the 8000s, which is uncharacteristic for a UCS set. But then again, it lists the AT-AT figures under the "Exclusives" section, (Strangely ignoring the shuttle minifigs altogether) so I'd predict an Exclusive label for both of these sets, with the shuttle possibly being UCS... after all, it could well be just another ~$100 set, as the Tantive IV isn't really UCS and has a 10000s number.

Anyone remember if Lego did a special revealing for the Dropship/AT-OT last year? Because unless they're going to be doing something like that, I doubt that we'll be seeing the Imperial Shuttle today. Or the AT-AT, for that matter, but I believe we'll be seeing the shuttle first...

Voldemort Voldemort oooo Volde Volde Volde Voldemort! I think... sure looks like him, whether or not there's any logical reason for him to be in Hogwarts (which there isn't) So maybe I just wanted to sing the Potter Puppet Pals song... yeah, probably. Really liking these sets, although The Burrow to me looks... disappointing. I guess I was just expecting something bigger and more detailed, and more faithful to the one in the last movie. Anyone else notice that Ron has the skater kid hair from the collectible minifigs in orange?

Awesome, AT-AT minifigs list. And is 8128 Bane's speeder? I guess it must be... I wonder If they'll give Han/3PO and The rebel some kind of place to stand, or just throw them into the set like they did with all the extra figs in the X-Wing?

Arm stamps... and lack of neck black squareness. China... prepare for war. It's only 1:20am here, I still have some time to continuously check for the folder's moderation... Someone remind me-- where have we seen figs like this before? Like, with the stamps and stuff I mean... I'm not sure if I have any yet...

I think this might be due the smooth surface of the straight wedges and the rough surface of the corner wedges catching the light differently, but I could be wrong. Let's hope not... This line looks pretty good to me right now. I object to the new portcullis and overall <insert that tiresome argument> feel of it, but I remember thinking that of the Fantasy Era prelims also.

I have one, too. Didn't realize it's a valuable mis-mold... I got it from the Tantive IV, probably because I ordered it on the day of release. After seeing it in (KimT's)? review, I assumed it was just a new mold... Oh well, no complaints

Sorry man, but I don't think this is any new Harry Potter stuff. The Ghost is from that exclusive castle from a few years back, and the helmet is from a KKII chess set. Don't worry, I'm pretty sure I heard that we ARE gonna get new HP sets this year, even if these pieces aren't in them. Thanks for sharing your finds, anyway!
