  1. Guts should actually have only dealt 55 damage since the Spirit would be in the back row due to afraid. I think if you want, you could autorun it until something major happens, we aren't remotely in any trouble. Guts attacks Spirit E three times, front row, Stag Antlers.
  2. Pff. I remember convincing Guffington by dancing and by dancing alone. Any words that were said are not relevant. Would be more appropiate if he said something like: "I've been meaning to try out those kick-megablocks moves Mr. Holla showed me, to the dancefloor, U'or!"
  3. Love it that Guffy mentioned Guts, nice one Zepher/Sandy! As for meeting your own characters. I'm kind of interested what would happen if Guts would meet Patricia as played by Sandy, but that could just be an excuse to go on another of Sandy's quests. If excuses were needed, that was.
  4. You should make a post in the Heroica Statistics thingy.
  5. I meant Official: Brickforge: as you can see, slightly different.
  6. Sorry. Although the version I used was the brickforge one, but it doesn't really matter, they're only slightly different.
  7. Alright. More time in the hall, never have enough of it, honestly.
  8. How about a random question of the unspecified time period, everybody loves those, right? Who do you think is the strongest character in terms of battle? or most useful or something like that. Not who would win in a fight between all heroes. I would have to go with Atramor. His flail may be the most powerful thing in the game at the moment. I created it.
  9. There was one... Quest 21, but it got cancelled.
  10. And Zeph, didn´t you say you´d host Guffy first.
  11. Because he is a major scientist? One that is doing research competing directly with that of the provost, apparantly? I would love to go on Guffy 2, when Quest 63 ends, that´s what I´m going to wait on. I think a reunion of Quest 39 would be awesome, we (and until the last battle, I mean Hybros and Docken) kicked some major buttocks.
  12. Yeah I really liked that game, I like the whole Ace Attorney series. Damn you capcom, localize the rest of em! I think we talked about the Ace Attorney series before and how a case like that game would work as a quest. Would love to see you do it. Probably. They seem mostly to have their own stuff going on. Hestia with the Bonapartes (although she does limit the heroes tendencies to die), Kulkulkan with his Orcs, Sand Queen with making prophecies and being a priestess and all that, Dragonlord... I don´t know, Dragoon stuff, I guess. And the Norn (forgot her name) mentioned she´s going on her own quests to help the other norn.
  13. Oh okay, but Guts interpretated it otherwise. He hasn't got a very good impression of the Veterans in general, I think, even though he met them all. And except the Copper Fox, it´s still hard to say what they actually do. Or real life?
  14. Well, of course they shouldn't be weak. Give them a decent amount of SP, decent health, annoying specials, refuse to auto-do rounds.
  15. How would anyone find out? And as it seemed, they attacked Dak first.
  16. So? Do you think she is constantly watching everything the Heroes do? Her powers aren't that great I imagine. She gave Guts a vague prophesy that didn't come true, and also one to Nerwen that didn't(which is my fault that it didn't probably. ).
  17. Would Byblos have knowledge of everything that happened?
  18. Hm, I don't really see quest records as a thing. I know you RP as they are, but it wouldn't make much sense. I have previously suggested that one of the heroes would write a short report for the quest after it's done, to display in the Library. To signify what could be in character knowledge of each quest you weren't on. (in before someone linking Darths and Droids no link between in and out of character knowledge) But that idea was shot down immediately... I still think it has merit, for characters like Arthur that seemingly knows everything. An example for Quest 20 could be: We went in to find the cause of the missing minerals, after exploring all the tunnels, we found a single rockling, which seemed to be the cause. It responded hostile to our presence, we killed it. Signed, Guts Holla. I don't know. You could also just go Prophet, then it wouldn't matter. Better idea, don't give or sell them to him, but allow them to use them in return for him being your servant/personal mage etc.
  19. Well, if it's total health, perhaps, but you're saying remaining health. With enemies, or perhaps more the damage output people have now, one third could very well be less than a critical hit. There's an example in Quest 63 where I did just do over 400 damage on an extra critical hit without elemental bonusses (granted, the enemy was fragile and Guts was encouraged). Most enemies are not going to have health to make that around equal, I guess. Also, for it to be called an Ending Blow, it's not going to end much, as it's going to do less and less damage as the enemy's health decreases. I think I am misassuming that it wouldn't be affected by multipliers. Okay, I see how it can be powerful.
  20. Hey, welcome back. Sandy had the idea to make basically upgraded versions of basic classes as expert classes, but I think that idea has been put on the shelf for now. As for your class, I'd remove Murderous. It's two extra dice rolls on every hit, which takes a little bit of extra time for the QM to do, for something which is almost never going to matter. Perhaps you could add something for RP, like the ability to use stealth, or you could expand flee to allow returns to battle (QM's discretion thing, perhaps) I also don't like the 2 roll, as it is in a lot of cases going to be weaker than an actual critical hit. I think the class as you made it now is severely underpowered compared to other Expert classes. I like the Shield and the Miss things.
  21. Nah, you can of course totally allow your characters to continue or restart the fight, at least give them the choice. If he's using a smokebomb, everyone leaves the battle.
  22. He has a coat made out of the skin of his own people.
