TUTORIAL How to resize pictures using MS Paint
Lord Of Pies posted a topic in Forum Information and Help
How to resize pictures using MS Paint For those who are to lazy to download fancy software! I know that we already have a thread on how to resize pictures using MS paint, but this is in English and the last one was posted some 2 years ago. Also this one has added pirate sets. Anyway on with the tutorial! Despite being pretty primitive compared to say photoshop or over fancy-dancy programmes, MSpaint is readily available on all Windows computers, so you don't have to spend a lot of money on other programmes. Also it is very simple to use so those (like me) who are technologically impaired can use it. Click on Start, all programmes, accessories and then paint Proceed to file and then open and your horrifically large image will appear. After that, click on image and then attributes. This box should open: This is how large your image is at the moment, shown in width and height. This is important as later on you will have to decide how small you want your image to be. Now you know how huge your image is click press OK and again press image, stretch/skew This box will open: Enter in "20" and "20" (Or whatever percentage you want) and the image will shrink to 20 percent of it's original size. (Mine was originally 2560 by 1923 but I shrunk it down to 20% of its original size to 512 by 384) Click OK once you have entered in the percentages. The image will now look like this: (Yes it isn't one of my best photos, but I didn't have any that weren't resized already ) And their you have it! The image has been resized and is ready to be uploaded to an image hosting site and posted on to Eurobricks for all to admire! If any of you have a question just ask and I will attempt to answer it. Also please point out any horrible mistakes I have made. -
Gah! Massa should have been given a penalty, if it was any other team (say Mclaren) a 10 second penalty or stop-go would have been given, but as it was Ferrari, the FIA only cautioned him and issued him a fine. Then Massa even had the nerve to say it was Adrian's fault! Anyway, for Force India it was a pretty average race, one retirement, and one 14th place, meh. The race was pretty boring in general although it was good to Coulthard fail to over take Giancarlo and spin out.

The Eurobricks Reviewers Academy
Lord Of Pies replied to Bonaparte's topic in Forum Information and Help
This is a interesting idea, I have been on holiday so I missed this thread! I probably should get on and do some reviews if I want to keep my tag. I am willing to help people and learn a bit too, so count me in if their is room. -
I already posted a link to that brickshelf gallery a few pages back. I like the tractor and the new cows myself, and that combine harvester would be lethal in a rampage!

I'm gonna have to review more sets now.... As for the sets, I am glad they look more like the old pirate set of the nineties, I feared they would look completely different. but Lego has made them so they should integrate well with the old sets. And they have added new features as well as keeping the old! I like the new gold pieces as well, I spy gold epaulettes!

I'm feeling lucky, so I will enter!

I am going to buy the evil volcano base soon so the mayor of my Legotown has somewhere to live. (Who is coincidently Dr. Inferno) I have to say though the designers of the Volcano base did a pretty bad job of making it look like a normal volcano...... Agent Chase: Hmmm I wonder which Volcano Dr. Inferno could be hiding in? Agent Fuse: Perhaps it's the one with the friggin' lazer beam sticking out of it and huge metal door!? A pretty badly disguised base if you ask me! -
Haha! That one made me laugh out loud, or LOL as some people might say.

Wow, this is a very good MOC! I love the overall shape of it and to think it has been built using only bricks from one set makes it even better. I like the wing design, they look very sleek and the name is clever as well. Overall a great MOC

I signed it as well , I am number 28. I hope this set is released for the general public, as it looks great and my Lego village will need a power source when it is finished! -
Another fantastic interview, very informative, witty and hinckley-ful! MMM....McDonalds!

I support Southampton FC too! The other football team (Not Soccer-I'm British!) is Leatherhead FC.

Finally came back from Spain although my flight was delayed 3 hours! (So I finally reached my house at 2 am ). Stupid Monarch Airlines! And I spilt pepsi on my lap! But the holiday was fun aside from the hectic travel arrangements....

Obviously Dr. Inferno would need a double forward thruster sprocket laser cannon. Anyway I like Scyzoryk's idea of a skull island, it reminds me of those great pirate sets (I'm supposed to review.) Perhaps we could also see some sort of space station too, with more lasers and even more pie. And a few new baddies. Like some sort of cheesy Bond movie, we could have an evil throne with several control panels and space suits! -
I had my braces off a few weeks ago. I had mine on for 2 years. It took an hour and a half to get 'em off! Well I gotta go, I am going to the airport and will be jetting off to Sunny Spain in under an hour! (And yes, I do like hot weather!)

Same for me too, all my Lego is in my bedroom, aside from a few sets downstairs. As for dismantling, all of the sets I bought when I was younger are dismatled and are in several boxes, I use these for MOCs and the sets I buy recently are all still construted with very few mods. (I can't bring myself to change them!)

The weather has been hot here in Surrey actually over the last few days, though it is always hot in Spain.

How sweet! I love ABBA, I am (according to my friends) lame as I like the 80's music! As for me I am going on holiday tomorrow to Spain so I am early awaiting that.
