  1. Signed, I remember the good ol' western sets.
  2. I drink a cup of tea in the morning. And sometimes some cereal too, if I am feeling crazy. I have never heard of "eggos" or seen any "pop-tarts".
  3. Yeeeeessssss!!! Good news at last!! My heart almost stopped beating when I saw Fisichella on pole! I didn't expect that! Hopefully Fisi and Sutil can score some good points Tomorrow and get past Toro Rosso in the constructors championship. Ohhhhhhh yeaaahhhh!!!
  4. If I was the race director during the Valencian Grand prix, I would have brought the safety car out after Nakajima's head tyre exploded. That would have livened things up! Do we think Jenson has won the WDC now? I personally don't think anyone will catch him now, especially if the RBR's drop points again. Mind you, Spa is a circuit that should suit the Red bulls, so we will have to see! P.S, Is it me or did Kimi look extremely bored during the podium celebrations??
  5. When I go again next week, I will take some pictures and share them here. There really isn't anything to see at the moment.
  6. I went to Denbies Wine estate today to see the Lego House, although it turns out they haven't actually started building it yet. They have started to lay the foundations today, and according to someone who works there, it will be better to come next week when their is something to see. (You can just turn up and have a look) Also in the Denbies wine shop their is a whole wall dedicated to Lego merchandise such as keyrings and the like.
  7. I hope you like your new house! In past experiences I have always enjoyed moving to a new house, althouhg packing everything up is a pain! Just out of interest, how did you move your lego collection? I think I would die from shock seeing my Lego sets dismantled slowly!
  8. I have a few foreign or old coins. Amazingly I once found a 1791 halfpenny on the ground! I have a few Dollars, some Tunisian coins, and a few pennies from Victorian times. I don't really go out looking for them but when I encounter coins for sale I do occasionally buy them. Funnily enough yesterday I discovered this wonderful old shop that sold nothing but old nick-nacks, such as coins and comics and dinky cars, I was very tempted by some of the old coins but I was in such a rush to board the ferry, I didn't have time to search through the coins and buy something good.
  9. I'm on holiday on the 1st of August unfortunately.
  10. I hadn't actually noticed that their were adverts on this site and I have been a member for a fair while now! Scrolling down the advert that is displayed at the moment is "plentyoffish.com" Some sort of dating site....
  11. This is an excellent MOC, I always admire Train MOCS, because I find ti very hard to build them myself. The detail on this train is wonderful, such as the grill parts and wing mirror. The livery is good to, I love the way that the stripes slope down at the front. It would look even better with some carriages perhaps? (Hint Hint)
  12. "Mmmmm Chrooooome!" The Deep Sea diver can't keep the look of joy off his face when he finds the shiny-chromey-gold treasure! (The fact that the mini figure is permanently smiling is irrelevant!) I just realised that the minifigure looks like it is overhanging, however it is not.
  13. Ach! Force India again were sooo close yet so far finishing 9th!! And the first time ever both cars had got into Q2. As for Lewis bloomin' Hamilton, I had high hopes for him at Monaco, it seemed like theo nnly circuit that his car might actually work well and then he goes and bins it in qualifying.
  14. I find that as soon as the stickers start to peel a wee dab of super glue does the job nicely. I can't imagine it working if the sticker starts disintegrating though.
  15. I Are 38% Evil "A bit of evil lurks in your heart, but you hide it well. In some ways, you are the most dangerous kind of evil. " Not to bad I suppose.....
  16. Noooo! (It seems most of my posts in this thread start like this!) Sutil came so close to getting points, jeez he almost gave me heart failure when I saw his car crash. The best chance since Monaco last season for FI to score points, and only 6 laps to go. ...Still the Force Indias showed consistent pace for the whole race which is encouraging and with a new trick diffussor and aerodynamic bits and bobs coming for the next few races, FIF1 will be back! Oh and congrats to Vettel for winning too!
  17. Drat, Drat and double Drat!! Force India are still 9th. For a split second I had hoped the Hammi-penalty would push FI up to 8th!......Then I remembered Trulli would get 3rd! D'oh.
  18. Same.....Still the stewards can't deny that Hamilton had a fantastic drive to go from 18th to 3rd.
  19. Nooo! Hamilton has been exluded form the Australian Grand Prix. Trulli is now third.
  20. Yes! Hamilton promoted to 3rd, as Trulli overtook under yellow flags! And Force India came 9th!! Sutil was sooo close to getting a point. This looks like it is going to be a very interesting season, and it was good to see a British driver on the top step of the podium. The first race was chaotic, both Ferraris failing, penalties and protests here, there and everywhere! ...And of course BBC back!
  21. Wow very impressive. I stumbled upon this topic when looking for inspiration on how to build my own tank, and I have to say, your tanks are mean lookin'! (Thats a compliment by the way) How long did your King TIger take you to build? I am building a t-34 and it has taken donkeys years.
  22. That was amusing, I never thought of using those flames in such a manner! I like the blue background too. Reminds me of Dr. Freezes lair. If he has one.
  23. In The South East even more heavy snow is predicted on Monday.
  24. Not available in the U.K? Bah! This is very annoying...where will I get the new SP sets from now?
