Just got The Great Hall for an amazing price of 140eur - the final set of this new line I was patiently waiting to go on sale! Oh my god how huge it is. And it's not even the biggest building... I started to prepare some space for the final Hogwarts but looking at all these 1st wave sets and some older sets that I got because they fit in (like that Thestral Carriage for example) I'm having trouble stuffing them in my house, even sealed (i was planning to start building them around Christmas season) because HP is not the only lego stuff i collect. It looks like I'll have to rearrange some things or even furniture to fit the final version of the castle built + smaller HP sets around it. Anyone else having similar issues? Overall I'm generally very happy that I'm at the very beginning of this line and can find everything at amazing deals. The ultimate giant hp-castle is all I wanted as a kid and so glad this exists. Can't wait to see the other sections of Hogwarts, classes and other buildings. We are in for a ride for sure.. (really hope to see the new molds for Fluffy and Basilisk!)

New Lego starwars book+minifigure for September in Italy: Link you can see a Count Dooku at the background. A possible hint of him soon appearing in lego sets? I need a new Count Dooku! the last one was ages ago. The one on the book cover looks like to have a new hair piece mold - much more detailed similar to detailed hair peice from that old guy from Dreamzzz - so it's similar to a modern lego style of hair pieces..

I live away from big towns and always order lego from Amazon. Mindblown to get 3 dragonborns in 1 order. I guess i got lucky because i clicked as soon as i saw an update on amazon day 1. Just go with Amazon order from the official store (not from personal stores, they obviously scan those, but i assume that official lego store don't. I was getting good orders with Space cmf as well) If you didn't buy any of these figures yet - this way you will be sure to get a variety of good quality first time. I can't imagine how it is going to store in big cities where lots of potential buyers live. PS: Surprisingly I never got an Elf Bard and got just one barbarian dwarf (the other triple I got was Druid)... Everywhere I see people complain about those elves/dwarves being most common.

I couldn't be happier about them switching to boxes. I personally never cared about "feeling" through bags, standing in a store with making "crrck crrck" sounds awkwardly... Just scan and go. Plus for old european houses these are amazing during winter! (additional fire starter for fireplaces because it's all cardboard )

Yeah like previous person said - it's an insane amount of stickers - all new and unique ones are stickers (i already went through multiple reviews and etc). That dinosaur is a Sticker Nightmare.

I agree about "100%". Chamber of Secrets is basically a part of a castle's architecture... And they showed us that they were definitely doing the lower level of the whole castle structure. That's my most awaited part of upcoming detailed hogwarts. So curious how they will do the whole segment and how the new Basilisk will look like. The stone Godrik's head will probably be more detailed and brick built. So many expectations. I wonder if they will chain movies to each Hogwarts part... The Great Hall is obviously a 1st movie inspired with the appearance the Fat Friar ghost, Quirrell and Troll. And next year we getting the (second movie inspired?) Dueling Club and probably a Chamber of secrets? (but it's a wide long section - isn't the next hogwarts part is that thicc giant tower?)But that's just random thoughts. It's so fun th speculate and be excited for this thing. (i'm just thinking about the new Fluffy build. If they will leave the first movie in The Great Hall set then we won't see the cerberus in further sets but I hope i'm wrong)

Yeah i remembered the whole slavery stuff after my post (at this point and after Rowling scandals i just keep being attached to good memories about favorite HP-characters and keep forgetting some stuff that was in the books). Dobby's arc is amazing but knowing that he considered weirdo by other elves for his believes and how Kreacher acts in the movie, and how Winky was very miserable and depressive... i don't think we will ever get any of those.

I think i have a brainrot from Harry Potter leaks. I thought this is a "Privet Drive Moc" But this is a really awesome idea - this is the first time i'm seeing an underwater diving effects made in lego - professional work! It would be interesting to see something like that animated.

I just ordered Fluffy separated from that set - pretty happy about that. Will have some fun modding it, buying another head with opened eyes, putting him next go Hagrid's Hut where he will hang out with Fang and etc. PS: The main thing from "non human creatures" part that i want is more House Elves. Kreacher and Winky are must have! (not sure if we will get Winky though - Lego mostly focusing on HP movies as i noticed, and those never had Winky - we don't even know how she can look like in HP universe style because Lego would have to do some artistic freedom stuff. In the books she portrayed with a dog-like nose which don't fit Lego/movie style of house elves). Upcoming ultra huge Hogwards will have so much space and im sure it will have some part to make a kitchen MOC with elves and lots of cooking in the process (if lego wont make that themselves).

What are the chances of us getting the new Fluffy build/mold in a new huge castle line? I tried to avoid the Fluffy Encounter set but he 100% needs to be in that castle line. I don't like his leg build but overall I'll be fine with that version hanging around somewhere (probably near Hagrid's hut).

Omg i need this. We had years since the last unique lego zombie. And the only driver zombie we got was that old fashioned one from Monster Fighters... Honestly i would rather have a CMF line of zombies that represents different city stuff

This. I don't think we ever got that dirty face Harry variant? This could be a perfect time and set to get such minifigure.

Still hope F1 is not "the main" cmf series and will be an exclusive (to eu for example) or something like that (so it won't eat a slot of a more interesting line). We all know what it will be without reveals even - just a bunch of normal people in official sports suits.

I'm honestly curuious if we will see another non-standart "almost a bigfig" minifigure in sonic line. Dr.Eggman was an important character to make but such characters like Vector or Big the Cat... I'm so hoping for that though. Honestly making all teams would be so nice. (even if they won't make Omega-there are plenty of minifigure-size MOCs online to make one yourself) PS: I remember they made a Leatherhead minifigure for TMNT line - it was a body peace on top of a minifigure legs.

I don't think that the use of Chima-style of wings makes a minifigure cheap. It's still pretty much "lego". Even better-because wings are articulated and you can make a minifigure wear an armor piece which spreaded wings mold makes impossible. (to that upper discussion of Harpy being a low budget and stuff)

Oh wow i don't even dream about Espio/Charmie/Vector for now otherwise Lego will win my heart for life with those. That could be so epic. I can't honestly think of lego set i could buy as fast as the ones that include chaotix

Hope to see another Rouge the Bat set option. Otherwise i will definitely get the one with her and Knuckles.

I'm super happy for this line so far. Shadow on his bike + Egg Drillster are my favorite sets (and the only ones i own). Great minifigures and prints (i would never in a million of years think that we will get a Lego set with Shadow and Maria photo print, haha). I would love to buy the other sets to build the whole team but pricing and stuff (in my opinion that Boat set is the most skippable one) and that i already have other things to get, leaving me no choice. But yeah im more than happy with those 2 sets!

Looks like it has a lot of space to show the life of their family. Since it's connected to the second movie - i think we won't see Ron and George experimenting with their future "wizard wheezes" stuff. The other thing im curious about - will they include a tiny piece for a gnome (i see some weird 1-piece stuff around their garden build and a minifigure kicking something!) (upd false alarm-it's not garden. I was confused by sand-green like colors)

I think there is still time for me to dodge the bullet and just buy the "Polyjuice Potion Mistake" and "The Chamber of Secrets" combo and be done with it (i like how they look and there is a fun playable feature with a bathroom tube). The upcoming huge modular castle is so tempting but so space/money consuming. Even if I never had any Hogwarts completed (just smaller sets from each line) I don't have space for that final build. My idea from the very beginning was just having Hagrid's hut+Forbidden Forest around it on display and keeping everything in boxes till i figure out the best space for it. But i can't imagine how cool it's gonna look if you for example add lights to it. And how impossible it will be to get everything after sets get discontinued.

Thinking of which - hope they will give us the new Hagrid head print - the one with the googles we was wearing in the first movie. That would be great!

I wanted Hagrid's motorbike for so long! It was Sirius Black's motorbike first and in the movies it was based on the 1959 Triumph Bonneville T120. Can't wait to see how they made it look.Technically Hagrid's (mini-big)figure can ride a regular minifigure bike and if it was Sirius Black's first - it should be a minifigure scale. So I assume they will make something around it. Found a fun looking MOC here to see how such stuff might even look like:

I wonder if there will be exclusive modular sets during this modular line as well. Some stuff that can bulk up the Hogwarts even more. Previously they gave 2 exclusive sets (you had to spend a certain amount on HP-stuff to obtain them?) - the one with moving stair looked cool.
