    2 aren't uncommon, but often 1 gets replaced with a sticker sheet.

    For whatever reason a lot of Ninjago/Dreamzzz fig parts don't appear on PAB.

    I think there are for the few who managed to register for the event. Dunno if others will get stuff on top of the gwp.

    It being only Meduseld isn't improbable. Most of the important scenes from Edoras happen there anyway.

    That is a bit different - March 25 is Tolkien Reading Day, and they wanted to lean into that. Barad-Dur was revealed on the 14th of May.

    No. Just estimates that it will be mid may.

    Probably not. Don't think it did anywhere near good enough for them to bother. Plus lego LotR targets adult fans, and nostalgia is a factor there. The anime is far too new for that.

    GWPs don't have new moulds. And generally are limited to 2 new prints (a sticker sheet can take the place of one)

    That was a rather silly mistake. I wouldn't hope for another happening...

    They didn't. The Brickheadz was a January release and Rivendell came in March. They made a retail set a gwp, not turned a gwp into a retail set.

    If the legs are only for riding Shadowfax, them being unprinted wouldn't be much of an issue.

    What would they print on the skirt? I'm kinda sad Gandalf the White has regular legs and not a skirt piece...

    Yeah, you can be sure Lego will go after this, and hard. But the video is genuine. And the set marvellous. Wouldn't be too hopeful - previous gwps didn't exactly have much of a connection to their sets.
