Truly incredible. I favorite part is the palm tree's desgin. I've actually visited the Pirates museum in the Bahamas and this seems pretty accurate. Nassau was a great trading port with loads of activity.

Looks good, I like the Imperial Flagship-like hull, it looks good on the ship. You might however want to turn the flags around since they should be blowing with the sails. Keep up the great work and great resolution! Can't wait to see the 5% more.

I know you have already made your village, which looks really cool, but I wanted to add that I agree with some that the Islanders seem to resemble the peoples of the Pacific Islands. Personally, I think the the Natives for the Americas have been loosely made in Indiana Jones, Western, Adventures, and the new POTC set. I like to think of my Islander army as Hawaiian, but I use the Achu headress for my Kamehameha I figure.

I own a lot of Lego sets, but in number I would estimate my Pirates to be about 60%. I try to buy all the sets that come out. I double up on a lot of sets like the Imperial Flagship, Soldier's Fort, Whitecap Bay, London Escape, etc. I also have many Impulse sets like Soldier's Arsenal and Cannon Attack. The sets I have from other themes are usually the bigger ones. For example I have the old Millenium Falcon, Scorpian Palace, City of Atlantis, MMV, and the large City Airport. They are big, but only count as one set, though.

That technique is very interesting. I really am looking forward to see what you make out of this in the future.
