Ok, thanks for duckbricks showing this betterly. The new smart brick system has a brand new Technic element. The usefullness is really questionable outside of the smart brick system. But hey, you might be now able to build a massive rowboat from technic parts using this piece as the paddle:).

Well, maybe it's again lego botching up the build;). Since lego released the T Model with illegal building solutions:/. (Sorry again that i roasted/criticised lego and no, i still don't get any paychecks for roasting/criticising lego;).).

And i did ask how the space wave perfomed and they said much better than the F1 wave and i have not seen that many space wave sets on clearance discounts only the 2025 F1 wave has been on heavy clearance/discounts:).

Nope it didn't flop in that store. It flopped everywhere and i asked did they loose revenue from this and he sayed luckily not. But i mentioned on my own topic that i got the williams F1 set for 45€ in K citymarket that same set was discounted on prisma for 55€ and they have done a lot of clearance deals for speed champions F1 sets in autumn/fall months. So the F1 wave from 2025 was a complete flop in sales wise everywhere

Ok, while lego doesn't disclose their sales numbers or anything. I went to my local hypermarket Prisma and i met up with nice store employee who was putting new lego to the lego isle and we talked for 1 hour about lego and other things and the store employee telled me that the last year F1 lineup was a complete flop sales wise. The F1 wave did sell but not as good as lego hoped. So i don't know why lego still pumps out this garbage if it doesn't sell good that even lego themself admitted that it flopped hard in sales department.

Allright now it's the march 1st and bunch of new lego has been released:). Tommorrow i will be buying the bmw for the new parts for 59.95€:). @Divitis

Ok, since this topic is for mine mocs and other ramblings etc... Ok, i have gotten a bit hate towards for my statement on the 2026 topic. Well, im really sorry. I didn't know/relaised that my last sentence sounded like a marketing push. I was trying to be honest. But thanks to this fellah for his honest feedback that it sounded like marketing push. I will try my absolute best to stop using the sentence. "But if you are tired for lego's expensive prices or quality dropping etc... . Try other brands quality is mostly great with the more common brands like pantasy nifeliz cada lumibricks etc... and most of the alternative brands have started to use premium prints instead of the "premium" sticker festive for lego:). " I don’t have any connections with pantasy or other brands. I will not accept any free money or free review copies for new set releases. That's against my ethics and that's why all of my product/set reviews don't have any affliate links. Because i will stay clear from any affliates and my moc building/reviewing operation is completely run and funded from my own pockets. I don't want to charge anything for my hard work creating mocs or instructions and as an little side effect of my choices, ethics and preferences i don't review currently any pantasy sets or others because of my money situation. Im currently saving my money for spring cycling trips plus other activities which i enjoy. So i have put on hold the review spree. Because im taking care of my wellbeing and mental situation. I know that for somebody my route and path which i follow sounds insane. But i like to stay humble and not flex with money from instructions sales or affliate links and im completely fine with peoples charging what ever their want for their instructions or mocs. But i have made early on decicion to stay completely free. Because current economic situation isin't good and i really want for everyone to enjoy building cool mocs. So because i stay free peoples can enjoy moc building without financial burden when buying instructions. So hopefully this clears more of mine decicions and im gratefull for you feedback and i will retract my wording about how expensive lego is. Because it's seemingly to you sounds like marketing push and i don't wanna be a salesman or assosiate with an salesman and i truely didn't know that my wording sounded like a marketing push. Sorry for the off the rails long post. But i do want to make it clear. Pantasy does have a few hiccups. But so does the lego group and i have send a few constructive critisims to pantasy's customer support for some issues and they have responded professionaly and they have not tryed to block me and i can be sometimes really harsh in my constructive critisim. But pantasy has handendled everything so well, that i don't have any issues. Plus unlike lego which don't anymore seemingly lissen to fan base feedback. Pantasy does and on their facebook group they do openly ask fan feedback for the model's, upcoming model's, model colors and designs. Plus they do make sometimes pols for fanbase to vote stuff. Pantasy is soo different how they handle their community and fanbase compared to lego and to emphasise i don't want to be that german guy who got sued for roasting the lego to h*ll. I do like lego. They have their purpose and if you want a set which is quaranteed to work outside the box they do deliver on that promise and i do praise some lego design especially the 2026 city theme. But difference is this Lego does want to reach to everybody. Unlike pantasy who makes really niche things for niche groups and this has it's shortcomings. Lego makes their builds to pleace anybody and anyage can build a lego model. But pantasy lumibricks cada etc.. They make a lot of cool niche things. Which are really cool. But the downside is that they aren't for everyone. But because pantasy lumibricks and cada don't want to reach to masses like lego does they have a lot more design freedom to create unique things and themes. Which lego anymore can't make because lego wants to reach for the masses. So That's why you don't see a lego steampunk line up which pantasy and lumibricks produce so hopefully this answers @Divitis/your guys questions fully. I don't want to be too critical for lego but i do like to say that there are good alternatives to lego. Because if you are in a lego bubble. You probably never knew that there are amazing things out there because you are stuck building lego and that’s fine. But if you are tired for lego's expensive prices or quality dropping etc... . Allright the Mechatech Mechavator has been pretty successful on rebrickable and im really happy for it's success and after a while i have been more happy with the Mechatech Mechavator and now it has reached to being my favorite build what i have created. Plus all the motorized functions works so well and it's really fun to play with. So the Mechatech Mechavator will be now my S tear moc crown jewel:).

No, sorry if i sound like that. Im just really enthuastic for other brands. I like lego. I don't want them to go h*ll. But i like that there are good competititors and alternatives with good prices and value and i have fell in love with pantasy. They have truely surprised me every way:). So tldr. I don't get free products or free money to roast lego. Im just a casual really enthuastic person for other cool brands:). And i will try to tone down my enthusiasm for other brands. Because seemingly i currently sound like salesperson which i don't want to be i want to stay humble so i try my best to tone down my true enthusiasm and passion for lego alternativesl like pantasy:).

Yeah, and the cada lotus exige allready excist with transverse engine and it’s much cheaper than lego. So only thing you are paying more for the lego is to have the "prestigious" red logo at the corner plus better customer support(yeah, i don't know how good cada customer support is. Oh, thanks for the correction:). I was on cycling trip to pick up weekend's groceries and because i use glasses. They thend to clog out when a small rain hits. So because of the rain and cloged out glasses i didn't see the rear tire and i thought this was a tracked scooter. Maybe next time i will learn to clean my glasses after a little rain before i post anything;).

Well, i wasn't planning to buy this. But today i went to my second local hypermarket the K Citymarket and i went firstly to the outlet section to see discounted clearance items and on top shelf i noticed one of these beauties and i could not resist for the deal. So i picked up this last copy for only 45€ normaly at the K Citymarket this is 79€(K Citymarket and Prisma are pretty expensive stores to buy lego normally, Kärkkäinen usually is the cheapest to buy lego in here:). Well, now i have unique printed tires and suspension arms for my collection:). And interestingly the first F1 Car the McLaren senna F1 set was on discount for 50€. So this was newer and cheaper with better wheels;).

Well, after a ton of work. Now the Gen3 instructions for the excavator are done. It's now 23:04(11:04 pm) and i now got the second book done. Wow that was an epic journey/wild ride:).

Allright only 88 pages to go. Only battery box instructions needs to be done and then the second book is done:). I will go to bed now it's 22:21(10:21pm) and im really tired. Today i worked for these instructions for 12h:).

Different style playtesting. For those who wants to operate the excavator with 2 hands on the gearbox levers. Controlling preciously/carefully different parts of the boom:). And yes, this is again really fun way to play/interact with the model and without any Smartbrick crap or 42215 one lever controlling 4 functions at snails pace crap:).
