I wonder same with the 42209 shovel. And the 42100 shovel was not seen on any other set.

42212 Ferrari FXX K

Here is product video for this:). -
Well, i recently watched this review for the poor turbo tank. And its amazes me how poorly this has been made. There is a lot of poor connections. But luckily after i discovered this video i had to do rough handeling test to my tracked outback dumpers. And they can hold much better. The weak ares are the roof on the mini model. But it needs a lot of force to break it and its not a problem. And my developement bigger version front was pretty easy to break. But when i maded the instructions version, i did reinforced it. But it might still be a little bit fragile still. But again it need some force. And the mudguards are a little weak point for these. But all in all my models are more robust than legos "kid tested stuff" :). And little addition don't lift the minimodel on its bed because of the mini linear actuator:).

Interesting, the 42212 includes important piece for steam locomotives. Now its matter of time, when some one turns 2x 42212 to steam locomotive as an alternative build:). -
In finland, most of peoples buy lego sets for kids. Because lego alternatives are hard to find in stores. We usually have the bare bones like cobi and mega construx. But when i was kid we only had cobi and cobi was back then so hard to find. And in 2020 and later now mega construx and cobi can be found most of the big stores. But still most kids in here just want legos. And if you want something else than cobi or mega construx. You have to import it from germany most of the times. This is kind of sad to think i really wish we had more choices:/.

Well, i have to say. Im really proud with my own designed and engineered one way rotation function for the mini model. It works so well, eventought it is kind of simple. And the mini model different dump bed operation speeds are really fun to play with. And the mini model brings some new stuff to the table. Because normaly on manual model like the 42203 there is one speed for dumping and lowering the dump bed. And usually its painfully slow to operate. But the mini model fixes this flaw. With its genius 2 speed design, the mini model dumps slowly and retracts quickly. So its really fun to play with. And its really addictive to test the block feature. So the mini model is by far mechanicaly wice, my most impressive moc what i have ever created. Im so happy how the minimodel turned out:).

But i wonder. Since lego wants to make cars. Why they can't make a interesting van model. Since they have mercedes license. I think about 130€ sprinter with independent suspension at the front, live axle at the back, 2009 crane truck style crane and with working dump bed. That would sell like hot cakes. To casual car fans(who don't want a full supercar collection) and some technic fans:).
