Classic story, I think:
Started LEGO again around 1-2023 after a visit to the LEGO store Amsterdam with my kid on a rainy sunday afternoon.
Had quite a few Pirates sets as a kid myself. One of my all time favourite themes.
After the visit to the store, I got my old LEGO from my parents house and one thing led to another...

Since then my childhood collection has grown quite a bit:

- Classic Pirates:
'89 - '95 complete (incl. North-America exclusive sets) 
Boxes: sets from '89 - '91 and a few from other years. Including the Islanders-sets.

- Classic Castle:
'78 - '94 complete (EU-sets).
Boxes: all Black Falcon-sets, same for the Forestmen (EU) plus some other Cl. Castle-sets.

- Classic Space '79:
Complete. 
Boxes: sets 918, 924 and 928.
Plus Beta-1 Command Base 6970 (1980) with the box and some childhood Space-sets from later years.

- Classic Town:
Medio '80/'82 - '94 I think around 65-70% complete.

- Paradisa:
‘92 – ‘95 complete
Boxes: 6401, 6410, 6411, 6416, 6419, 1761, 2870
