Sure it makes sense. They know they can charge more and still have people buy it. -

or dual-molded legs, since we've seen those in the recently revealed Up and Rivendell sets. -

I would think "200,000 units ready, with a million more well on the way" I think it'll just be closer to last year's fighter tank and use a few big pieces to get the general shape down but I don't know about it being a 4+ set. -

As a TFOL, I selfishly don’t want any big UCS sets coming out because I cannot afford them and I know that by the time I’ll be able to, they’ll be retired and well above retail -

Thanks for putting this together. I'm not sure how I'd feel about your speculation list coming true, but its a good prediction of what might happen. I hope LEGO has learned that the fans want them to celebrate anniversaries so I'm holding out hope that the majority of sets are ROTJ-based. Really though, just waiting for 2025 and the possibilities that could bring with 20th anniversary of ROTS. -
I like the way these turned out. Really want LEGO to make a TIE Reaper.

For real. Went to the movies to see the new Avatar the other day and this came on during the previews. I was embarrassed to be a fan.

Hey everyone, I know of a good few custom minifig companies/sellers but was just wondering if anyone had anything that I had never heard of. Mainly Star Wars minifigs but anything is good! Thanks!

Going through this thread and this made me laugh. Thanks for making my day

Looks incredible!! Love the technique for the roof.

As a TFOL, mine was the 2010 Luke’s Landspeeder. Crazy to think I was four years old when that era of sets were coming out. I missed out on some of the best!

As a TFOL, my first LEGO set was the 3178 City Seaplane. I remember building this set with my dad in our apartment. My first Star Wars set was the 2010 Luke’s Landspeeder.

Does anyone know of a LUG in or around the Tallahassee area?

DC Superheroes 2023 - Rumors & Discussion

As a normie fan of DC I agree that diorama sets would be badass. Quite frankly surprised they haven’t done any for Marvel yet. -
I think these are some great ideas but IMO the senate, Nelvaan, HL-444 Hover Loader would be better as either a small set like the 2021 Mandalorian Forge or a minifig pack.

What are some of your guys’ favorite places to get custom LEGO Star Wars custom minifigures and sets?

This is a great list. It reminds me of how much I miss the 2016 stormtrooper style. I would add a few more PT figure packs and a couple show related ones as well but for the OT (and the few PT ones) this is a great list. Some ideas I had were: Separatist Leadership - Count Dooku + Nute Gunray + either Poggle the Lesser or Wat Tambor. Build is holotable with Death Star plans on it that we see in AOTC. Naboo - Padme (in her queen outfit) + Sabé + either Governer Sio Bibble or Captain Typho. Build is the queen’s throne. Jedi Younglings - Three Jedi younglings, could do a dual molded piece with an alien head with helmet combo or just three human Jedi younglings. Build is a Jedi council seat. Jedi Temple Guards - Three generic Jedi temple guards that use the lightsaber piece that people have suggested for Maul. The lightsaber blade piece on either side is a 3 long rod instead of 4 long. Not sure of the build here. Imperial Leadership - Grand Moff Tarkin + Grand Admiral Thrawn + Admiral Piett. Build is a conference table. Notable 501st troopers - ARC Trooper Fives + ARC Trooper Echo + too many to choose from: Hardcase, Jesse, Dogma, Vaughn. Build is a turret(?) Hoth Heroes - Hoth Luke + Hoth Leia + Hoth Han. Build is the micro scale shield generator for Echo Base. Endor Heroes - Endor Luke (camo outfit) + Endor Han (camo outfit) + Endor Leia (end of movie outfit). Build is the fire Han and Luke get roasted over Geonosian Arena - Episode 2 Anakin + Arena Padme + Episode 2 Obi-Wan. Build is the top of the poles they are chained to Jango’s Death - Jango Fett + Young Boba + Mace Windu. Idk about the build for this either I’ve run out of ideas. Let me know what you think. -

Kind of going off the summer wave here. I would LOVE to see a Geonosis wave; kind of like what we had in 2013. LEGO could release a bunch of clone and droid sets but an important part to me are the Jedi and Villain minifigs. If LEGO were to release a bunch of Geonosis sets like they did almost 10 years ago, they could include exclusive Jedi minifigures; characters that we would have no reason to see otherwise. We already got this out of some of the sets in the wave back in 2013 with the Homing Spider Droid, which included Stass Allie, and the AT-TE with Coleman Trebor. Another reason why this would be great for fans is that we would likely get an updated Count Dooku, Jango Fett, Poggle the Lesser, rerelease Geonosisians, and have an opportunity to see a highly requested figure: Wat Tambor. If LEGO figures out how to make Super Battle Droids again, this would be the perfect time to release them. We would also get some cool Separatist and Republic vehicles that we haven’t seen in years. They could remake the gunship, AT-TE (as I’m assuming this is a few years down the line, maybe 2027 for AOTC 15th anniversary), homing spider droid, hailfire droid, droid gunship, MTT (ik it wasn’t at the first battle of Geonosis but let a man dream), AAT, a Venator, clone command station (it’s actually big, look at the one by BrickVault), droid factory, Geonosis Arena sets, Padme’s ship, Jango’s Slave 1 and the Droid Lucrehulk are just some of the ideas I have. They could also do cool dioramas like the Anakin, Obi-Wan, & Yoda vs Count Dooku fight, the scene where Dooku is questioning Obi-Wan, a scene where clones are shooting off of the Gunship with Yoda, and finally the balcony scene with Poggle, Mace, Dooku, and Jango (maybe Wat Tambor as well, I can’t remember). -

To me, the September sets are definitely going to be from Ahsoka. I have seen some people suggesting that they could be for the Mandalorian but I feel that release date is just too far out for a show that we know is releasing March 1. Last year we had the Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter release on June 1 because it was a spoilery vehicle for TBOBF, which premiered a year ago today, on the 29th. We know the Ahsoka show is releasing sometime during Q3 or 4 of next year, and this pretty much confirms to me that Ahsoka will release in the summer months and have sets release later or with it in September. We also have Skeleton Crew, which is rumored to premiere next year, but if it does, that will likely be a Q4 premiere, something along the lines of TBOBF in my opinion, which I think gets rid of the possibility of these sets being for that show. I think we’ll see maybe a set in the January 2024 wave for that show, with maybe 1 more in the summer 2024 wave. Sorry I just realized how long this is so TLDR: I think the September sets will be for Ahsoka. -

Agreed. Hoping that some of the other summer wave sets will offset some of this. When did summer set names leak this year? I can't remember. -
Received two sets today for Christmas… I was gifted the AT-TE as well as the Imperial Light Cruiser, although I am going to return the light cruiser in order to purchase the Inquisitor Transport Scythe and either a 501st specialist battle pack or the TIE Bomber when they are released in about a week.

Then by 2025 you'll be buying blind box sets all for the price of the most valuable set of the wave. "Fingers crossed I get the UCS Venator rather than the $30 battlepack!" -
Looks great. Personally I prefer a somewhat studded look, but this helps me to appreciate something more tiled-off.
