Perry the Platypus replied to Lance's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
WHERE WAS LLOYD AND ALL THE GREEN NINJA ACTION? Only bad about the season finale. Season three, please! 1. Yes, Pythor is dead. Pity, he was awesome. 2. Yes! 3. The destruction of the Great Devourer.- 4,591 replies

Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread

Pretty amazing cliffhanger tonight. Will Sensei Wu be eaten? Stay tuned for next week's episode to find out more! Rate it a 10/10. By the way, for those who have seen the Korean version of Final Hour Part 1, doesn't it sound like Pythor is saying chicken in one scene?- 4,591 replies

Great new episode. It is now no real spoiler that the Green Ninja is Lloyd. Cant wait for the figure in the summer.

Screw Hero Factory. Ninjago is where the action's at. I am really impressed with the TV series. The story, the music, the voice acting, the animation. Being an animation fan myself, it is good that I appreciate a LEGO show this much. I don't care how zany it is, ninja versus snakes is the best thing known to man. Seriously, would you ever think a ninja would be a robot? Bet not. How about weapons turning into vehicles? Pretty cool stuff. I really liked The Royal Blacksmiths. Sort of disgusting when Pythor ate the judge on that dancing show, but funny none the less. Oh, and might I add, as a side note, Jay would never win American Idol. His voice made my EARS BLEED. Good episode, overall. Looking forward to the Green Ninja on Wednesday. Spin Harmony: Defeating snakes while dancing since 2012.

I finally watched the episode. Very nice. A few Derpy spottings, catchy song (reminds me of the Music Man), and humor. MLP just keeps getting better and better! -
Iron Man looks the like the less weird one of the bunch, if you know what I mean.

LEGO Superheroes 2012 Rumours & Discussion
Perry the Platypus replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Licensed
Nice idea. I really want a Banner minifigure. His transformation could be similar to the Darth Vader transformation set in 2005. I'd buy it, especially if it is a cheap set. Though, knowing licensed themes, and the amount of plastic on the Hulk figure, the set would be a bit overpriced. -
Wow. You hav stunned me in every way imaginable. This is just awesome. It is amzig what can be done with just 3D software. Guys, if you want sets like these, support Space Marines on CUUSOO!

Since when has an MLP episode ever been dull? I just thought of something completely random: Rainbow Jack. -
Best idea: bounty hunter villains against techno heroes in space! Call me crazy.

The Future of Ninjago
Perry the Platypus replied to ReZourceman's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Now that I've read most of this thread, I can say that Ninjago is one of the most creative LEGO themes, story-wise. I mean, spinnig ninjas in vehicles. It's completely unrealistic, but it is just the kind of thing kids want. If you think thi theme is violent, that is like saying themes like Castle were violent. LEGO realizes it's target audience, and the company knows what type of sets they ar making. As a parent of two (and soon to be free), I care what my kids play with, but I'm not too protective. If kids role-play a bot violently, let them do it. Kids are kids. You don't have to buy something you don't like, but in Ninjago's defense, what is not to like about it? That is what confuses me wig some people here. If you don't like Ninjago, don't post. -
Yes, I watched it. Very enjoyable. I do love the animation and design of the characters and vehicles. It especially overwhelmed me to see Lloyd call Sensei Wu his uncle ("What's that, uncle? I can't here you!"). Overall, a nice episode. My favorite so far. Wish Sensei's flute could turn into a rocket.

Really love the overall look of this guy. I might make some heroes with this upgrade. Time to make Shocktroop Rocka!

I'm really leaning towards the Pirates as the 2013 storyline. As odd an twisted as Ninjago is, I do love pirates. -

Agreed. What do you think Lloyd is going to do with the map he stole from the Hypnobrai? -
It's official: we are getting green ninja this summer!

Totally disagree. While some cartoons are particularly aimed at adults, that doesn't mean that adults can't enjoy things like MLP and PaF. I guess it just depends on what type of humor and style you like. -

Any Phineoids (the equilvilant of Bronies) watch the new episode Friday? A great Indiana Jones parody.
