Perry the Platypus

Wow. Just wow. While the pieces are great recolors to use in Hero Factory MOCS, the sets don't appeal to me at all. I will probably only pick up Iron Man and Green Lantern. I swear, these don't even look LEGO. Iron Man so far looks the closest to his movie versions.

I've seen some ads for the Savage Planet special on Nicktoons. It looks way better than Ordeal of Fire! I couldn't even tell that Rocka's voice was SpongeBob.

Really sweet! Too bad it's not for sale anymore. I would prefer this one instead of the one for the Superheroes line showed at Comic Con.

This is a really great minifig, but looks why different from the one from the Superheroes line next year. I guess that's the point, eh?

I didn't, but I have relatives who did. But what we DID get was a tropical storm that was going to be a hurricane. Did anyone hear about that?

Considering I have a nine-year old son, I do both. I do enjoy collecting LEGO more than playing, but my son forces me anyway. Sometimes we fly spaceships around, and other times we stage a battle with our heros and villains. But occasionally, we take out our LEGO City policemen and use them to destroy the Alien Conquest invaders. The possibilities are endless! I think it's all based on imagination, but I also think that everyone, deep down, will always remain a kid at heart. Sometimes, you can't help but releasing your inner child.

I can't exactly remember how I was drawn to LEGO in the first place, but I got my first Classic Space set years ago for Christmas, and the whole LEGO thing just grew on me. I officially stopped buying LEGO for reasons remaining unclear, but two years ago my son got his first LEGO set, and I got hooked again.

I am so with you on this one. I wonder if they will create a new mold for Perry's hat? It might me the same old Indiana Jones fedora, I don't know... Don't get me wrong, I'm fine with the Cars sets, but if there isn't a Cars 3 next year, what is the point of releasing more? Maybe it was popular enough to keep going?

Hello all! My name is Perry the Platypus. As you can tell, I am a Phineas and Ferb fan. If anyone is interested, I would love to talk to someone who is also a fan of the television show. Among other things, one of my favorite hobbies is creating and collecting new LEGO models. My favorite themes range from Alien Conquest to Hero Factory, so I am mostly in the know about a lot of LEGO news and events. I am very excited to enter this community. I have been looking around here a lot, and I thought I would join in the fun. I have a son who absolutely is OBSESSED with LEGO, so I help him build his sets, sometimes while building my own! At this time, I love minifigure collecting (I have atleast every one of each series, though I'm still working on Series 5). Well, that's pretty much a look at my life.
