I would like to trade for 10ish 30211 uruk hai warrior and 2 30210 frodos cooking corner polly bags. Anyone seen these? The claim is they had been released in june but there is zero on BL. I have a lot of sealed polly bags to trade and some other minifigs I would easily part with and could sweeten the deal with cash. I will up date this with some sets I am getting rid of soon to focus my collection.

I hardly agree. Respectfully no trolling about it, US sales of Lego are HUGE. US is the largest consumer on earth. With 7 sets of lego selling every second I would hardly claim US isnt a demographic. I have found no shortage of LOTR and I had a really hard time getting my QAR POTC set. It was sold out of every retailer in South Eastern Idaho and the surrounding areas all the way to Salt Lake City Utah. I called trust me. smaller areas with a lack of retailer power will of course have a harder time keeping a large stock. If your that driven for the sets I would say talk to your local lego buying outlets and I know Walmart will do in store pickup for sets out of stock in their retail locations from other Walmarts free of charge. side note - My town is less then 80 thousand people and is considered rural in one of the most sparsely populated states in the union. No less then 9 places to buy lego at so look around and check out price matching.

Ships seem highly unlikely. There is just a lack of a combo like "good guy bad guy" ship. I personally hope for a corsair ship. It would be awesome. I am really on the look out for a warg attack set. I hope we get some non brick built wargs. There is a lack of "evil" mounts and the new black ringwraith horses are nice but but to few. Also I would bet Lego to donuts that there will be a Witch-king of Angmar on his fel "thingy" (I cant remember its name)against Éowyn. That set would make me a happy boy. Its an easy set for TLG to build.

I had a similar issue with the books in the moria set. Also my legolas face has a deep line across his face. It cuts across his face but only on one side. I also noticed some kinda off printing on my uruk-hai chests.

I love this set I have two of them now. I like the 4vs2 ratio gives the feeling of the movie "out number and doomed."

I just got on June the 3rd 2x 9471 uruk-hai army, hulk's helicarrier breakout 6868 and 9473 mines of moria! It was a good birthday! So pumped I built all the LOTR that day.

This is great! I have been gaining a ton of references for medieval structures. Specially smaller houses and this is a great MOC. Truly inspiring.

I have had the idea of building a large fantasy medieval style city. My bricks and my skill or confidence in my skill hold me back. I do have a MMV and a great addition to that is the farm castle set Castle Mill Village Raid 7189. Gives you more citizens to fatten the town plus some great chickens and goats and buildings. I have been playing with lego log cabin 5766. It comes with a bunch of brown roofing useful and also has a rustic feel. So far I havnt made anything I am impressed with yet. It I felt was a great jumping off point for a easily build cottages or huts for villagers and surfs. Then again this might not be really helpful to you.

I would love to see a Warg attack! with some really well built and playable wrags or if the gods smile and muse descends from the heavens a non brick built warg made to match with the new horses. OMG! I would "squee!!!" like a school girl. Battle will be had!!! Also a orc commander type would be cool like Gothmog. I needs me more orcesiz I do.

I got this set for my bday and I wasnt really impressed. In general I dont collect these sets but it was a gift and the gifter was very excited about it. So instead of returning it for weathertop and more CMF I kept it. Sorta disappointed in it. I like thors hammer and with a couple changes thor could be a cool addition to a medieval village. Hulk seems small. Yeah I get it he is bigger then other figs but he is smaller then the cave troll (cave trolls arms look really funny on him). A great addition to anyone who likes the super hero theme, just not my cup'o.

I love the cave troll its so awesome. I always dug larger figs they add a new level of play for me. They seem to represent a unstoppable monster larger and more dangerous then the normal foe. Funny thing is that he is bigger then the HULK.

the ruins are amazing excellent work!

I do not have this set yet, though I have a lot of LOTR sets. I want it bad specially after this review. Its a great structure.

So I now own: 9469 Gandalf Arrives 9470 Shelob Attacks 9471 Uruk-hai Army x2 9473 Mines Of Moria Thanks to my birthday! I think the 9471 Uruk-hai Army army set is my fave. Its a great army builder and has great parts to help with MOCing. Lots of pieces to add flavor to buildings. The amount of mini figs is awesome as well 4 Uruk-hai, Éomer and Rohan soldier. I got one from my kids and bought another with my Birthday money. I think its a great set!

I am pumped for this set. Honestly I dont see it as a sign that classic castle line is still active. It seems like a bone being thrown to a hungry dog. This dog is thankful for the bone but its just a bone none the less.

brick beards bounty pulled me from my dark ages. It was one I wanted as a child and never got and I now own it. I had bought a bunch of used Lego off someone who walked into my tattoo shop (we are located right next to a pawn shop). They sold me a bunch of Lego for 50$. I figured my kids would dig it. I got home started going through the box and all these sets I had as a child were inside. They made me feel like a kid in a time I was felt a little to jaded for my age (28 at the time). It was a magical to put brick beards bounty together. I was right there in my house with my girl friend giggling and sorting. That set reminded me of my childhood lusting for a set to expensive for a single mother raising to children to afford. Giving my children everything I could never have has been my goal. But that ship is MINE .

We hit a warm streak and the snow has melted, seen a street cleaner and so I pulled the bike out today. It felt great but still a little cold. My hands didnt warm up for an hour. lol

please no, dont say your an ex warhammer player. I stopped adding on to my 4,000+ point death korps of krieg imperial guard army (to the sadness of my friends who play) to buy more lego.

LMFAO! So reading this post my girl friend is reading over my shoulder and says "and how much do you buy with out me know?" I am guilty of buying Lego in secret specially ebay purchases.
