  1. With this in the box: Sorry for he blur and discolouring but this clearly says Components made in -,-, CHINA,-, and - Im scared of having CCP [Cheap Chinese Plastic] In my HIGH QUALITY TLG's ABS plastic bricks. Im trying to avoid this except for the CM series. How does this has effect to LEGO fans? Post your feelings here and maybe TLG ould read this one day and possibly stop this madness right away. FAQ: 1: TLG is producing thm in China because of low labor costs. A: Im okay with it but if they're usin' CCP then it is completely unacepptable!
  2. This is my sigfig in fight mode
  3. Count me in! You can see my brick flicks in YouTube under the username BrickTVEntertainment, I will only need background and I will work on that soon.
  4. Hello, welcome to EB! I am new too, and I am also a fan of Phineas And Ferb. Hope you enjoy your time here!
  5. No exclusives in Indonesia like the modular houses, the 787 dreamliner of 2008, everything in the Exclusives line is very very hard to find. The time the sets arrive is also delayed, ussualy 2 months off the US and Europe release time. For example the City 2011 Police sets arrived in the US in December 2010 or January 2011, and I saw them here in February 2011. The harbour line of Summer 2011 arrived in August 2011 then the May 2011 US got. Price is also ridiculously high. The Passenger Plane 3181 of 2010 is 39 USD and it is 600 Rupiahs here, equivalent of 70 USD. The Passenger Train 7938 of 2010 is 130 USD and it is 2 million Rupiahs here. Equivalent of 200-250 USD. One more thing, the triple the price for Duplo, let's compare the 3365 Moon Buggy and the Duplo vet set. Box size is same. Duplo has less pices than the moon buggy. Price for 3365 is 90 Rupiahs which is 10 USD. Vet costs 130 Rupiahs which is 15 USD.
  6. I think special techniques should be involved in the process of building to make a modular building.
  7. Feel free to watch them in YouTube, just search for my channel that has been told above.
  8. Hello, I am new here and so far after searching and searching in EB I can't find a review of the new 7498 Police Station. Is it because of someone owning this set and it's too bad to be reviewed as if CRAP? . I am planning to buy this soon so can anyone has a good review up? Also I think this is in the wrong place. Can some Mod/Admin move this to Community or somewhat similar forum?
  9. Good review format TheBrickster! . Good for a city but you will need a forest area. City's 2012 forest subtheme might seem good to be paired with this.
  10. The price is why I voted for average, I t was great and deserved a 5/5. But the pricy cost resulted in a score deduction.
  11. Oh yeah, I remember seeing the Captain's Cabin set having bottle 1x1 brick with stud on top.
  12. A building in Jakarta has got fire in around 12 o'clock local time My first chance of seeing a burning building.
  13. I already have 3180 but 3179, camper and tow truck are very good. I will buy them after I buy 7499. Suggestion approved
  14. My friend has gave me a yellow 4-wide sports car. It is good. I will post pictures as soon I have a Brickshelf account. 4 WIDER!!!
  15. Bottle Shop is good but you will need a lot of Belville bottles . Bakery is good but do you have any bagetes[is this how to spell it?] Both of them are perfect. Can't choose
  16. Hello, I am new here and I was planning to buy a City set after I bought the Alien Conquest Alien Striker [the small one, or is it Alien Defender?] and the City Level Crossing [7936]. The City set must be no more than 20 USD. I still have the 7638 Tow Truck in stock at stores. But what to get. Also the 7639 Camper does look pleasing. Suggestion on! [lightningtiger homage] Side note:You [lightningtiger, Rufus, and WhiteFang inspired me to join Eurobricks.]
  17. I agree too. While the flexi tracks are bumpy when a train goes on 7 speed [high speed] and they are bad for making level crossings, they do make sharper turns than curved tracks can.
  18. Curiosity and the likeness of something else. Got my first for Christmas 2008. I didn't know why I was in the LEGO section of the toy store when I was interested in planes. Alas, out comes the set 7734 Cargo Plane. I was interested in planes so I thought this was pretty good and it was a building toy.[For more drama, it was squeezed in between the 7994 Harbor and a Coast Guard set I can't seem to remember it.] But the price tag said a translated Indonesian Rupiah to USD of 79,99. So I got a 20 USD Airmail instead. The craze then began... December 25 2011 marks my 3 years of collecting LEGO. I do have a really small dark age in 2009 for like 5 months where video games caught my eye, for the fifth time. Aside from that I lost 7732 temporarily. In Christmas 2009 I bought 3178 Seaplane then 3177 Small Car and finally 7567 Traveller. Those 3 sets revived my love for LEGO. My most beloved set remained to be 7732. In May 2011 I regained possession of my 7732. With the recent addition of 5770 and 10211 my LEGO collecting and building hobby became higher and higher. My LEGO collecting was expected 35% higher this Christmas.
  19. I recently got into LEGO so my first set was: 7732 Airmail.
  20. I'm new here, and I had introduced myself in the "Hello, MyName IS..." forum and this Academy is the reason I wanted to join EB. . I have around 30 sets including Collect. Minfigs. Mostly City sets. Everything complete with box & instructions, except 7732 Airmail and 7241 Fire Car. Complete with ins. without box. I got a Sony DSC W150 Cyber-Shot with Smile Shutter, in good condition. I do have enthusiamsm but time is a little limited but I can work it out though.
  21. Hello, I am from Indonesia and I was in to LEGO recently. Since 2008 I was an avid LEGO collector. I was very tired of watching LEGO Brickfilms on Youtube so I made my first brickfilm in early 2011, weeks after X'Mas and I got my 3182 Airport. It was not good but I got better and better until I made my first edited brickfilm and I made my first Youtube account titled BrickTVEntertainment. Now after 6+ months of visiting Eurobricks I am finally a proud member of this website. I also have City sets. I only collect City sets but I have adapted to Creator, because of their detailed houses. Also modulars also had tempted my eyes but killing my money. I have a city called Brick Town. It was previously called LEGO City. It is a tabletown and is still growing. I had my birthday on July 30. And this year I received the most amount of LEGO I had. 4642, 3180, 3181, 8403, and 8404 [i am sure that you all probably know the name of the sets]
