If its over 70 thats a really expensive per piece rate. 50 or so would be much better.

Oh h*ll no, I don't think I could bring myself to spend that much in one day. All in all it was about $350. It was three different auctions and they were grouped by catagory. I think I got lucky in that sense because it didn't go that high.

I watched Beowulf last night too. There was not much resemblence to the poem after the first hour then it was just an excuse to get Angelina naked, not that I minded. *sweet* *sweet* *y* *y* I've watched all three extended versions of LOTR in a row before also. Sixteen hours of pure cinematic pleasure. But I did it right... only paused it to go to the front door to get the pizza I had delivered so wouldn't have to stop and make/get food. i think that elves would add the right amount of depth to the castle: men:skellies dwarves:orcs elves:trolls and then wizards but with elves it might be about even and this castle line seems fantasy oriented anyway it would just be logically cool to me *sweet* *sweet* elves on!!!

Well what it all comes down to is what type of person you are. Me I like to both play with and collect so when i buy a set, I try to get at least two of it. One to build and one to keep. This as you know gets expensive but since I have both the playful gene and the collecting gene this way fills both my needs. The set I'm going to build just needs to be complete and in good condition. But the set I dont open I try to get it in as good of condition as possible. But I see both sides of the story here, some people believe in the sanctity (figure of speech) of MISB sets and if they aquire them they will not open them for anything. On the other hand some people try and get MISB sets for the simple joy of opening the brand new boxes and bags and building a new set. So again, it really comes down to what type of person you are.

its a nice set the new motorcycle is nice as a new bike for lego the cars that TLG is putting out now are becoming more realistic and less legoistic which is better? the pumps are good build along with the carwash wish the store had more to it though i just loved all the see through roof plates and ahh, to have gas that low again :-) ;-)
