  1. "Neat rpg dialog," "annoying pissing contest"... tomato tom-ah-to, I suppose. Through all of that I honestly couldn't tell if you were arguing in-character, or re-having the "should rogues share their gold" argument but forcing it into an in-character perspective.
  2. "I've been on just about every side of this situation as you could imagine, and I still say yer causin' a fuss for nothin'. When we dock, if my group decides we need to restock, I'll have no problems askin' em to foot the bill. But just let this go."
  3. "I've done plenty of pillagin'. I'm not in rags, here. If a mere 50 gold and some wine'll get us moving again, I'm happy to front it. It's got nothin' to do with protectin' the rogues' pockets."
  4. "Oh come on. This is ridiculous. Take my cut and divide it. Just let us get on with this voyage."
  5. "I'm breakin' about even either way. I think it's best if both groups split the gold so we can each replenish our supplies when we make land. I've been in Guts' place before--if our group needs to spend extra, I'm sure he'll chip in from his side-earnin's, but let it come outta the looted gold first." Thormanil steps beside Guts.
  6. If we assume that I can change rows&weapons mid-flight, then honestly, put me at the top of the battle order and let everyone else focus on that last poor goon. Thormanil drops onto Ognar, piercing the man's mighty beard with his Dragonsbane Lance from the front row If, however, we say the attack uses last round's weapon/row, then just carry on with whatever's been announced. It shouldn't make too big of a difference, really. Realized I posted this over an hour after Pie said he'd start rolling. Whoops. Sorry for all the grey text.
  7. I'd imagine that dragoons aren't allowed to switch weapons/rows while waiting on their "Take Flight" to land, are they?
  8. Thormanil repeats
  9. Thormanil repeats.
  10. Thormanil attacks Ognar from the back row with Trident unless a teammate decides he would be better suited to do something else.
  11. Inflicts a multitude of negative effects onto the enemy party. I want to say confused is among them?
  12. You're entirely right, Zeph, I was just having an early-onset senior moment. Just the one roll, yeah. Arx struggles to lift Thormanil more than a few inches off the ground, though even that was an impressive feat for the little hatchling. <Why do you carry all this junk around with you?! You're heavy enough as it is!> "Hah! The view's lovely from all the way up here! Let's hope they don't stretch their arms out a little bit further, they might reach us!" Thormanil chuckles as he prepares to 'descend' upon the viking. <Keep laughing, just wait til I fly away with your dinner later.>
  13. Shhh let me have this!
  14. I didn't want to continue to clutter up the thread, especially when I was wrong, haha. I blame all this studying/end-of-semester term-project cramming.
  15. Was poor Knife-Tongue really so unlucky to have rolled 5 or 6 twice against the jinxed Pillager B? That's some nasty luck! 1/36 chance, if I do recall correctly!
  16. Fastening his coinpurse tight, Thormanil attacks Pillager A from the front row (Trident), while Knife-Tongue attacks Pillagers C&D from the back row. Bah, an un-jinxed Pillager. That's what I get for posting late!
  17. I'll add that into the item's description, aye.
  18. What's the damage line for "Bleeding"? I found a reference to 5hp/round on a search, does that stand?
  19. Just to complicate things, I did specify the Gladiator's Trident, so there should be 41(42? if you rounded up) damage, and the bleed effect. Thormanil attacks Viking Sailor B, front row, Gladiator's Trident & Knife-Tongue attacks Pillagers B&C, back row.
  20. Whoops, missed that. Knife-Tongue, Pillagers B & C, back row.
  21. It takes a turn to switch artifacts, doesn't it? "Alright Arx, let's see how you handle a little grunt!" <This'll be easy!> Viking Sailor B, Front row, Gladiator's Trident
  22. Thormanil stretches out "Welp, if we're gonna get into it... Ready, Arx?" Arx pokes his head out from Thormanil's cloak, <A fight?!>
  23. "So are ya suggestin' we join in on the raidin'? Hah!"
  24. "I've got no loyalties to the Bonapartes, and I don't wanna get a bad name with the local raiding parties while we're stuck at sea."
  25. Arx bundles himself in Thormanil's hood for warmth. Thormy scratched the hatchling's ears, congratulating him for his successful trip "Way to go li'l guy. Cold weather hasn't got anythin' on you! And I'm glad to hear we aren't dealing with Sirens, heh. Evil creatures, they are."
