Good idea. Like I said before, plenty of "Riven-DALE". Again, could be a regional accent thing though. Benefit of the doubt. I guess, but the top is pretty iconic and depicted in the image. Not sure why they would have that tower while showing Middle Earth, alongside Barad Dur.

It looks to be too far east and south. Maybe not exactly in Mordor though.

One by one, the free wallets of AFOLs fell to the power of the set. But there were some who resisted! Ah who am I kidding. Take my wallet, LEGO.

Very minor things - nothing to the build. I thought Aragorn's outfit is more black and silvery-grey. New molds of Gandalf's hat / hair, reforged Anduril sword. Different Legolas hairpiece. Again, VERY minor things that I can easily overlook and adore the set as-is. I also may be incorrect on some of these.

To me, after seeing reviews, it really seems like Rivendell is a labor of love for the franchise from LEGO. It's not perfect but really really good. Day 1 purchase for me. Hope we can see more from this theme! Also, maybe just me, but a lot of reviews (maybe due to regional accents) seem to say "Riven-DALE" instead of "Riven-DELL". Yes I know, probably sound like Hermione haha

That would be not cool in my opinion. Would love to see TPM one first. I like that more than the Mando version. Again, just my opinion. But this is getting into wishlisting, so I'll leave it be

The first one I was too young and the second one...never liked the engines, too small and good reminder from this forum about the sticker. I hope they fix those. I don't have an X-Wing, sorely missed in the UCS collection. Figure looks great (if true). Nice year with this and Rivendell. Not interested in too much else at the moment. Considering the Andor set and dioramas maybe. Waiting for Mando and Ahsoka.

With some D2C from other themes leaking (Batman), I wonder if we will finally get some May UCS news.

I hope it is Anakin's green one or the one from battlefront. But the blue one or Ahsokas would have been prime. If it's a 2017 remake, easy pass. Didn't like his custom designed starfighter, though that is not LEGOs fault.

Well...certainly a lot to catch up on from the weekend. Mechs, no thank you. Chewie, another pass Yavin IV, sounds interesting but I am not enthused about the Y-Wing. Maybe a discount set. The number of figs based on the price is intriguing. Hope remains for Mando and Ahsoka sets. I really am interested in more of the unknowns (as I am sure we all are) plus the UCS sets (May and Fall). Really hoping for a good May one that I am interested in. Time will tell.

Probably due to being LEGO exclusives during initial release, they can keep a tighter seal on the leaks without involving 3rd part vendors. Dang it, I really am curious about the May set this year. I have not gotten one since the 2019 Tantive IV.

So...no Endor, no Gun ship, no P2 Rex, no Fondor, no Ghost...interesting. (Mostly a joke here)

Yeah, it looks to be the same size as the UCS Razor Crest (6000 some pieces) which I believe is the same size too.

Plus GWP of the Frodo / Gollum Brickheadz for VIPs from 3/5-3/7. I quite like the set. It’s not perfect in every way but so very incredible in a number of ways. Easy pick-up for me. I hope we get more sets from this franchise going forward.

Small thing, I wonder what the box art will look like. Icons, so probably black. Wish it had art depicting a Rivendell-scape like from the films. Still gonna buy it either way!

How in the brick is everyone finding all these details on the Rivendell images? Also, still some doubt from me that it's real given its proximity to the other leaked images that may or may not be true.

Seeing another image (same angle) it seems like its a proper size for a UCS, at least for me. Not sure about 240 USD (May 2023 - not likely) or later at ~6000 pcs. Seems between the 2 but a good size that I would be happy with.
