  1. Personally I'm less concerned with whether Gringotts is coming this year or next (part of me wonders if they didn't want to release it so close to Diagon Alley because of the initial complaints about having to pay extra to complete your Diagon Alley, which seem to have disappeared now but were common last summer), and more with how they could make a Diagon Alley look good from both the inside and outside. Gringotts is the tallest building of DA, but when you enter the front doors you come into the main atrium. There is nothing you could add on a second floor (above the atrium) because everything else is underground, below the main atrium. So you have a building that is tall from the outside but deep from the inside. I could see it working in two ways: 1. They exaggerate the front steps which means they could build some vaults underneath the atrium, and then just give it a high ceiling with the chandelier and no second floor. This could have a pull-out cart feature. 2. It opens up/is comprised of two halves - one being the main atrium and one being the underground section. Don't worry, you're a fast-growing Lego channel so that breeds jealousy and resentment. You've proven you have access to sources most of us don't. I love your channel and always watch it a couple of times of week. Your channel is where I get all of my non-HP Lego news from. I wish we would learn more about that Lego HP magazine you reported on a while back, when Lego was asking kids if they'd be interested in it. I know I would be.
  2. If you live in the UK you can get a chocolate sorting hat:
  3. I have a chocolate sorting hat.
  4. He'll eat the buildable sorting hat.
  5. That's why it's popular to "advertisers." Best just to ignore and report them.
  6. Smyths usually has the exclusive in the UK (like the Burrow). It's been strongly suggested it's a buildable item (possible a Remembrall).
  7. Remember in the giant Hogwarts you can take it apart and see the devil's snare inside?
  8. There must be some representation of Devil's snare, the Chamber of Winged Keys and the final challenge chamber somewhere, though, right?
  9. Ooh welcome to the fun house!
  10. 10 - Harry, Ginny, Lockhart, Tom Riddle, Colin Creevey, Justin Finch-Fletchley, Prof. Sinistra, Prof. Dumbledore, Nearly-Headless Nick and golden Voldemort/Quirrel.
  11. There was a mix up. Professor Trelawney only sees the truth when she looks into her crystal ball sometimes.
  12. The Chess Set is now $60 and the D2C will be something we don't know.
  13. I'm interested to know this, too. I'm guessing September like Hogwarts and DA? Maybe with a August pre-release like Hogwarts had?
  14. Does everyone feel a bit better about the August wave now knowing that the D2C could be an actual "playset"? I do. I think having Minifigure-scale sets and expanding the 18+/display sets is a good idea.

  16. Ooh I'm happy with this news. Do you know what the D2C is?
  17. Chess set will be $59.99 and be a retail exclusive according to instagram.
  18. If the D2C is a minifigure scale playset I will be happy.
  19. Can you confirm all what is staying the same?
  20. But the turnaround time for this would have been like a week, and on a much smaller scale. Public backlash can effect products but takes a long time to come to fruition because sets take time to plan and release.
  21. So the D2C is changing? The Chess set is moving to a smaller set? The other brick-built crap is staying the same?
  22. Umm Lego wouldn't change their plans because of a few people complaining over leaked info, and they especially wouldn't do it this quickly. There was obviously some miscommunication.
