Someone on r/LSW pointed out Tech’s visor probably can’t move. Are there any pics out there of it down bc looking at the way it’s molded I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re right, which would suck.

Yeah I think the January 1st wave and the Razor Crest/Vader’s Castle/501st situation was sort of the wakeup call for them bc the 66 Batmobile and the UCS-Style Discovery, two wildly popular sets that WILL have immense resale value and can command ridiculous prices on EBay, were available for almost a full day after release before going to backorder like any other new product. I still am genuinely worried about Gideon’s cruiser specifically because I have a weird feeling that’ll be a difficult one to get my hands on. Hopefully they’ve at least somewhat fixed the bot issue tho.

He’s got the shortest, least visually interesting hair of the group, so I get it. Plus there had to be be something missing from the figs or this wouldn’t be an official TLG set

One thing i will say is I wish Hunter’s backpack was included. His fig looks sorta dumb without it.

I could be wrong but I think the armor is a fullbody piece. That or they’re clipped onto the arms somehow? But that would be a really weird connection. edit: it covers the upper half of his body which is dope as hell.

Are Tech’s guns new or am I just blind? And also someone hire Lego a new megablocking photographer because the set actually looks great if photographed at the right angles. Don’t like the way the fin is put together tho, seems to just be two plates holding the top and bottom of it together which is sketchy. Also did anyone else hear the rumor they’d all have printed arms or was that just a wishful theory? Either way the figs are gorgeous. I think they finally realized customs are a thing and are much better at making figs then they are lmao so they stepped up a bit.

We’ll probably get one or the other and then remakes. Tbh I think Vanth’s speeder would be lowkey old news by then given that BOBF and Mando 3 will be running during the winter release season so we’d hopefully get a set from those if Lego isn’t still lagging. The other set is a distinct possibility, would somewhat work as a battle pack.

Wakandan warriors. They have absolutely amazing weapons and armor and would look fantastic lined up. Problem is it's hard to make good army building figs with more personally unique armies like that. Also sorcerers but again same problem.

Well dang I might have to buy that for the Christmas prints. Those sound dope.

Those have been up for over a week. The ad itself doesn’t specifically reference Lego at all so I’m wondering if it was just a misinterpretation

Huh Ryan just confirmed the third fig in the Armory set is Paz. Dope! Hopefully they use Wrecker’s armor for him bc that would be perfect. Alternatively I’ve seen a lot of customs using the heavy armor piece from Chima. That has studs on the back where you can clip on a gun/jetpack and could also work really well.

Their head piece is a lot smaller then a dark trooper’s helmet so for accuracy’s sake I’d say it should have a new mold but knowing Lego I doubt it. This post…is no longer…PROFITABLE!

Landino, Falcon and Fulcrum have all heavily implied it’s the same piece. What we’re probably getting is a mid-length horn that doesn’t angle like Saxon’s but is also longer then the Armorer’s that they will then use for every Mandalorian character that doesn’t just wear a nicely graffitid bucket on their head for all time.

The sequels sets were a mixed bag like any other era’s sets. Kylo’s shuttle and the X-wings were gorgeous, but then the headless AT-ST was a thing. I feel like people are super either-or when it comes to judging waves.

Also her hair piece would be AWESOME for custom figs.

I saw someone mention that Mando could have a silver helmet (may have been on insta I’m lowkey sleepdeprived so mods yell at me if need be) instead of the light grey they used for ToT. I’d love that but somehow I doubt they’d have the time or initiative to do a reskin simply because of the mild backlash from the weird color in ToT. It’s probably just going to be a reprint of either OG mando or ToT mando. Hoping for Paz Visla tho. With Wrecker’s armor and a jet pack attachment somehow, depending on what that piece looks like?
