hi, i am working on a theme for worldbuilder wich is a castle theme that is focused on the black falcons. in this theme, chivalira, the cotinent of castle is peacefull there is no war, but just some tenseness, due to the red lion kingdom conquering the green dragon. All is peacefull for the main character named i do not know he is selling things at the market when he walks home to find a knight standing at the front of his house. The knight is not just any knight, but sir i do not know, one of the kings two best fighters he hands him a uniform and says " your in the rangers now !!!!, be at the castle 6;00 tomorrow !!!! " the main character is confused. he wakes up and is about to go to the market when he rembers the strange thing that happned, he puts on his uniform to go to the castle and finds two other people here being talked to by the kings two best fighters they explain that they, since they were all forestmen before are going to be part of the rangers, elite griffin riding archers and scouts. the king is holding a joust and they have to scout the area for enemys. they do this and find strange ships behind the mountians, They are told by one other ranger that these are vikings ships, belonging to the legendary vikings that attacked the kingdoms ages ago they run to warn the king, but the vikings have already attacked. that is what i have so far, but i need help with builds and more of the story !!!! - valon

a castle theme with a story line and creative elements would work !!!!

in read a fantasy pirate book in wich pirates fleeing from the british went into a strange place were there were roman ships and such attacking theme that had been stuck there for 100s of years. maybe a lost roman tririme would be a good enemy ?

that looks absolutley EPIC !!!!!!!!!!!! and i am glad you are not uploading it until there is content, i hate how so may themes on world builderlook really cool, but have nothing on them !!!! i completley agree on what you said, if people want castle or pirates so badly, they should use worldbuilder and i am glad you are doing so !!!! i am actually making a castle theme on worldbuilder and will create a thread for that eventaully and hope others will make historic themes on world builder !!!! once agian, your pirate theme looks awesome and i hope it gets made

hi, i have noticed how many historic theme fans ( such as me ) have complained how there are no historic themes currenlty, but i have also noticed how there are basicaly no historic themes that have content ( except for fantasy pirates , but i do not know if that is posted yet and one other pirate theme) on world builder i am confsued why people ( such as me) who want a historic theme or more specifacally castle would not use a website that lego made for people to design there own themes to make one !!!! ( pirates fans such as myself have gotten the pirate ship and bay ) if people want these themes so badly then why not make one on world builder that acautally has things in it !!!!

are you allowed to have side charcaters ? i know you can in guilds of historica, so if i can i am thinking of a corrington charcater with a very important eslandolan side character

i agree, fantasy castle is definatley still castle and more accurate to how people thought in the middle ages, just looking at a painting that i have in my room from the medieval times ( sorry that sounds really pretenious !!!! ) it has things in it that definately do not exist, but people though did in the medieval times so even if you think that only medieval themes count as castle, fantasy still does !!!!

i am leaning towards eslandola or corrington, but i am at my country house and have few building peices and may wait till i go to my normal house to build, because my ships ( black seas barracauda porate bay armada flagship and moc mediveal ship ) are all there ( also can you use a set as your ship ? i might us the black seas barracauda once i fix it !!!! )

well, what i ment was that it would stand out, but also fit in with the castle theme, fantasy era standouts out from other castle themes, but it fits with castle wich nexo knights does not

hi, i just joined eurobricks and two of the main reason that i signed up were guilds of historica and brethern of the brick seas. Despite having mostly avalonian building peices, i had read alot about kaliphlin and decided to join it, however for brethern of the brick seas, i do not know what nation is should pick, i find eslandola and corrington most interesting, but i have 145 bluecoats i would not be able to use. I have mostly eslandolan building peices, but not very many minifgures for it. i have 5 redcoats, but not many good building peices for corrington. who should i join ? - valon

i agree, sort of, nexo knights was a bad castle theme, but it was a castle theme, it had all the elements of a castle theme, but other elements that made it terrible as a castle theme i have said this other places but if lego wanted to combine to classic theme, it would have made more sense to combine castle and pirates wich could have worked rather then castle and space, wich put elements into castle and space that made it terrible

i agree, it was just a bad castle theme !!!!

i also would have prefered normal or fantasy castle to, i liked it as a space type theme not as castle even if it techinally is/was a castle theme !!!! ( 189 is not to shabby !!!! )

what i ment was, if you like historical and your favorite theme is kingdoms, you probably also would like the fanatasy era castle, even if it has mythcial creatures and even if you do not like the other sets. I ment that a historical castle fan might like a fantasy castle theme more then nothing not a fantasy something else theme

i agree, what a ment with nexo knights was that it was not a good castle theme, it had knights and a castle so it was a castle theme, but did not fit in the fantasy or historical category. I call it its own category of techno castle, because of the futureistic aspects, i liked it by the way but execpt for the bad guys it was not good as a castle theme ( i notcied the thing about your clone army under your post, mine is about 245 )

that sounds really cool !!!! i am working on a theme like that for worldbuilder ( except that it focuses on knights vikings and elvles ) wich i will be posting on world builder once i have more builds for it. if you like, you could help with builds and storybuilding ( if you have a story or builds in mind for a theme like that )
