    Totally agree here with everyone! The Train is a big disappointment. I dont see any nice building techniques, even worse: the trains are standing on 6x8 Plates, which are connected to 2 technic bricks where we plug the wheels into. And on the plate we have only on 2 sides a wall with window, stacked like a 2 years old, with a super simple rooftop :D what is this set? Its so bad. The Christmas tree though looks like the real Winter "Village" set this year, but the price tag... I wont buy any of these two.

    Yes, maybe Skyscraper was too much from my side, but we didnt have anything close to the Town Hall Modular yet... at least that size maybe? Instead of using 1,5 base plates, just add a floor. That would give it a bit of variaty :) For higher builings it would mean something like town apartments? maybe something new york style with fire escape ?

    Was that confirmed? The Newspater / Printing Press Modular was scrapped? About the Jazz Club: I would not say people hate it, but isnt it just clear how simple the fassade was? Like cynw said, it looks like a creator Set. Its just a block with some tiles attached to some bricks modified :D and its just a block of a house. I have not built the Jazz Club yet, so I cant say how well the interior is and how much fun it was, but I see why its one of the "worst" or "least famous" Modulars is. On the other side it has a theme that people love, again. Hmm. Regarding next Modular: I am curious if Lego will ever try to make something like a Sky Scaper apartments building? I mean,... Daily Buggle was also possible, right? And I consider that a Sky scaper in the Lego world.

    Best, Modular, Ever. From that first Picture, it just looks amazing. The details, the colors, the size. It looked like a Moc or something from other alternatives. Especially comparing this to the Jazz Club, wow..day and night.

    Either American Style or UK Style would be great. Like in the thumbnail from Brickclickers video. I dont know if I like it or not, but have the feeling Lego could use some crazy Pastel colors that they love so much (like the houses in Nottinghill). Can I make one prediction? we will see the new plug print tile from the Borrow Harry Potter Set in this Modular!

    I dont think they are going to make an inverted corner, because it just does not have so much display-ability. Ofc collectors need that kind of buildings for their Cities, but I dont think Lego is going to release a Set where only 1/5 is a front and the rest are walls :D

    I just saw this MOC on Rebrickable: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-124447/BrickAtive/andrews-church/#details Since Lego will now also build religious architecture buildings (thanks to Notre Dame), I see a Church like that not as unlikely. What are now the top predictions for this year?

    I think its time for: - A museum - A theatre - Postoffice Or, a very wild take: a new and proper market street with shops and stands :) Regarding inversed corner/L shape: while it would be welcome for all of as and would be new, this would not sell well because the "display-able" nice side would be too small and most of the building would be the back wall... so I don't think they will bring that ever out.

    Uff, really? I am here only since 2020 and I remember people were happy about the police station :D I also can't imagine people criticizing the Parisian Restaurant or the Brickbank :D But I must say: this one is a downstep. Its more expensive than ever, it really looks not special at all (okay we cant get every year like a crazy building, sometimes normal is also good), but the facade of the Jazz club really looks plain, boring, and simply build. Well lets see how it l ooks next year :D

    Brickclicker just posted a video with the Box and the interior pictures. People that say its fake should stop :D .... One thing: am I the only one who does not like the changing colors palettes each year? like they could do 2-3 years in a row fitting color schemes? why not continue the green or violett 1/4 buildings of the police station? It gets harder and harder to combine them. Also: I also think that the new Modular looks underwhelming. I feel like they have to ramp up their game. This looks really boring. Look at Mould King for example, they have modern houses, cafes and multi level houses like this, look what Lego themselves did with the new Friends Mainstreet.

    I dont know if its the small kid in the Lego video but I think the Set looks quite big? Good enough for me for 100 bucks :) 2 really nice buildings, I dont agree on the "80ies Lego interior". Funny that they cut the Light brick :D for that price and 1500 pieces they couldnt do it, right?!

    Off topic: there will be diagon alley extensions next year? confirmed? I thought only one Gringots Bank extension? :)

    Another question: In the new "Modulars Buildings Collection" , whats the most left Building in the logo? The newspaper stand has more newspapers than the Bookshop Set books

    Sorry yes, but USA is not the main or only target for Lego, other countries don't have so many problems with the police. But I really don't want to talk about that topic too much if it's appropriate or not. PS: if I would complain about something its the rooftop of the main building. its so empty. But its lego so we could add anything we want (batman light? :D)

    The designer just confirmed that the billboard is printed :)

    Which are not? For me, the advertisement parts do not look like stickers but printed. Stonewars also says it's printed and in the closeup screenshot it looks printed. I could see it immediately in the Sesam Street Set, but not here? Is it? Am I blind?
