A Dragold would completely invalidate the sentiment of the special display stand in the Icons set, which I thought was particularly good of Lego to make expandable for those loyal fans who bought all the golden figure sets (or rather able to, I appreciate there are many loyal fans who perhaps were unable to do so despite wanting to). But very valid point that Goldemort makes no sense since he wasn't present in the film in that form. I do love that they used updated versions of McGonagall and Dumbledore however.

How do you post photos on here? I took a photo of a chocolate frog tile display I made but it says the max I can upload is 0.03MB, that is tiny. I see people posting photos on here all the time of whole Hogwarts displays etc. Is there a trick to it? Also, not sure if this is permitted here so apologies if not, I was needing just 1 tile to make a complete wizarding tile collection and I got 2 of them in the last set I bought meaning I have a complete spare set of 16 tiles to sell. If anyone is interested I am happy to sell at below common marketplace price of ebay etc. if you want to message me.

Thank you for this excellent advice. I think am going to go for it! I like you really don't spend money on much else other than HP lego so why not! I think these 8 new shops added to the existing DA on one long shelf will look amazing. And I agree...some of these are better than Legos.

This is the first I have heard of Rebrickable but LOVE how they have turned COS into a base for the old great hall. Is it just a case of signing up on the website and paying for what presumably is an email they send you with full building instructions??? And buying another COS set naturally :) Can I ask roughly what it costs to buy all the pieces to make these Diagon Alley expansions? presumably you had to use Bricks n Pieces to get them and I wonder if it is something I could have a go at, they are stunning!

I have been on this forum for a year or so now and remember seeing a few times suggestions for better hair pieces for HP minifigures...does anyone by chance have a list or is there a you tube vid people are aware of that lists or summarises these so that I can make a little BnP order to improve some of my figures? I have basically every HP set and minifigure there is with a whol room dedicated to the display so it is time for a new project and to start making them better! Thanks.

And now 2 bag 7's!!! So I have the pieces to build the chamber snake door etc twice over. I thought it was just the wizard tile since I had opened all the bags to get the tiles first but now that I have reached bag 7 during the build I see why I got the extra tile. I hope that doesn't mean there is someone out there with no bag 7 and no chamber door! Lego is not on form.

I got 7 wizard tiles instead of 6 in my COS set. Has anyone else experienced extra tiles? I remember someone posting they got extra stickers. Lego normally doesn't make mistakes but I am all for extra freebies!

I think I did well, I built COS and Hogsmeade and got 8 out of 10 unique cards. Snape, McGonagall, Slytherin, Maxime, Flamel, Bertie, Scamander, Sykes. In COS I got 2 extra Slytherin but Hogsmeade was all unique.

Yes that is true, why would he be in this pack if his shop was to be featured. Guess I got over-excited! Am I right in saying though that Mr. B never appears in a nice suit jacket and tie like that figure??? I only remember him from the extended version looking petty grubby.

Correct, lots of pics of COS and Hogsmeade but not the others.

The Brickfan email this morning had tons of very high quality pics...are we waiting for even more?
