If I received any consumables or gave any out in 112, let me know so I can return them. I think otherwise I sorted my inventory out. Also, just editing my inventory, I remember the good ol' days when we used to keep it in our signature. Is anyone interested in a Pongcanis Quiver (WP +1 to Bows and Crossbows; suitable for Rangers, Beast Warriors, Infiltrators, and Winged Warriors; backwear), or should I sell it to Fabian?

Feeling generous, I shoot out: "150 gold good?"

Congratulations! Although I wouldn't say no to Prophet getting beefed up a bit.

Seeing an ogre come in behind me and sign-up a quest without so much as a look around or an attempt at being discrete, I shake my head. When will these people realize that these beasts have no place amongst the likes of us? I wonder. Spying the Archmage, I approach Namyrra. "I don't believe I returned this Staff of the Necromancer to you. You mentioned wanting to sell it before. How much for it?"

As I enter the Hall, my eyes pass over the quest board on the way to a seat. "Hmm...a chance to work for the Bonapartes, eh? Not a chance I'd take lightly." I sign up for Quest 119.

Just thinking how crazily protected Paladin Pretzel would be an a /7 PVP. Sitting in the Back Row with 32 SP, it would almost 450 damage to get in a hit. Since gems don't give multipliers against heroes, that figure would be well-nigh impossible to reach. Or maybe I'm thinking about this all wrong.

I was always trying to be creative when the battles came, but somehow when the time came for it, I couldn't think of anything. I had a few outlandish ideas and some simple ones like lighting the Ponganae on fire with the torch, but somehow when the time came I always ended up deciding against doing any of that. Anyway, it was a fun quest to participate in and I really did like the dungeon crawling style. I don't think I'd appreciate every quest being like it but variety is the spice of life. It was also nice have a more battle-focused quest for Pretzel since his last ones have been pretty draining on him. And I didn't find it overly-complex at all. I'd love to go Skirmisher at some point, but Pretzel's build just doesn't really fit with it for now. I suppose the class could fit him though...don't know.

Heroica RPG Quest #112: The Lion, the Wretch, and the Warlord

Still thinking of myself as a Cleric and somehow I thought that Battlemage was Archmage. "Oh...um...right of course I knew that...erm." -

Wait a moment, did the Dread Pirate actually escape, if so Dyric should track him down. "Mage, do you want this Cloak? I can't use it and it would provide more SP than your Ethereal one should the situation warrant it. Otherwise, I'll just sell it at the marketplace when I get back, assuming no one wants it at the hall." I pull out my Magic Shovel and mindlessly pluck out some loose bricks in floor, looking for treasure. -

As the berserker charges at me, arms flailing, I receive his blow to my face. Tumbling backwards, I gingerly pick myself off the floor. My goodness, they are going to win the battle, aren't they? We're all going to die! Perhaps, I should just hide here. Maybe no one will notice. I slip behind a piece of furniture, if one is available, and quietly down a Grand Potion. Can someone remind me how much damage the Military Grade Bombs do? -
If he's asleep though, he wouldn't be able to target you at all. But all is well that ends well.

I briefly fall asleep from boredom as the Pongcanae rail against me without doing much. Feeling better than before and ready to take on the world, I move forward and hammer down on Pongcanis A with the Dual Staff. -
Um... not sure what you mean, but Sleep does affect specials.

I attack Poncanis A from the Back Row, unless I'm healed, in which case I Dual Hit Poncanis D and also E from the Back Row. Both with the Dual Staff. -
What I find so amazing though, is that despite his not liking the quest very much, his character has still been absolutely brilliant throughout it.
-
Shame! You've been the best part of a great quest. Nerwen and Purpearl have been brilliant this quest as well and I think Zepher really pulled a lot of great interactions out of you all. I can see though that you as a player may find it frustrating, but Matthais just seems like a character that is easy for the others to walk all over. He's amazing though. Please keep up whatever you're doing and if it's your hating the quest that is making Matthais so great then just keep hating it. It's almost done. ...I hope this doesn't sound too selfish.

I cautiously hit Berserker E with the Dual Staff from the Back Row. -

I drink a Grand Potion from the Back Row unless told to do otherwise. -
It may be sacrilege, but somehow that quote does not ring a bell. Maybe it's time to review Star Wars again.

"So I thinks he'll get reinforcements in time, does he? Not bloody likely!" I lurch forwards and strike at the Dread Pirate with both sides of the Dual Staff. Alternatively, if the Party Leader prefers, I take a Grand Potion from the Back Row. -
Bummer.

Since I didn't mention them yet: Jacob and Christian! Somehow I get the feeling that we've seen them as actors before.

"What in God's name!!! You trying to kill me?" I move a safe distance from Atramor and take a swipe at the Warlord with my Flying Cross. -

I repeat my attack unless the Warlock is defeated in which case I attack the Dread Pirate from the Back Row with the Flying Cross...unless told to do otherwise.
