On the one hand it makes total sense for the Sanctum to look like that because, well, that's how the Sanctum looks. But on the other, I can't help but think they'll want to have a different colour scheme to diferentiate it from the previous one we got in IW?

Someone's forgetting about Adam West I gotta say, I'm surprised the batcave was "only" 80€ to begin with, one would think they'd go crazy for this kind of set. But yeah, 60€ is a way more reasonable price for what you get. I reccomend doing a bit of MOCing and combine it with any of the previous Batcaves to have a bigger one.
