Haha that was definitely a joke

It seems way too early for June sets to be fully revealed, but maybe they'll talk about the fact that it's the 20th anniversary? Regardless, I love hearing what the designers have to say about the sets we have. I'm guessing they'll also be doing a live build because the announcement on Instagram includes a picture of Diagon Alley.

Apparently there's going to be a LEGO Harry Potter live-stream on Friday at LEGO.com with Fiorella and Marcos Bessa (two of the designers on the team). Sounds interesting!

So the Harry Potter Series 2 CMF leaked around this time last year (the front of the bag). Think we'll see any Marvel CMF leaks soon? -

Gotcha, thanks! Yeah the automatically generated subtitles didn't make it super clear :) -

Does the Benatar come with a UCS-style plaque? Or is it just a stand? I wasn't sure from the Promobricks video translation -

I DM'd Promobricks asking if the Chitauri in the Benatar could actually be Drax and here's what they said: "There is always a chance. But as far as we know it’s definitely a Chirauri, even if it seems strange..." I guess it actually is a Chitauri 😕 Promobricks said we're getting the old style helmet in the live stream chat yesterday 🙂 -

It has to be Drax, right? If it's a display piece and not a playset, LEGO wouldn't feel obligated to include a random enemy figure -

Yeah that's why I was thinking the Korg leak could correspond to the D2C, which releases earlier, instead of the June sets. But apparently that's not true -

I still feel like it could be Asgard. The Korg leak came way too early for it to be in a June set, no? -

Any idea when we'll know about minifigs? Based on all this good news, I'm planning on getting my first marvel set in almost 10 years 😁 (since the first Avengers wave) -

This would make sense because the listing on the retailer website translates to "Guardians of the Galaxy Ship". I feel like that wouldn't be the title of the listing if set wasn't centered around the Guardians...right? -
He grabbed that picture from Pinterest so I think this is a stretch lol: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/705657835342726119/

Just to get more info on this - how many different parts are you typically interested in at once? And how often do parts go out/come in stock? I don't use B&P myself so I'd love some insight on how people would want these alerts to work.

The hero we need, not the hero we deserve
-
This is on my list because several people have requested it - not sure when I'll get to it because I'm prioritizing new regions/retailers first, but I'm open to the idea!
-
I created a Discord server for LEGO in stock alerts, where you get notified when a set you're looking for comes back in stock. It works for Shop@Home US right now, but I'm planning on adding support for more regions and retailers in the coming weeks. It has over 250 members and people love it so far. If you'd be interested in that, check it out! https://discord.gg/fejMUKqxq5

Looking at the original wave from 2001/2002, I'm now convinced that this mini-wave will be a remake/refresh of some of those sets. The description of the sets seem to match up with a lot of those past sets. This is from one of the instruction books: https://ibb.co/FB016Zf Seems like we're getting an updated version of 4709/4730 in one set, a remake of 4733, and a new set in the same style representing the girl's bathroom. I think they got delayed last year due to the factories being shut down. I'm guessing everyone will get them in June this year.
-
This makes a lot of sense tbh, considering they just released the Astronomy Tower and are extending the 2018 Great Hall's shelf life.
-
Weren't the original 2001 sets also somewhat modular? Could this just be an homage to that, with the green roofs and whatnot?
-
The minifigures in each set are fantastic. So many new and unique characters. But I'm bummed that they're abandoning the "old" modular hogwarts
-
These are some strange choices..why are they rebooting the Great Hall just 3 years after it came out? And apparently it has sand green roofs?
