How long does the PAB cup promotion last? I will be in Boston this weekend for a conference and am looking forward to hitting up the LEGO store.

That's impressive, very nice feature LT!

You did a tremendous job with this MOC. I love the detail and the different floor plans for each floor of the building! Impressive!
-
I like it, I think it is a very accurately depicted scene.

I am a huge Scrabble fan so I must say this is awesome. Good job.

That is a fantastic build..the attention to detail is beyond almost anything I have seen in MOC's this size, or any size for that matter. Congrats.

I would buy it too. The crispness of the design is unparalleled. you should definitely put this on Cuusoo. Amazing build!

To be more specific I am talking about Production pieces, not prototypes...What is the rarest and single most desireable LEGO piece in terms of having appeared in very few to no sets but is desired by builders because it has functionality? And to follow this up, if the aforementioned piece(s) is not the single most expensive LEGO brick, what in your opinion is the Most expensive single Lego piece in existence? Just curious and figured that it might stir up a solid debate!

Pardon the poor photo quality as I took these quickly with my iPad. Depicted here is a man hard at work using his iMac on a black finished desk. For reference one pic shows the blank screen while another has printed Lego tiles inserted into the screen. I think the iMac came out quite good actually. Thanks for the look.

What a great MOC. I love the architecture! Good job.

Great job with this MOC. The ladder looks really nice and clean.

Clean, simple design, yet very pleasing to the eye...I like this a lot!

I like the design and the inlaid cross. You don't see Yellow castles too often so when you do they really stand out in the crowd!

Found me a Black Knights Castle(6086)!
RunnersDad replied to RunnersDad's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I couldn't agree with you guys more. I was envious of my friends that had the "cool" sets when I was a kid as all I had were brick builder sets and a few smallish theme sets. The castles, this one in particular, were my favorites. I definitely plan on keeping this one for a long time so that I, as well as my son, can enjoy it. As far as garage sales are concerned, it has been a slow season around here. This has definitely been my best find over the past few months although maybe some more Lego products will pop up now that I am looking for them more intently. We shall see! -
Found me a Black Knights Castle(6086)!

Thanks guys! I must say that I was more than a little delighted to find this set for so cheap(or at all). This was by far my favorite classic set as a kid and it's probably still my favorite castle set now. Once I substitute in the handful of pieces in their right colors it will be good to go! -
I have always bought Lego when I see them but having only seriously gotten back into them recently I have become a little bit more observant when I am out and about pursuing my other collecting hobbies. The Other day I was out and stopped by a garage sale and found this with a tag for 40 bucks. The mother was selling the item for her son to help pay for a new laptop as he was beginning college. I knew that I was getting a deal so I didn't really press her to haggle. Long story short I obtained a 99% complete(had to substitute in 3 off color pieces) Black Knights Castle set w/Original Box! I really wanted this set when I was younger but my parents wouldn't spend big money on the monster Lego sets so it wasn't too be until now! I was and still am really excited to have stumbled upon this! There were also some extra pieces including 2 extra ghosts, 2 extra minifigs and some odds and ends. For your viewing pleasure...
