Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
Lion King replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
I’m going to drop my random thought here... Please forgive me. I am wondering if Daily Bugle set would have a new road plate. I mean, in the winter of 2021, the road plates were introduced in City theme. But I don’t think new road plates would show up in licensed sets. Just saying my thought out loud... Eeven tho, Daily Bugle set is NOT revealed yet. -
[Opinion] Review of the new road plates system (2021)
Lion King replied to The Lego Room's topic in LEGO Town
most of us know that Classic baseplates will be retired in Feb 2022. And the new road plates were introduced back in 2021. I haven’t bought these sets that includes the new road plates but I would plan to buy one Wildlife Rescue set with lion and his cub. And see how it goes. I finsihed building Diagon Alley set back in March 2021. I remember feeling nervous about lifting the four individual standalone buildings with my own hands because these buildings are pretty heavy. I think the new road plates may support standalone buildings. I mean, I wonder if modular buildings will have road plate eventually. -

Uh, time out! I’m little confsued here. The Daily Bugle set will be revealed on May 18th and HD pics of Infinity Saga sets will be released on the 18th, right?? and the Daily Buge set will be released on May 26th while Infinity Saga sets will be released in August? -
If there is no summer-themed set, then darn it... I will be ok with winter-themed/Winer Village sets. I mean, I’m quite a fan of seasonal sets that include minfigures, such as Halloweeen Hayride, Snowball Fight, and Easter Bunny House. I’m not into buildable stuffs, like Brown Bear, in my opinion. I just think minifgs are cool becuase they are exclusive to the seasonal sets. I agreed - I had 2021 Harry Potter Advent Calendar and I had to be honest - I was disappointed a bit about mircscales too. So let’s see about the 2021 City Advent Calendar! Also, I am hoping it wouldWildlife Rescue-themed Advent(rue) Calendar but it’s little doubtful at this point.

I’m sorry but i don’t know what that means? Is it new lego set or what?

Yup but I’m not one of those who started to lost their minds when it comes to waiting recently! :P -
I agree. This scaled-down Taj Mahal doesn’t hype me up. So I will skip it. Surely, temple and shrines are the religious sites. But waht about Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Skytree, Shibuya Crossing, Edo Castlle, etc., etc.? Ninjago City Garden is more fictional tho!
-
I can imagine Snape saying “Silence!”...
-
So it’s Taj Mahal set this year, huh? It’s an interesting choice for lego to make... Too bad, there is no Japanese-style building yet, even tho there is Tokyo skyline.
-
Ah i see... well, Winter Village police station sounds great to me, tho. And the city hall sounds nice as well.

I can wait a bit more. :) -
It doesn’t look like we will have summer-themed set (like Summer Celeberation MF) or Halloween-themed ones (like Halloween Hayride set) this year?
-
Two police stations in same year?

On April 26, i ordered Looney Tunes - Pack 6. Later, I got the notification that it was shipped. I viewed my order and I noticed that Looney Tunes - Pack 6 is CANCELLED. However, Lego did ship Looney Tunes (six bags). I was little puzzled at that thing. and now, I am under impression. I got 3 duplicated Petunias and 3 duplicated Tazs....

Hmm...nah. I prefer a duck mold over rubber duck part...

I am wondering if Carnosaurus may get new certain parts and be reprinted so it would (kinda) look like Lucca’s artwork. I mean, Lucca’s Carnotaurus image is amazing! Just dropping my opinion here. :) -

Are you sure it’s one new part? To me, it seems to hae around 8 new parts (neck/head, lower jaw, body, two legs, two arms).
