Lego City 2021 Rumours, information and discussion
Lion King replied to Powered by Bricks's topic in LEGO Town
I am in favor for Sports subtheme but I don’t know if it’s more likely? Also, I won’t expect to see a crook playing a soccer! -
Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces
Lion King replied to LegoPercyJ's topic in LEGO Licensed
3 of 3 orders have been marked as “shipped”! I had placed two orders on June 1st and one on June 34d. Woohoo! Does anyone have any issue ordering some parts from 40516 - Everyone is Awesome? Personally,I’m not interested in buying the entire set but I’m interested in blue and yellow monochrome minfigures alone. It seems Bricks & Parks can’t let me see these minifigure parts after putting set numbers down. EDIT: Never mind.... I finally had a free time to call in and they said I must buy the whole set or I have to wait a bit more before they put parts in B&P. -

Speaking of stadium, I’m not very very sure if it’s just a coindience? I mean, we probably will have Tokyo Olympics next month. For example, we did get Rugby Player in CMF Series 19 and there was rugby world tourament in Japan back in 2019. -

Obviously. Oh, are you going to feed your wallet to a baby Velocriraptor? Well, I will be happy with a good amount of sets in a near future so we could collect amazing prehistoric creatures. I am just optimistic cautiously at the moment. -

I agreed. I have a quick quesiton - I remember we used to talk about two waves several months ago. Since the Dominon wave was postponed to 2022, all we have for this year is Camp Cretaceous wave. But i remember you did mention 12 sets spreading over 2 years, right? I may be wrong tho. Anyways, we already know about sets for 2022 so far: 76944: $49.99 76945: $19.99 76946: $29.99 76947: $39.99 76948: $49.99 76949: $119.99 -

I think 2018 calendar was a cool stuff since it didn’t have any microscales. But yeah, I agree with you, I do prefer small &useful builds over microscales. I mean, I have 2020 Harry Potter advent calendar and a few microscales are nice but I would love to see more small & useful builds. It would be neat if advent calendar could include small animal molds. -

@JLR, I do agree with Guyon’s post. For me, I like Toro more. I never have Carnotaurus in my collection tho. -

Well....that Fast and Furious “claim” sounded terrible. If it’s from We Got This Covered then they shut up, lol. Okay, this has nothing to do with lego now as the topic is slightly off. Back to the lego topic - everyone, which set(s) you will plan to buy? For me, it would be Carnotaurus Chase and T-rex Fossil Exhiiion sets. -

I aree with everything you said here! I will like to point out - we already have Alice from Series 1 back in 2016. But since medium legs were introduced in 2018, Alice and Peter Pan may need new legs tho. yes, I heard the lien sent on Tarzan is more complicated. I mean Kingdom Hearts had Tarzan’s world in one game since 2002. So yeah, you are right, it’s trickier. I am not very very sure if we will have Disney Series 3 next year? I mean, Seires 1 was released in 2016, then Series 2 in 2019. So it may take 3 years then? I dunno. I’m not sure if your post is related to LEGO rather than Kingdom Hearts game franchise. But I will point it out - there is no Humberback of Norte Dame in PSP. It showed up in #DS, actually. :) -

Hold on, that WGTC? THAT one? They were the one who “claimed” that Disney would buy DC other day?? Well, thankfully, I am relieved! Thank you! -
Actually, that’s not why. The Jurassic World Dominion sets were supposed to be released this year but thanks to COVID pandemic, both sets and movie were delayed to 2022. This left the designers to come up with last-minute/backup plans to create. And of course, they had some pretty tight budget tho. So - no new speices thi year, just existing dinosaurs we had before (from 2015 to 2020). But to be honest, I really like these dinosaurs’ new coloration. You may not know - Toro the Carnotaurus and Grim the Baryonx are from Camp Cretaceous tv show. :) Oh and Indromimus Rex (from 2020) are rescued and reprinted for Grim, by the way.

With some new Disney sets (including IDEAS’ 100 Acres Woodland), it gives me an idea to use some minifigures and parts for MOC Kingdom Hearts. I mean, I’m a huge fan of Kingdom Hearts! Ah I was not aware about that! Thanks for sharing the info! If it’s really minidoll-esquires sets, well, that’s great. I mean I personally prefer minifigures. -

Even tho this comment DOESN’T relate to lego at all... so I apologize about it! Anyways, I heard some odd rumors that Universal reportedly wants robotic dinosaur in Jurasic Park franchise. Honestly, I don’t like that idea...it’s too...well, futuristic. Now back to lego topic, we already have dino mech set from, I think, 2019. But I find it a “meh” myself. Definitley, I don’t want to see another dino mech or something futuristic. I mean, Jurasic Park/World is about living dinosaurs and we love some dinosaur molds, such as Triceratops, Tyrannosaurus rex, Pteranodon, Velociraptor, Carnotaurus, and so on. -

Wait what? Did I say that? Anyway, defintiely, I would grab T-rex Fossil and Carnotaurus sets. But I will try to buy Stiggy separably from its sets. I mean, I really like baby Triceratops and Toro the Carnotaurus. I’m a Jeep guy, also so i will grab that Carno Chase. And that Stiffy. Not sure about Baryonyx yet. Like @pancakecrocodile said, I will see if I can buy that from set without buying an entire set. -
Ooo, that cold be possible but we will find out soon enough. I’m quite excited about microscale D2C set. Although, I prefer normal minifigures in that set (of course, not likely to happen).

Hey Nizzy! “A bit”? Dude, you had been not around here for a LONG time! It’s nice to have you here again! yes that annoying Owen and Claire minifigures... At least you could feed them to the hungry Trex, Carnotaurus, Baryonyx, and Velocriatpor! I agree - the prices don’t make sense at all if pieces are pretty low. And no two dinoNasirs in two large sets? Bummer but I really like all sets tho! now we will have to wait a bit for Dominion wave next year.
