Exactly! It’s really hard to predict what kind of subtheme for City next year. Forest? Zoo? Desert (American desert that has armadillo, desert hare, rattlesnake), Indian jungle, vet, etc. Oh my gosh...so many predictions to make. Speaking of adventure theme, we may have some Indiana Jones sets that would have animals like camel, horse, snake, etc.

Obviously, it’s a shopping impulse for kids.... Or going to someone’s house to “borrow” Netflix account.

What kind of medical subtheme exactly, I wonder. Animal or human? I just took a quick glance at a list of Freinds sets that was released this year and I can see “Clinical” or “Vet” words in set names. It may be likely to have a vet subtheme for City. In 2019, Friends had ocean subtheme and last year, City had ocean exploration. In 2020, Friends has jungle rescue subtheme and now City will have wildlife rescue subtheme this year. Also, I see Freinds has some new forest-themed sets this year. I’m not sure if it may be likely to have forest subtheme next year? you had a great observation, to be honest! I like the way you think. I didn’t realize that we have Stunt Team / Monster Trcuk last year and now we have Stunz subtheme! I’m not sure about tractor set leading us to a farm subtheme next year either. I mean lego animals are sure popular but we do know nothing about subthemes next year at the moment. This may be my terrible guess but i think Holiday Camper set may lead us to forest subtheme. Like bear cub, fox, fawn, beaver, etc. Just my speculation. :)

Exactly! I had that same thought when I saw that bear cub a few days and I wondered about panda cub so I 100% agreed with you. Thanks! But now I just got home from my vacation today. It was really fun there. So far, my sister spotted 3 bears,more than I spotted. Much fun to see wildlife. Now you mentioned... I have to say, I agree with you. It won’t be that far for us to see panda and its cubs.

I am on vacation and I just got back to this EB website. Oh boy, i see so many random posts that don’t relate to Lego... Anyways, I would love to see Jurasic Park / Jurassic World CMF series. Now, don’t get me wrong... you know we have a LOT of Claire and Owen minfigures in almost every single sets. I mean, why not Alan, Ellie, Ian, John Hammond, Sarah, Kelly, the Kirby family? Along with new baby dinosaur molds or full-grown small dinosaur (like Compy)? It may be easy to get civilian or survival variations of minifigures (it means mud on pants, scars, bandages, etc.). Seriously, I don’t buy that Jurassic Park: T-rex Rampage set and it’s a difficult access to get these minifigures and I’m not a fan of Bricklink myself. I don’t see a point to include dinsoaur parts in individual bags. For example, a Triceratop head is in one blind bag while its body is in other blind bag. I repeat, it’s an example, I know a Triceratops body is too larger to fit in a blind bag... Just saying.

I’m on vacation in Great Smoky Mountaion region and I spotted one bear cub. And one adult bear within one day. Gosh, i wish Lego would give us a grizzly bear cub... Same goes with fox, beaver, doe, etc. I mean, baby animals are recently introduced. Like baby Ankylosaurus, baby Triceratops, baby elephant, baby crocodile (started to hatch), lion cub.... I had that same throught.

Scientists believe that birds may come from dinosaurian descendants. But there is no solid evidence to support the evolutionary between dinsoaurs and birds. Okay, I guess we are teleported into strange land of “off topics” now.

I will pass on. Personally, I would love to see new mold that includes feathers, giving dinosaur some texture. Like Fawkes the phoenix, flamingo, and eagle have feathery texture. But feather printing would be nice.

Exactly, that’s why I asked Gedren_y since sheep is included in that set along with other animals. I do not see any issue with sheep’s eye printing. YESSSS MALE LION! I just placed an order for that one. Thankyou so much for giving us head-up! You are the AWESOME!

I’m pretty sure it may be a 4+ set based on the price. So you may be right. Thankfully it’s not Duplo. I’m not sure if I understand your point - what’s wrong with “Jurasic World 2021” name? I mean, Dominion certainly does relates to Jurassic World. Same for Camp Cretaceous and Jurassic Park D2C going to the “Jurasic World 20XX” threads. Like guyon said, licensed threads are created for each year (it starts at Jan 1). More importantly, they are created by moderators (like Captian Nemo), not you or me, or even Guyon.

Agreed - it was totally unexpected to see 2021 sets shown up on Lego Shop website at the beginning of the summer, jsut a few months away from release date. I’m pretty sure it may make sense for Dominion’s first rumors between Nov - Jan. I am looking forward for the rumor/leak season, haha.

I actually don’t mind DC Comic Series. I like classical comic-styled minifigures like Wonder Woman, Batman, the Flash, etc. I’m not sure about Star Wars CMF?

I’m not sure why Marvel Series should be released annually. I mean every 2 to 3 years to release CMF series should be enough for incensed series. Harry Potter - 2018, 2020 Disney - 2016, 2019

Will it be likely to have another Marvel CMF series next year? Or at least 2023? I mea there were rumors that Marvel Sereis would be released annually. So I’m not sure if it’s true.
