  1. Clearly seems you are quite convinced of Vincent Denis' integrity. You said you could say he is looking too hard into things or get water from stone, buuuut.... you don't say it. Instead jumping on the two poke voters as well. It seems a little convenient to focus on those he has accused after you've implied a pseudo-suspicion of Vincent. Am I the only one seeing a pattern here? Maybe you two know something of Vincent I do not.
  2. You seemed to imply a need for serious information to go on. Two votes on absent people followed and you somewhat jumped on this, while they were backed by simple reasons. An initial scum votes scum is a valid possibility but not a definitive scenario to be something of a sufficient proof at this moment in my opinion. Point noted however. You've mentioned fishing. This sounds forced from you, because clearly no reason to make any claims on Day One whatsoever. I think you know that scums would not even try fishing this early and take any risk in the process. Also Andrew seemed to mention it in the context of active discussion being important. My opinion is that you are projecting this label. Quite right, because: Your own remark fits you more than your accused one.
  3. Andrew's and Justin's intentions are quite straightforward to me, they were voting for the absent ones to get some reaction. I don't think there is anything more complexity about that. But it seems Vincent did find something out of the blue, the two soldiers' reason mentioned above. This seems overly forced to me. I don't believe he would truly think them as scum just because of early poke votes. Either he is poking as well or trying to push some scum agenda. His sarcastic behaviour towards both of them tells me he is in the process of argument fabrication. Vote: Vincent Denis
  4. I don't think an AWOL would be a better, more informed lynch. If they're really absent a modkill would take them out either way, if not being replaced. It is a wasted lynch.
  5. Oui monsieur le lieutenant Lyon! 5 barrels mon Dieu? Sounds like lot of work for a single (hic) personne. Michael, fellow seaman could probably give a hand here. Only that he seems to be absent from his duty post from the very first moment of our transfer. Seems très étrange.
  6. Nooo cher Fabien, nothing is compromi(hickityhic)sed here! Twenty barrels still intact, I mean... nineteen. Did I say twenty, vingt? Silly me, probably just a miscount. Also you speak la vérité, beacoup de fellow soldats still not en service. I'll be here keep guarding(hic) until nothing surfaces.
  7. Don't mind old Andrew, just un vieux infantryman accus-Hic-ing around. Probably a bit jelly of me, having zero permission to come aboard. Also I'm pretty sure we're supposed to be the la Marine française.
  8. Indeed, Sergeant Monette. For the sake of the investigation I'll be heading down to the Clipper's cargo hold to check out our rum supplies. Surely someone has to stand guard, not to let any unauthorized personal infil-hic-trate those as well.
  9. Certainement a beard it is soldat Josuha. Lieutenante Dumont is obiously un descendant of Roi Lion.
  10. Daniel Lucas, seaman. Reporting for duty. A dream came true by being assigned to serve on the Clipper. I know it is my first day but my instant promotion would benefit us all, I believe. Just imagine this two dots and smile as a high ranking officer. Just for once. Also I don't know what are those roast beef Imperial Guards would want between our glorious ranks. This is the elite royal navy, not some plouc infanterie.
