That wasn't what I was asking about. I understand you're suggesting Regianld and I could be scum playing off each other. But the way you say it is weird. You don't explain or come to a conclusion you just ask an open question for others to fill in the blanks. Look at what you've said In the first post you layout suspicion against Reginald and randomly report that I voted first. I don't understand why that's in that sentence. Then you ramble off about not voting. But you don't conclude anything. You just speculate like you're trying to seem helpful but its not really helpful. In the second post you ask an open question without drawing any of your own conclusions like you're trying to direct suspicion but not be responsible for it. And in the third one as I've asked twice now, what tree was I barking up. Its not an accurate report of what was going on. You lay out a suspicion and immediately call it silly then you conclude by saying we're both barking up the wrong tree. It sounds weird to me because we're not both barking up the same tree and I still don't see the metaphoric tree I'm supposed to be barking up. This is what seems scummy to me. Like you want people to suspect one of us because there's activity around us but you're not even paying attention to what the activity is. So again what tree was I barking up? You weren't wishywashy when you voted Liam so maybe this is just how you get discussion going. It did seem scummt though. I think Robert may be onto something about Paul. There's a lot to read though so Im going to turn the music off and really concentrate on it and see what hes talking about.

That's not what you said though.

Yes Ill try. It wasn't that I was concerned the would see him as scummy but that they would be lazy and not read my joke and think there was something where there wasn't. I was worried I had comitted a bad mafia etiquet by not unvoting my joke before it was officially tallyed. Like it was unfair to Arthur to see it in the official tally. I just didn't want the joke vote there. I'm just trying to be a good mafia player and thought that was rude to forget to unvote.

Is it in in Reginald and Elijah's character flavor to be arrogant and insulting or is it in the players own personal character? Play the game you feel good about. I intend not to inslut anybody. With the one exception of squashy faces.

What's a strawman?

Oh thank you. I didn't realize the scum only voted for townies on day one. That will come in handy when we catch a scum because whoever they voted for on day one will definitely be town, right? Cool. Almost like having a free investigation. I also didn't know that first day lynches certainly benefit the scum. I thought I saw a scum get lynched first in the last game. I'll have to do my homework better. I also didn't realize that random speculation never hits on valid suspicions. I also didn't know that there is not voting pattern unless there's a lynch. So much to learn! Thank you for demonstrating how to play. Your random vote and negative attitude help a lot. It doesn't seem scummy of you to encourage us not to vote or look at voting patterns. It's really not scummy to suggest the scum will only be voting for townies today. In case you couldn't tell:

It seems like we have three potential cases for day one lynch. Four, if you think that my reason for not wanting my joke vote in the first tally were scummy. Liam doesn't want us to even vote. Maybe not lynching on day one makes sense but not even voting goes to far. I thought the point was to look at voting patterns. If we don't vote what do we have to look at later, Liam? This could be scum looking for justification for leaving less evidence behind for later. The rules don't say we have to vote but a townie's most powerful tool is his/her vote. Except we have no hers, so his. Morgan called me scummy but didn't vote for me. He hasn't been around to answer questions about this. the strangest part about his post is that he specifically says he didn't vote because it would make him a hypoctire. To that I say WUUUUUT? Ansel's posts are casting suspicion but not. He says Morgan and I are suspicious for potentially setting up the interaction to set ourselves apart but then says its silly. Then continues to come up with scenarios where we're scummy. His actions are scummy for the same reasons as Morgan but they seem more forced to me. When he first explained his suspicion of us he left it as a question. "Could there be something going on between the two?" That seems like a odd way to voice a supsicion because its not voicing it. Its asking others to. Vote: Ansel Michael Of these three people I find him the scummiest. I'm aware its a saying. You say that Morgan and I might both be barking up the wrong tree. But I'm not barking up a tree. Morgan's barking up my tree. Who's tree am I barking up? Nobody's. It's like you're not fulling paying attention just trying to seem useful. I'm trying to explain it seems like something scum might do. Look like you're analyzing our behavior but you're not describing behavior that I'm actually doing.

What tree would I be barking up?

Does this sound like one of those old-timey tv shows to anyone else? Like Zorro? What will happen to our hero? Who is this masked nemesis hes fighting? Will they fall off the cliff? Tune in next week to find out and don't forget to drink you ovaltine. Could there be something going on between us tow, Ansel? Why dont you tell us because this is to similar to what other people have already said about others casting suspicion but not voting. Except you dont even fully explain your suspicion you just leave it for others to do it for you. Its odd. (ALso thanks for the advice though. this is harder than I thought. Its one thing to watch and a total other thing to play.)

I don't know what to tell you other than that I was asked a question and I responded to it. Its not like I had that concern when I voted. I had the concern when I saw it oficially tallied. I didn't want my joke to distract to much from the real votes. I dont think I'm being paranoid just attempting to be courteous. Good point. I didn't think that far ahead. I just felt bad when I saw the joke vote in the official tally like it was bad mafia etiquet. ffs, I didn't think I'd be talking so much about one statement. Now that you've unvoted your poke, are you still suspicious of Morgan? Your post said it seemed like he was trying to get people to gang up on me. Your statement could look like you're trying to get people to gang up on him. Put that together with your odd statement for voting but not lynching on day one and the whole post seems fishy to me.
-
What is your issue with what Ive said?
-
I intended to unvote once the joke got a couple laughs and responses. With it in the tally anyone scanning the thread might think there's something to Arthur thats scummy and not just bad photoshopp. I guess I'll try harder?
-
Big words. Interpreter please? I think you are saying that Morgan cast suspicion and didn't vote and that seems scummy. Not sure scum would take the risk of casting the first real suspicion but I do get that he cast suspicion on me without placing a vote to back it up. It's hard to lynch on day one. I'm not ready to vote Morgan because of this. I'd like to see more activity from others it's earl in the day. opsy! I didn't intend to have my joke vote make it to a tally. Unote: Arthur Hargrave but I'm watching your squashy face!
-
I agree with squashy-face. Morgan do you think I'm placing a serious vote? Do you think that I believe squashy faces are Scummy? Voting immediately may be Scummy but you skipped over the reasoning which I would hope would be obvious was a joke.
-
Vote: Arthur Hargrave because his face is all squashy. Clearly Scum.

Just blame it on one of your five identical fellow soldiers. He can never tell us apart. Only our mother can.

Hi, I'm Ethan. But don't confuse me with Warren, Louis, Morgan, Reginald, or Zachard, which I believe may possibly be a misspelling of Zachary. Is the Imperial Navy profiling us? It looks like they want one specific type to be their soldiers. Only those with facial hair get to move up in rank.
