Okay, I've cooled down now. :-D It seems that we are not getting a new pistol like we had hoped, but the positives outway the negatives ;-) Sean Connery's face is perfect, Marion is terrific (is that a new hairpeice? It doesn't look like that damsel in distresse's one) and it looks like we will be getting sweet new skull rock peices from the boulder chase set! :'-) 2008 is SO DAMN ON! Up and Atom! :-)

Wow Barbossa! :'-) Thats brilliant! And to think I was so stupid as to avoid it till now! It does look a lot like cafe corner (duh! :-| ) but the style of it and the old-fashioned look certaintly make up for it. The extras are very appreciated, they certaintly fill up a lot more space than Cafe Corner itself! :-D I also would like to see a garage extension for a police car. Great work! *sweet* Up and Atom! :-)

________ The episode " Marge versus the Monorail", in which Homer points out "Bitey" living with its children in the monorail. :-P You aren't the only simpsons fan here *yoda* ! :-D While I agree that it is a masterstroke of TLC to make this line more epic, and introducing more factions, I would still prefer that the old factions remain in newer sets. It would show that they are still participating in tthe war, but to avoid remaking the same things all over, the older factions would be pushed away from the spotlight, and become secondary and background characters. This was why I was so pleased to see a knight in this set, making a presence, but not dominating the screen. Up and Atom! :-)

______ I am fine with humans using dragons in this theme so long as they aren't in a lot of sets and don't have the same colour scheme as the skellie's dragon. This one is interesting, I never liked these dragons, but I'm trying to tell if any of the armour is removable. Since these pics lately have all been from the catalog, can we expect to be able to see it soon? Up and Atom! :-)

Ok, how about this: The little green guys: Goblins or Orcs The big green guy: Troll Would that make it easier? :-) I am loving that troll and orc faction! *wub* These sets seem to be a bit more serious than this years castle sets, which had a lot of corny things in it (damsel in distress, ribcage armour etc) I hope that get we some "darker" sets if you get what I mean. The new swords on second viewing are too big, but thats not a huge problem, they look rough and poorly made, like an orc's sword should be. Up and Atom! :-)

I hope not, I was looking foward to cool new types of swords |-/ It seems most people love this set, but what do they think of the orc? I like him, seems a lot less magablockish than the dwarf mining pic. And that new door! *wub* This just keeps getting better! *sweet* Up and Atom! :-)

Really, I really like the new swords! And for me, miniboats are always welcome! :-) But thats just my opinion. I agree that the boat looks realistic, I can see MOCers in the future making a Viking boat out of it ;-) The sheilds ans sail are sweet, theatrical but not corny like the skellies! :-) I think that some of the best news is that we are still getting the crownies! I assume that this means we will gain more skellies too, which IMO is a great choice of the designers. I am one of the few who like the Orc, I hated the dragon from the castle and skeleton tower, but this guy is way smaller than them and seems necessary. Up and Atom! :-) EDIT: And thanks for the pic Ikki!

________ Lol! :-D I am starting to *wub* Exo-Force, too bad I jumped on the wagon a bit too late! :'-( I might have to buy them off Ebay or something. These are sweet to say the least, like a real world version of Exo-Force. They are both well made. One thing they could have done better though was the feet, they are too tiny to support the rest of the machine! :-D Mecha ON! Up and Atom! :-)

So the set number matches- check! :-) We have a name for the big guy- orc - check! *sweet* The swords on the trolls don't look megablockish- check! :'-) The knight faction is back, the trolls look sweet, there is alot of minifigs, the boat is AWESOME! - check! *wub* This theme could possibly be the greatest one we have had in years! *wub* Up and Atom! :-)

I am even starting to like that big troll now that it is green! :-) Awesome to see the knights are returning too. The minitrolls look cool and have good faces, I love the bulldog teeth! *wub* The boat itself is just as good, being longer and less tall than the skeleton ship, which is a good thing! The sails are pretty nice, less corny than the skeleton ship ones. Overall: Can't Wait! :'-) Up and Atom

Yes Nyssa, thats her name, I couldn't remember it. TLC HAS to make Ra's Al Ghul, and Talia too! :'-) I am currently wondering how many if any Batman sets will be released in 08. Do you reckon it will just pull out another two? Or is there a possibility of four or even five sets? The pouch for Indy is great isn't it! It does give me a lot of hope for a good trenchcoat! :'-) Up and Atom! :-)

These are great Brainbox! A good idea too, that you put them in one post, as opposed to creating a topic for each! ;-) I love the 60's Batmobile, so simple yet so cool! nanananananana BATMAN! *sing* The best one though is definitely "The Broken Bat" Knightfall scene with Bane. "I will BREAK you!" :-D It is good to see that the size of Bane in lego (with Batman being bigger than him |-/ ) doesn't desintegrate the effect. Can't wait to see part 2! *sweet* Up and Atom! :-)

______________ I'm trying to think of an alternative to suggest...... The only thing that comes to mind is Dr Kilroy's pithe helmet from the adventurers line. It doesn't really look like his hat but I think it would suit the character ;-) Are you going to do anymore SirNadroj? If so, may I suggest you do a temple of doom one, the Club Obiwan poison glass scene MUST be done! Batbrick Away! >:-)

Another great Indy Vig Sir Nadroj. I really appreciate this one because of your experimentation with it. The seagulls I think would look better if you made more of them ;-) . Sorry but I don't like Henry's hat. The plane is fine, trust me, I am really into planes, my dad owns one. People underestimate the size of those things!
