I think thats sweet! *sweet* I am so glad they kept the beards, and look at all that treasure! *wub* And that brickbuilt sledgehammer and tan troll! *wub* This set is almost perfect. Because it is an exclusive does this mean it won't come to Australia, because we didn't get the Golden Guardian or Skeleton Ship Attack. :'-( I may have to order it with huge postage costs! :'-( TTFN! >:-)

No thanks for the pictures Vader! :-P Seriously, these sets are horrible, atleast the oversized passenger planes were accurate, this thing would never get off the Water! :-X It is so stubby and fat and ugly! >:-( :-X The truck aint as bad and as some have pointed out is a great parts pack, but the crappy building and overall design will prevent me from buying it! >:-( Atleast now I can spend money on other themes, but apparently the Police Station is meant to be a good set so don't give up hope yet! :'-( TTFN! >:-)

___________ It is nice to get a new colourscheme, I was afraid we would end up with red and white again! I don't mind the roof windows, I think they did a good job of making them slanted. One of my favourite things, I don't know if it has been mentioned yet, are the stairs leading to the second floor! *sweet* Its great to have an inside instead of just a hollow shell. Now all I need is roadplates and HEY PRESTO! We have a beautiful little neighborhood. I don't really understand how people say that they won't get this because they only collect city, It fits right into city and is minifig scale. TTFN! >:-)

When should we expect to see pics of the other four Indy sets, the ones based on the new movie? I hope we get and old indy minifig! :'-) Plus I want to see what some of the scenes in the movie are like! Wow! 21 pages, looks like we have a few Indy fans. TTFN! >:-)

I'll with *vader* 's helmet. All us StarWars fans had always wanted Darth Vader in lego size. Sure, we could make the body, and the cape would be easy- just grab it off another minifig. But the helmet, that was something we could never have. And then when TLC got a StarWars licence, we al eagerly awaited to see what the *vader* looked like. And it was perfect! :'-) An iconic figure in our favourite hobby! *wub* TTFN! >:-)

Bought the AquaRaiders set Lobster Strike the other day, Its supposed to be the least liked set of the line but I loved it! *wub* But it probably is the least best. I found out a good way o make the lobster stand up straight easily, and while it is annoying that he tank has airholes it is still pretty cool. But one of the best bits were the two clear blue crystals :'-) I haven't bought anything big for a while though, I'm saving up to buy the Viking Fortress and Viking Ship soon. TTFN! >:-)

And I still have sets from this year that I need to get like the Skeleton Ship Attack! :'-( x2 I also have sets I need to get from two years ago like the Viking line! :'-( x50! But it will be worth it! :-) Especially if that coast Watch set is good! TTFN! >:-)

I like it LuxorV! :-) The lopsided torso armour doesn't bother me, it gives it a more robotic look ;-) The colour scheme looks good too. I think it would look better if the arms were further away, so it could get better manouvrebility out of them. Conclusion: *y* TTFN! >:-)

I also REALLY hate those missiles! >:-( Especially the one on the Viking ship it looks far too modern |-/ However, I wouldn't class the Artillery Wagon in that area, as it was the more realistic one, being dragged by six vikings hiding the ballistas behind the behemoth that was the wagon. The firing mechanism on that set is also much more clever, and does in my opinion a good job of combining a good set with good playability. ;-) But the one on the tower looks awful :-X . The worst ones (and it seems this will be one of them) is where you ACTUALLY have to flick them with your FINGER! >:-( TTFN! >:-)

The barbecue is a really nice touch, its great to see the creator houses are acknowledging that they are minifig size! ;-) But how much is 30 euro in AUD? Sounds reasonably priced. Creator always makes great sets and this is no exception, It will make a great little neighborhood alongside my Villa, House and other House. (there are two with red roofs and white walls) I really like those alternative models and it seems we may get a black letter! *sweet* 2008 is getting better everyday! :'-) TTFN! >:-)

Thanks Hinckley! *sweet* I found Fartface, though admittingly terrible at MOCing, had a great attitude and was a very nice person. Someone like that deserves to stay here :-) . I am liking this sandwich analogy :-P atleast you didn't go with the "Its like clockwork" or "like a good recipe'! :-D Thanks for this thread, I reckon it has taught a lot of people on how to better react to terrible MOCs, I know I learned something! ;-) Uh-oh! Wow! *wub* Such a brilliant design, just like her sister! :-D It definitely has a very cool industrial age vibe, though i prefer the yellow scheme on the Tequila Sunrise. I agree with StarWars4J, the wheel section is brilliant and my favourite part! *wub* TTFN! >:-)

For me it is still a stepforward, and it seems *vader* and several others are holding their ground too. But for me it will be a disappointment if no castle is released next year. Isn't there one product not counting that "very special item at the end of the year" that we still have to see? I thought that the release stated that their would be SIX products out in 08. I count FIVE! I hope that there is a last set, and it is a castle or fortress! :'-) Or maybe I'm just wrong :'-( TTFN! >:-)

Atleast we get a better pic of Jaque (spelling?) and his plane. Can anyone see the "Big snake in the plane!" :-D I really like the diverse use of that Piraka spine, very good for seaweed and plants as seen in AquaRaiders and this line. TTFN! >:-)

This can be taken as good or bad news, I have decided to take it as good news. :-) I know we are all worried about the dwarves losing their beards like the Vikings, but come on! A dwarf is practically known for two things: Short height and big beard. And mining. But I meant the look. Vikings are known for beards, but ot huge ones that come down to their pants. They are far more well known for their horned helmets (actually a common misconception ;-) ) I think it would be impossible for TLC to take away the beards, its impossible to make a dwarf without one! ;-) Also, I think that some of the Viking sets had good things that the promos didn't and vice-versa, but the overalll result for me was a great theme. *sweet* TTFN! >:-)

Hey Fartface! Welcome to the board! It is good to see a member with such an enthusiastic attitude! :-) I really like the idea behind your spaceship but here is a little suggestion for future MOCs: Try not to cram too many ideas into one model, yours are great ideas, but it seems overstocked. Eliminate a couple of extra ideas and you can make them into another model! ;-) I like your attitude Fartface (fartface :-D ) and hope to see you improve during your stay with Eurobricks! *sweet* TTFN! >:-)
