  1. Not bad for a first. Could you please resize your images to a maximum of 800 x 600 pixels, there is a tutorial on how to do so here. Thank you!
  2. Welcome to Eurobricks Tin7!
  3. He is kinda creepy... Thanks for sharing, i had not seen them all!
  4. Yes this is true, and we as staff ar working on this. Here and here are examples of what we are doing. I hope this answers your question. I'll close this before it turns into an unfriendly spamfest, you can always contact one off us if you have ideas
  5. Woa that thing is nice, with instructions the price isn't even all that bad! That missing parts part is a bit questionable though.... So, it's nothing for on your mantle doc?
  6. Ah i already have like a gazzillion of those! I agree on this and i have had many cases were the seller didn't even reply my emails about it, while good money was payed.. I've stopped buying sets off ebay and such for that reason, unless i need the parts and it's a good deal.
  7. We need to have a chat.....
  8. Nice report, but you forgot a few things boozing Belgian After arrival we walked passed the replica ship ''Amsterdam'' and had dinner on top of the Nemo science center (the green building): After that i made them eat my horrible cookings and gave them a tour along my fleet. When we realised we were out of beer and it was still nice weather, we decided to go down town Amstelveen where i live. We stayed there untill approx. 02.00, they had to kick us out The second day we indeed visited the Batavia, wich is the best replica around these here parts IMO. After our trip we decided to make a teambuild, and make the best whaleboat ever, here's the result: Not really the best ever, but it's a start After that we had dinner and went to the Comedy cafe to see a stand up comedy show, the last comedian was definitly kick megablocks. Since many times there are international comdeians during the holiday season, this can be a nice cafe to visit. After that we wanted to go to the Hardrock cafe, but they were closing up, too bad. We did get to see some smashed guitar though So i we decided to go to the waterhole, a cafe were often live bands play. We had a great time in there, and while smoking outside, we almost saw a tourist get his megablocks kicked by the bouncer This guy was a one man funny flick inside, climbing on stage, falling down, etc... On sunday we slept in, and then went back into town. Errorist wanted to visit a certain famous Amsterdam shop i will not name.. After that we had dinner at Burger King, wich they don't have in Belgium....... And then it was back on the train again. I had a blast, thank you for visiting me and come again!
  9. Ah you're beginning to remind me of Col. Whipstick, were did our good Col. go anyway....? The Spanish just were lucky for us being such an unorganized bunch for 80 years Nice find Joey, i like those torso's as artillerie men.
  10. Were did you get these codes? And what is your point in posting them?
  11. I don't know it either, but i wish it was, that is a nice bottle!
  12. Ok, i'll close this topic then. I hope you made some money and space
  13. I voted outstanding, this is simply an amazingly good looking train and comes with indeed 11 minifigs! I sold this one because i need a budget to build my ship, but i kept one because i love it! Not bad for a first review Ruben!
  14. Great find Christian, that looks like an impressive set that indeed would look cool next to the other landmarks! Thank you for sharing!
  15. Ah another Dutch guy that like the age of sail! Always good to see more of us joining the revolution.
  16. Thank you for tuning in fellow Eurobrickers! After Errorist visited me in Amsterdam, it was time for me to visit him and his brother Ruben in Antwerp, yeah that's in Belgium Americans. After arrival in the totally renewed train station, wich is beautyful i must add, i dropped off my gear and we went to the Antwerp Maritime museum. We had a chance to see some awesome ship models: It was also interesting to see that the early telescopes aren't as small as we think, just check out the white one behind Errorist: Here you can also see some old navigation tools: After that we got some beers and crossed the river ''de Schelde'' through the st. Anna tunnel wich is kinda long: So we chilled out for a bit untill it was time for dinner. I had the chance to meet their mom who was nice enough to let e stay at her house for 3 days, thaks again! After dinner we played a bit with the dog Tess, wich was awesome and after that there was ofcourse lego and beer. The next day we visited their dad who has an awesome collection of books about ships, i had a chance to see some awesome work and write down some titles i must get! In the afternoon we met up with Snefroe and Bonaparte to come and see Errorists WIP ship L'etoile, later after that we went to party With Boney and his friends in Nijlen. And here we all are, from left to right there is Errorist, Snefroe, Bonaparte and me almost standing on my head already below Snefroe went totally nuts: There was a miss wet t-shirt competition, but my crap camera wouldn't allow me to take a good picture, or was it the Belgian beer? Sorry Ras Here's me and Bonaparte discussing if we should ban the bad kid or not Houston we have a problem: we lost Ruben: This was actually the most important guy in the village, he delivers Bonaparte's BL orders! All Bonaparte's friends were real cool people, thanks for partying with us! After that party we needed to fix up our bikes a bit to ride back to antwerp, so Boney took us to his dad's workshop wich was awesome sice there was his porsche and also a VW Karman Ghia Excuse my steady hand, it was 04.00 AM and the beer still wasn't helping: So we had to ride 25 kilometres back to Antwerp on Belgian bikes, we had 1 bike with a loose steer, one bike wich had a broken breakline and one with a sadle as high as a horse...Belgians After about 1,5 hours we made it, but i barely fell a sleep, so it was just in time On sunday we slept in and in the afternoon we got to work together on Errorosts ship. Again we managed to work well together, we fixed a large part of his stern module. During my trip i learned some Flemmisch words, the most funny word being ''opproperingsbeurt''. In Belgium this means when something is not nice and tidy and it needs to be, you put it outside in the rain untill it is.....Belgians Well after that they thought it was time to leave their house, and they figured they'd need some lightsabers to get me out: I fought like a lion: But i lost and had to go..... Lucky enough the guys still knew a good italian restaurant downtown, so i didn't have to travel on an empty stomach. I for one had a blast, thanks to everyone that was there! A big shout out to you all and we will meet again!
  17. Uhm it actually says the brand is Bandao, not lego and the auction has ended. So i think the question is answered, i'm closing this one up
  18. Welcome to Eurobricks Petey! Do you have a Brickshelf folder or something were we can see your Lego creations? And would you mind telling us how old you are?
  19. Nice entries in there! It was a close call between 1 and 3, but i voted number 1. I think it's simply the best build and the most creative. Good luck all!
  20. Just more proof that we need a new pirate line from lego itself! Maps upside down....hands falling out the sockets.....we need to keel haul these guys
  21. Woa, an MISB Imperial trading post! Must resist....must resist......must... (Yes i still don't have that one)
