    I think we might get a Super Mario D2C set, maybe a castle and that one will come with minifigures with more minifigure based sets to come in 2021.Speculation on my part.

    That's true but they do mention skeletons too. Both black and white so I suppose we can hope for trolls and goblins. Some diversity to the villains is always welcome.

    Now I am waiting for the trolls and goblins to leak...as promobricks said they appear in the sets? If I remember that right.

    Ninjago summer wave minifigs leaked. The summer wave is going full dungeons and dragons.

    I would like a scifi theme set in the 50s about conspiracy theories. Use greys, nordics and reptilians as villains and men in black too. Heck, even have a Allen Hynek style character.

    I saw that one of the summer sets is called Redstone battle. I wonder if the set includes a redstone monstrosity from the new Minecraft Dungeons game. Just speculation!

    I was thinking that maybe the level sets include one or two minifigures? Just speculation. I hope that we get atleast a good Bowser figure but it would be weird to not get lego minifigs too.

    Hi, I saw that there is no Lego Minecraft 2020 discussion so I decided to make this thread. I hope the theme continues, maybe we will even get Minecraft:Dungeons sets.

    I read in the Super Mario thread that a lot of folks here believe that Minions is a one off theme but I don't think so. Keep in mind that if the sets sell very well they will do more and Minions/Despicable Me franchise is one of the most succesful animated franchises ever made. The Mega Blok/Construx sets sold very well too. I believe the theme will continue and I'm sure Minions Rise of Gru will hit a billion too.

    In Super Mario Land 2 one of the levels is made out of Lego bricks so maybe this weird LED Mario has something to do with this from the game. Maybe the screens have to do with some kind of Hidden Side like integration with an app or game? Or it could be just for the teaser.

    Hidden Side episode 15 revealed a summer set, the ghost car. There is a ghost minifig that looks like the leader of the Monster Fighters too. You can find the new episode on youtube.

    I wonder if the theme will release worldwide. I remember that I read somewhere that lego isn't doing regional exclusives anymore.

    Probably around May at their special event but it looses it's appeal. I'm sure the theme will get leaked online until then.

    Agreed. Minions sets got revealed... Hopefully they reveal Monkey Kid too. One can only hope.

    I hope the villain minifigures leak soon. I wanna see how much Castle villains do they look like if they really are goblins, trolls and skeletons. I wonder what new moulds could they use, heck even new head moulds!

    My source was wrong. TOTALLY wrong so I cut ties with it. I didn't make them up myself, my source did. Now I just want to stay here as a member. Only speculation from me. No rumours or anything. I hope that we’ll all get in good terms in time.

    True. But let's take into account that: -Monkey Kid is a AR theme like Hidden Side -Will be probably marketed like it And where else could they reveal it? This is like the perfect moment to reveal the theme. You could say they can reveal it at their special event in May or June where they nowadays reveal all the summer sets but it would be overshadowed by all those set reveals including Ninjago, Star Wars, Jurassic World probably, Marvel, DC, etc. Fingers crossed.

    Didn't Hidden Side get revealed at NYTF? The entire wave tho. I wouldn't be surprised if the same happens to Monkey Kid since this theme is pretty big too. I think TLG would rather officially reveal it themselves than have it leaked by leakers. Just saying.

    Thebrickfan said Lego will only showcase 1HY sets at NYTF but I think they might reveal Monkey Kid there like they did with Hidden Side last year. Maybe the Jurassic World sets too like last year and probably Minions. All speculation!
