That's what I got from the hint as well. Plus, it would fit with the high price, as the last one was what, $110? So, $30 in a price jump isn't too difficult to imagine. Wasn't the AT-M6 $150? Well, even though we now know it isn't a Gunship/Venator/etc., I'm still tentatively excited. -
Some new starships, cruisers, and diplomatic barges (no prices): Naboo Royal Barge: Queen Amidala, Padme (Handmaiden Disguise), Captain Panaka, Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon, Anakin, R2-D2, R2-R3, R2-B1, Naboo Royal Guard (sleek helmet). Banking Clan Frigate: Battle Droid (x2), Battle Droid Commander, Cad Bane, San Hill, Anakin Skywalker, Clone Trooper Denal. The Coronet: Dutchess Satine, Tal Merrik, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Redeye, Mixer, Super Battle Droid (x2). Comes with a buildable Assassin Probe. The Invisible Hand: General Grievous, Neimoidian Captain (Lushros Dofine), Magna Guard (x2), Battle Droid Commander, Pilot Battle Droid, Chancellor Palpatine, Obi-Wan, Anakin, Count Dooku. Republic Assault Ship (Acclamator): TCW version with red highlights and open circle fleet insignia. Admiral Yularen, Clone Trooper (x2), Clone Naval Officer, Captain Rex, Anakin Skywalker. Republic Y-Wing Bomber: Matchstick, Broadside, Anakin Skywalker, Astromech Droid. Separatist Shuttle: Pilot Battle Droid, Po Nudo, Nute Gunray, Security Battle Droid (x2). Comes with a crab droid side-build. Rebel Transport: GR-75 Transport. Toryn Farr, General Rieekan, Hoth Rebel Trooper (x3), Hoth Rebel Ground Crew. Home One: Admiral Ackbar, Mon Calamari (x2), General Madine, Rebel Commando (x2), Dorovio Bold. Or Disney's . As for the rumored UCS, any chance it's the long-awaiting A-Wing? -

A big thing to remember as well is the creep of prices. Resistance sets, while interesting, are terribly overpriced. Add that to the mediocrity of the show itself, and even someone who would buy say, Vonreg's TIE independent of the source material, would be put off by the $70 price tag (I know I was). The Mandalorian is still new, but was well received. The merchandise for it has exploded (Black Series, Funko, Vintage Collection), and LEGO is sure to join that list soon. TCW was a staple of the line at one time, and with its return, I think Lego will take a little more risk with it. It's their chance to deliver on many holes in the lineup (Bo-Katan. Listen Lego). And since we already know the next wave is PT-era heavy, I wouldn't be surprised if we get more than the usual 2 sets for a new show. Likely it'll be at least half the wave, just enough to cover the final arcs (Anaxes, Rogue Jedi, Siege of Mandalore), and maybe a legacy set. But as always, we'll see by NYTF at least. It's only a few weeks away. -
Yeah, I could replace a tank droid with a Christophsis tower, and the mini AT-TE with some of the Utapau hangar. I tried to find a balance between what Lego would reasonably include, and what would make a good "battle in a box".

I am super happy, as I was definitely part of the Gunship gang, but hopefully the Nebulon and Bomber are soon to come as well. Regarding figures, I am almost 100% certain we'll see a clone pilot (with accurate helmet. I put that in the suggestion box), 70% certain we'll see a clone trooper (with shaded printing i.e. imperial crew and arm printing), and only 30%-40% certain we'll get a Jedi (Bob, Yoda, etc.). Seeing as how most UCS sets nowadays only come with two figures, I'd rather it be a pilot and Jedi Bob than anything else. Something unique and special. For those that wanted the other two, don't fret. I'm certain Lego knows the demand, at least for the Nebulon-B now. Just remember, roses are red, Lego is great, "Around the survivors, a perimeter create!" -

UCS Slave I was in 2015 if I recall correctly, and the previous system one was in 2010. Then came the 20th set, which was released shortly after the UCS run. -
I would love to see some sets along the lines of Assault on Hoth, but reasonably priced, and not UCS labelled. They could be called Invasion Series, or Attack Packs, and one of the year's battle packs could be made to coincide with the Attack Pack. So like Episode I: Battle of Theed ($129.99): AAT, Palace Build, Flash Speeder (smaller than 75091). Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon, Padme (battle dress), Naboo Security Officer, Naboo Soldier (x2, sleek helmets), Battle Droid (x2), Security Battle Droid, Nute Gunray. Naboo Forces Battle Pack ($14.99): Captain Panaka, Naboo Security Guard (x2), Naboo Soldier. Episode II: Assault on Geonosis ($149.99): Forward Command Center, Hailfire droid, dwarf spider droid (x2). Mace Windu, Kit Fisto, Bultar Swan, Commander Ponds, Clone Trooper (x2), Super Battle Droid (x2), Battle Droid (x2) Geonosians Battle Pack ($14.99): Geonosian Warrior (x2), Geonosian Drone, Sun Fac (with new collar piece). Sonic Cannon. Clone Wars: Battle of Christophsis ($149.99): Tank Droid, AV-7 Cannon, AAT, Tri-Droid. Obi-Wan, Anakin, Captain Rex, Clone Trooper (x3), Clone Gunner, Whorm Loathsom, Battle Droid Commander, Battle Droid (x4), Super Battle Droid (x2) Jet Troopers Battle Pack ($14.99): AT-RT. Clone Trooper (x2), 501st Jet Trooper (phase I, x2) Episode III: Invasion of Utapau ($149.99): Crab Droid (x2), Tri-Droid, Wheelbike, AT-TE (scaled down), Boga. Obi-Wan, Commander Cody, 212th Trooper (x3), Airborne Trooper, Paun Warrior (x2), General Grievous, Magna Guard (x2), Battle Droid (x4). Utapau Warriors ($14.99): 212th AT-RT Driver, 212th Trooper, Paun Warrior (x2). AT-RT. And so on. Episode VI for the OT fans: Attack on Endor ($149.99): Endor Bunker, AT-ST, Speeder Bike (x2), Trees with log trap. Han Solo, Leia Organa, Chewbacca, Rebel Commandos (black & bearded), Lt. Renz, Scout Trooper, Stormtrooper (x3), AT-ST Driver, Cheif Chirpa, Ewok Warrior (x2). Endor Rebels Battle Pack ($14.99): Small tree with turret. Rebel Sniper (Twi'lek female), Rebel Gunner (Sullustan male, new head mold), Rebel Commando (male frown), Rebel Commando (female).

I'd guess not. It could be part of the reason the leakers are so quiet, as apart from the leaked Soulless One no sets or figures are known. -

Can do. He could've done so without the "proper research" remark, but it's behind us. I mean, it is an AT-TE, but I don't think it counts towards what to expect when the next one inevitably gets made. It was a special case, simply put. However, the pricing was notably worse with Rebels sets, and that's sort of continued. To be fair, though, sets have been getting bigger (needlessly so), and as such, I think Lego is using that to justify higher prices. The new X-Wings are pretty big from what I can tell, compared to 9493. Really? I thought that figures would be final around the time the model was finalized. How much goes into the process? -

I'm sorry but no. Don't mock my research. No one's counting that as it's clearly modified and has more to it than a standard model. (Housing compartments, landing pad, etc.) I repeat, no more than $100 for a real, standard issue, run of the mill AT-TE. And even counting that one, the Rebels line was as a whole overpriced. I'd like to think that LEGO won't make that mistake again. -

Nice try but no. You might be thinking of the LAAT, which actually was $119.99. 7675 AT-TE (TCW with Rex): 89.99 75019 AT-TE (2013 version): 89.99 4482 AT-TE (2003 version): 70.00 (sourced from brickset) I repeat, there is absolutely no chance they'll charge more than $100 US for a new AT-TE. I don't think they'll give us another Turbo Tank, since it was last seen in 2016. If they do another match-up set duo, it'll probably be an AT-TE, since it was the only ground vehicle on Utapau. Or a Venator, since they last matched that with the Hyena Droid Bomber. Since I did the AT-TEs, I figured I'd source US prices for the previous gunships: 7163 Gunship (2002 version): 90.00 (sold a year apart from the AT-TE) 75021 Gunship (2013 version): 119.99 7676 Gunship (TCW with Cody): 119.99 And for fun, the Venator was 119.99 and the last three turbo tanks were $90 (7261), $119.99 (8098), and $109.99 (75151) All prices are in usd and come from brickset. -

I seriously doubt that they'd do an AT-TE for any more than $100-$110 tops. The last one was $90 and was pretty much perfect, so any new AT-TE should be about the same size and price. I think the large set contenders are between a Final Order Star Destroyer and an LAAT/i Gunship. And with the recent reveal of Grievous' starfighter, my money's on the gunship (with figures from Episode III). But we'll see. -

I mean, even still that's his phase I design. And we got plenty of shinies for him and Rex to lead. But we have his phase II troops, and no phase 2 Cody. I get that his helmet requires the visor and antennae, but it can't be that hard. Besides, LEGO's wasted money on molds before (*cough*dual-molded*cough*x-wing helmets*cough*). -

Yeah, but we already got his troopers in 2014 (I for one have six of the ROTS design, and 5 of the TCW design), part of the reason I'm shocked it's taking them this long (if not longer) to give us the man himself. -

Seeing the pics (however blurry), I definitely think it could be a large build. Maybe not quite $80, but let's be honest, almost all Star Wars sets nowadays are at least $10 overpriced. Looking at my Y-Wing (from RO), I think this new Grievous Starfighter could be bigger. I hope they finally give us Cody, the middle figure does have some distortion, and looks more white than orange, so Cody's not out of the question for sure (Since he has orange stripes instead of chevrons). Still, they could've at least given us a MagnaGuard or two. We last got them in 2009. But either way, I'm still excited. -

Maybe the duel on Exegol? That's the only relevant location I could see in the next wave. -
So, on the "fan vote closed" post, they said that they're going to make sure there was no "interference from the Empire". It could be a hint, it could just be nice verbiage, but I thought it was worth pointing out.

This. I suggested Yoda, Clone Pilot (with new helmet), Clone Trooper. At best. If the gunship wins, we are not getting a clone army. At most we'll get a new pilot and maybe a Jedi (Jedi Bob seems to be popular). Either way though, we'll see in a few hours.
