Maybe the retired it early because it had a very good "price per part" for us, meaning % loss of profit per PoBB set for LEGO Corporation, had they priced it more.

During Black Friday, LEGO Store Greece and Moustakas Toys in Greece, had a deal that you could buy 2 LEGO sets and get the 2nd one for a 50% discount. So, many people came into agreement (example through Facebook) to buy 2 sets of 10320 Eldorado Fortress and split the money they paid. Ended up paying €161 each. They did the same thing for 10305 Lion Knights' Castle. I don't think anyone will get a better deal than this.

Great Job! With every update, the ship looks better! I think if you make the captain's cabin a little longer (add some windows, it will look more natural. And maybe try add some protruding colored things above the captain's cabin windows (I don't know how they are called)

I didn't know non-shooting cannons existed, until I joined Eurobricks. One of the main reasons I loved the Pirates theme as a kid was the shooting cannons!

I'd definitely buy a remake of 10210 Imperial Flagship with a new more realistic bow!

I've bought 21322 Pirates of Barracuda Bay and the 31109 Creator Pirate Ship (I found an incredible deal for a slightly dented sealed box), but I also have about 15 Chinese brands Pirates ships and hundreds of Chinese brands minifigures and I'm very happy and satisfied from the quality of these products and the money I spent on them. I also buy some of the LEGO CMF I like when there are on sales. I'll continue to buy both LEGO and Chinese brands sets. I don't mix parts.

I wanted it for my project of modding and improving the bow of the Imperial Flagship, to make it more realistically appearing while using as much as possible of the original pieces. Unfortunately, it turned out I'm terrible at this, so the project was left unfinished. Please download the file and add it to the database. Someone way more experienced with this, can also correct any mistakes that are left over (and add crew and proper sails).

I've just seen the poll, so I could not vote for the poll. But my vote would go in POBB. PS: Btw, an Imperial Flagship with a redesigned bow... that is a ship I think it will rock and would definitely vote.
