Lego City 2026, Leaks, Rumours and Discussion
BlueLanturnCorp replied to Izzynufc-2's topic in LEGO Town
Got given the Airport& Airplane set. Should be interesting to compare it to 2023's Plane set. Both are the same RRP of £90, contain the same amount of Minifigures and are almost the same price (887 versus 913). And it's nice to have sets that combine well even with a 2.5 year release gap. The airport even seems to have been designed with that in mind. Got given the Airport& Airplane set. Should be interesting to compare it to 2023's Plane set. Lego One Piece rumors and discussion

I like the Gum-Gum fruit, but I kinda wish the figures were a bit different. Maybe Kid Luffy with stretchy arms, then a Luffy in the outfit he wore in the Baratie? -
60***: Construction Site Delivery: 350 pieces Contains a transit style van (Roughly the size of the new Lego van), towing a trailer. Barriers, cones, tools, wheelbarrow in a new blue colour, etc. 2 or 3 minifigures (1 or two construction workers, maybe an architect or site manger with a new printed 1x2 or 2x2 checklist tile). The helmets for the crew could be a new colour combo if dual moulded. (Maybe a return of the headphones/helmet in white?) Could be used to introduce a "cement bag" mould that could be utalised in sets like friends as compost bags. 60***: Site Visit (90 pieces) A return to the starter sets of old. 3 x Construction crew using a mixture of the 2024 torsos and legs, and one site manager with a new torso of an open high viz over a suit. Little side builds of things like a wall being built up, or maybe even a small skid loader. Contains a blueprint tile for 60502. 60***: Heavy Haul (450-500 pieces) An updated, larger version of 4203. A lorry with a flat bed, and a small excavator with swappable "tools" (Drill, jackhammer, bucket). 3-4 minifigures. A driver with a safety vest over shirt, 2 construction workers. If it contained 4, another architect as it seems to be a running theme in modern Construction sets. Contains a blueprint for 60473.

I'm pleased we're getting more for the Construction subtheme. The crane, excavator, bulldozer and Cement mixer have all been excellent stand alone sets, and the truck that's a "side build" to 60467 is great too. Getting a front loader, dump truck and backhoe are all excellent too and will likely be great builds too. I'd love to see if we get a transport truck with JCB or excavator like 4203 would be nice, and maybe a larger steamroller in the new yellow too. -

I'd love something to go with the tractor this year or next. Maybe a Pickup truck to deliver produce? -
Looks like we're getting a new character encyclopedia. https://www.brickfanatics.com/lego-ninjago-2026-book-minifigure-announced/ I'm curious who we'll get, given that the ZX Nya is board game only, so that puts her off the list.

I'm genuinely really excited to get the display set. It's the only one I'm not waiting for discounts on. All 6 Ninja + Wu and an elemental master? With the magazines here being about £4.50 an issue, even if we got all 6 Ninja on them (£27) you're getting Wu plus the build for what... £8?

Picked up the Coastguard Ship and Helicopter sets today using Argos gift cards. Not gotten around to building them yet, but both look fantastic. Just a bit disappointed the Hovercraft thst matches is in a separate set! -

Well, having opened all my sets. SIX x Don Krieg, 3 x Arlong, 2 x Buggy and 1 each of Kuro, Gold Roger, Alvida and Mihawk. No Luffy. -
Lego One Piece rumors and discussion

Seems the way the tiles are randomised is really poor. I pulled 4 Don Krieg from Going Merry, and 2 from the Bartie so far. Others have reported 3-4 of the same in a single set. -

I wouldn't mind seeing another larger ship, either Garp's ship (Could include him, Bogard, Luffy and maybe a few others?) Or Miss. Love Duck. (Alvida, Luffy, Koby and a couple generic pirates.) Syrup Village could be an option too. Merry, Kaya, Kuro and maybe a shipyard build? -
Animal Crossing - Rumors & Discussion
BlueLanturnCorp replied to TheBrickPal's topic in LEGO Licensed
I'm hoping that new printed moving box might pop up in some more Animal Crossing sets if we get them. Maybe a smaller set with a figure (Either a new animal villager, or a repeat if they feel the need). A couple of the boxes and some random furniture builds to add to the sets that are already out there? That said, I'd take pretty much anything to get some more characters at this point. I love the fact we're getting Stitches this year, and I can see a frog or two now we got Lilly as a mould. Rover as a special character is possible as he uses the cat head mould, and he looks very similar across all games so wouldn't require a lot of effort either. (Plus he could have his RV) -

With last year's 4+ that received standard sets this year being the Tow Truck and the Ambulance, I'm wondering if we'll get a Tractor as it's been 5 years since the last standard one next year (2021), and then maybe the 4 Wheeler getting an upgrade? -
60467 Tow Truck feels a quite tempting set. I like the construction truck, though I kinda wish it was it's own separate set and we got something else like a bus with the Tow Truck. Bu the truck itself I really like. Ties in well with the Scrapyard and I *think* shares a colour scheme/branding with the 4+ truck from last year?

Super Mario 2025 and onwards - Rumors & Discussion
BlueLanturnCorp replied to TheBrickPal's topic in LEGO Licensed
I'm not too sure how I feel about Yoshi popping up again in the Bowser Mario Kart set. I know he has multiple colour choices in the game, but maybe we could have gotten Birdo, a Koopa Troopa, or hell, give us Bowser Jr in a MK set so he's not limited to the "standard" line of sets. Otherwise, I love the Wario and King Boo set! So glad we're getting them, and I'm actually happy with a Brick Built Wario if it means we don't have the horrible Price to Piece ratio of the digital sets. -

Seems like the Celeste set has already sold out on Lego UK! Not surprised, it's cheap enough to push over the threshold for GWP and offers a nice little sample of the theme. -

Getting only one of the Dodo brothers was a little disappointing, honestly. I know villagers are gonna be popular ofc, but I genuinely think they could have included both brothers and place Tangy elsewhere and it'd still sell. Unless they're gonna do a pack with Orville and alternative colours for the plane/airport. -
Looks like the Water Plane is already on Backorder in the UK! I ordered my jungle sets last night through Nectar for the extra points and it was avaliable to pre-order but went straight on Backorder.

LEGO Ninjago 2024 Rumours and Discussion
BlueLanturnCorp replied to THELEGOBATMAN's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I've got Lloyd's Elemental Mech on the way, and I love that all the Ninja appear in cheaper sets this year. Kai and Zane are in Kai's Mech, and Lloyd and Nya are in Lloyd's. Cole and Sora got one each, Jay has the £9 Mech and Arin has his 4+ Mech or the £9 Dragon Gimmick. All under £25 and all have been 20% off minus Lloyd's Mech. -

I just finished the Shadow Dojo, and I love it. Brilliant looking build, 3 really nice exclusives in Zane, Lloyd and Nya. Just kinda wish they took out Kai as he's already in two other sets for either a hooded member of the Wolf Clan or if they insisted on 4 Ninja maybe Cole or Jay as the repeat. -
LEGO Ninjago 2024 Rumours and Discussion
BlueLanturnCorp replied to THELEGOBATMAN's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I was kinda hoping for Cole, so I could skip the set he's in. The vehicle doesn't appeal, and with only Climber Cole being exclusive to said set I could easily ignore it if he pops up on a magazine. Or even Jay, given he's the only Climber Mech exclusive. Kai, Zane, Lloyd and Nya all appear in the temple so that's somewhat reasonable to obtain those 4 In one go, and Kai is in two other sets
