  1. Fair enough. After all, Town Jr. Coast guard watch is what my parents gave me as a christmas gift and I'm very happy to have it with me back when I was 10.
  2. Oh! I'm sorry. Yeah, I can agree that there are big pieces on this set but I have to disagree on the big-small ratio. 367 pieces for this: As compare to this set below: 221 pieces. That has big pieces and few small parts and its 146 pieces less than the one above. Care to explain?
  3. or an ambulance without a hospital or a fire truck without a fire station or a police car without a police station or any of the construction vehicles without....uh. Wait! Where do the construction vehicles came from?
  4. You can't have a school bus without an actual school.
  5. Since World City theme is made. Here's my thoughts: WARNING: Unpopular opinions may cause headaches, emotions and loads of stress. Viewer discretion is advised. First off. You do know that this sub-theme is a redeeming factor to the infamous Town Jr./City Center line back in 1997 Looking back in Town Jr/City Center. There are so many big pieces and few bricks to be put at. Good toy for kids but not so much for adult/AFOLS. Think of this as the Junior/4+ theme of today but without the Main theme to go along with it. That alone caused the town to died down all because of poor decisions. It takes at least two years to finally bring back the roots of what town was successful and its the predecessor of what will be known as City. I didn't mind it as an AFOL but If I was young back then, I would have brought it in a heartbeat Sorry guys but I'm with Maple in this one.
  6. Come to think of it. The piece count is 343 pieces, so maybe? but who's to say, we haven't seen the pictures yet by any chance.
  7. Thank you. Now that debate is out of the way, lets talk about 2020 sets. I'll start. I'm hoping for another Civilian minifigure packs based on parks cause I miss those three years ago.
  8. Lets be real, there are those who are like this just because of a specific genre that is either popular/unpopular through the internet Also, isn't this supposed to be a 2020 rumor topic? Because its slowly turning into a discussion of existing City/World City sets. Can we talk about the speculation of turbo wheels like say a formula car that is reminiscent of the 1996 race sub-theme or a character that may come back like Rocket Racer? (Come to think of it, that would be awesome) How about the 2020 Police? Let's talk about Police monster truck heist cause that to me is the most ridiculous name I ever heard but good enough for the kids to be excited. Ice Cream Truck? Street Sweeper? 60250 that is one of the great vehicles but was unnamed? Come on guys, lets get back to the topic we were supposed to be talking about.
  9. Turbo Wheels? That name felt like it came from a discontinued theme LEGO Racers. Looking forward to whats in the pic. As for the price, I'm worried about the Police Station though. 99 euros? That's 109 US dollars not including tax and the piece count is 743 which is not a good price per piece ratio.
  10. Dude! That bold statement is the best idea IMO ever. I can imagine a group of explorers looking for rare items found in an abandoned castle and possibly could reference some castle sub-themes that AFOL's can relate to. Then again, That's just wishful thinking but hopefully it will come true someday.
  11. Second. Its vague to tell if Spongebob license is coming back unless leaks says so.
  12. Exo-force has one of those manga eyes but I don't see anything wrong with them. Maybe its just me. I do agree with the dot-eyes though. Some of them look good but others won't make any sense.
  13. This is why they're doing so well with the main police stuff but not some parts of police. Then again, I'm just a customer/casual fan who just looks into what LEGO is selling right now and which one is successful. It depends on the target audience whom are kids to test the product and if they are happy with it.
  14. Well look on the bright side. If SP comes back with a city subtheme, at least have a callback on its history. If not, TLG might as well re-name LEGO City to LEGO Universe.
  15. Lego Ideas allowed A Godzilla License. Why is no one making this yet? I would definitely buy a brick built godzilla in a similar vein to Jurassic park T-rex rampage but without a gate.
  16. Can't post them here. You can search them for yourself.
  17. Leakers spotted stickers coming from 60253. That Ice cream truck set may come with a named character and color scheme may not be pink.
