I'm not sure where to post this, and I don't really want to start a new thread so...
Why did TLC create a TDK Batman in non-canon sets like the Joker's Ice Cream Suprise? Did they not have the rights to the series so made some sets loosely based on it? The tumbler and Bats were true to the movie but the Joker was very comic book style. What gives?
Thanks!
I popped down to my local toy shop (Lorimers) and they had Gandalf, Uruk army and orc forge. :D I took the army and will hopefully go to Westfield in London to pick up the bigger ones.
People might want to check out the Tesco website. They have a lot of sets I thought were gone a long time ago, also look carefully they have a lot of cheap stuff that isn't marked on sale but as its regular price instead.
Nice idea This adds a lot of authenticity and realism to the set and would make a good battle scene, as it makes the Uruks less significant.
On a similar topic: Has anyone managed to remove the bulge in the wall piece only using pieces from the set?
Good ideas, I think the mr freeze one will come with a small bat sled. Also I don't think Lego will include an electricution chair. Also I don't think arkum will be that expensive, also the tumbler will probably be 40.
What does everyone do with their excess Loki torso pieces, I bet there are a few good figs (from any theme) that could be made from it but none come to mind right now.
Can someone post all the DC heroes together, the DC villains together and then again for Marvel? It would be nice to see the size of all the super armies and such for good and evil, DC and Marvel.
If you put the black ninja head piece over the Prince of Persia Alamut guards you get some nice Haradrim.
Also, I doubt we will see Oliphants as they would not make a mould as it would be too big therefore too expensive to sell and they would not make it brick built as that wouldn't appeal to children.
