  1. @Anonknee Muss Really?! You have to watch the show, it's so funny! Thank you :), it took me quite a while to get as much details into the build and references to different episodes of the show as possible!
  2. @JintaiZ & @CommishGordon Thanks, really appreciate the fact that you like the build!
  3. This is my very own Two and a Half Men MOC built of LEGO bricks: And yes, detailed step-by-step Building Instructions are available --> Instructions for my Two and a Half Men MOC Two and a Half Men is one of my most favorite tv-shows and I invested a lot of time into this build in order to get the scale and details as accurate as possible. To achieve this, I watched the entire series again and used a ton of reference material. This LEGO® Diorama MOC and Two and a Half Men-memento depicts a part of Charlie Harper’s legendary Malibu Mansion where most of the series takes place and contains 2648 pieces! The entire build includes a ton of references to different episodes from season 1 to 8 that only true fans will recognize : The build features the iconic main living room, veranda, and the house entrance Main living room features Charlie’s piano, a sofa, 2 armchairs, a round wooden table, different carpets, a fireplace, the stairway that leads to the 2nd floor, different potted plants, and other details Veranda features 2 deck chairs, different potted plants, a grill, 2 chairs, a table, outdoor lights, a grid with climbing plants, and other details Some of the references to different episodes: Bowl with Butterscotch Candy, Vod Kanockers-hat, Jake’s Goofy Juice, charlieharpersucks.com-computer, Jake’s Gameboy, Alan’s Key, Andy’s cigars, Jake’s Plunger, Berta’s handbag, and a Rose *by Rose* What do you guys think of this build ?
  4. Thanks! Indeed I already designed the Death Star II Executive Hangar Bay 272 where Emperor Palpatine arrived with his Imperial Shuttle for the inspection on the stations operability from ROTJ: Hey guys, I made another rendering of my Imperial Shuttle with my TIE Fighter design together: Emperor Palpatine's Shuttle with TIE escort is approaching the Death Star II Hangar Bay 272 ...
  5. Thanks, really appreciate it! In fact, I already finished designing the DS Hangar Bay 327 from ANH with my Falcon inside , but still have to make rendering pics of the build... so stay tuned for that one! Thank you! The wing mechanism was literally the most important part for me to design, and definetly the hardest as well. It took me quite a while to come up with this final design, cause u should be able to fold the wings easily and smoothly and on top of that they had to be pretty sturdy.
  6. This is my very own Mini-Scale Death Star II Hangar Bay 272 Diorama MOC built of LEGO bricks: More in-depth and movie-accurate shots of the build: And yes, detailed step-by-step Building Instructions are available --> Instructions for the Hangar Bay As you can probably tell by now, I do really love designing in mini-scale, which means that my builds are sized to an official LEGO® nano-scale minifig. Moreover, I love the Imperial architecture and the Galactic Empire in general ... Before I originally had the idea to design some Star Wars ships in mini-scale (Imperial Shuttle, Millennium Falcon, X-Wing, Y-Wing, A-Wing, TIE Fighter, TIE Advanced and TIE Interceptor are already finished: https://www.flickr.com/photos/the-creatorr/), I already made a rough concept of the iconic Executive Hangar Bay 272 where Palpatine arrived in ROTJ. Such an iconic and menacing sequence in the movie! Now it's time to talk about some specs of this build: This giant display piece represents Emperor Palpatine‘s Arrival at the Death Star II from 1983‘s „Return of the Jedi“. As you can propably tell by looking at the model, it took me quite a while to design this build, especially recreating all those little details like the back wall texture. The black tiled front with my TCRR-logo makes for a more premium look. I'm very proud on the fact that the stripes of blue lights on the lower part of the back walls will glow if you illuminate the backside of the Hangar Bay! The Hangar contains 5403 pieces, the Imperial Shuttle 533. Measurements of the Hangar: 44,5 cm (w) / 58 cm (l) / 26,5 cm (h). On top, the Hangar Bay is designed to accommodate my Mini-Scale Imperial Shuttle, about which I already made a topic here on eurobricks: What do you guys think of this build ? I really tried to get this build to be as accurate as it possibly can ^^.
  7. Thanks so much for this thoughtful comment! You're totally right, the exhausts should be centered! I have to say I didn't thought about that until now , although I studied very much original footage of the in-universe shuttle. The rear fuselage is even studs-out built, so jumper plates would work just fine. Will try this out for sure and post pics of this version here in the future! Believe it or not, the overall design of this Shuttle took me just about 5 hrs on one evening a few months ago . The Imperial Shuttle is just so elegant and sleek, the first time I saw the ship on-screen apporaching the DSII in ROTJ I fell in love with it instantly! To capture the proportions and details in LEGO, especially in this tiny scale where you're very limited in using parts, is extremly hard. But I have to say that there's a thing that frustrated me the most: Everytime you search for footage of the Imperial Shuttle, you get so many different variants in shape and proportions that it's pretty damn hard to find out the exact measurements. Because of that, I used mostly the original patent from 1983 where Lucasfilm protected the design for the first time. Anyway, really appreciate your feedback! If you want, you can also check out my other mini-scale Millennium Falcon MOC I designed, which is in the same scale as the Shuttle:
  8. This is my very own Mini-Scale Imperial Shuttle (with display stand) built of LEGO bricks: And yes, detailed step-by-step Building Instructions are available --> Instructions for the Imperial Shuttle I have to say, the Imperial Shuttle is my most favorite spaceship from STAR WARS ... and because of that, I really tried very hard in getting the shapes and proportions as accurate as I could. I designed additional Landing Gear and a removable Landing Ramp to display the Shuttle in it's landing position. The Shuttle is sized to an official LEGO® nano-scale minifig. To display the Shuttle in it's flight mode, I built an additional all-black stand to securely display the Imperial Shuttle, featuring the Galactic Empire emblem and my own logo. Features: both flanking wings can be folded outwards for flying and inwards during landing procedures, includes two forward-facing double laser cannons, two forward-facing wing-mounted double cannons, and a rear-mounted double laser cannon, removable landing gear and boarding ramp, and on top of all it's a very solid build ! What do you guys think of this build ?
  9. This is my very own Mini-Scale Millennium Falcon (with display stand) built of LEGO bricks: And yes, detailed step-by-step Building Instructions are available --> Instructions for the Millennium Falcon Recently I've been very much enjoying designing in mini-scale, and I'm pretty proud on this Millennium Falcon design. The Falcon is sized to an official LEGO® nano-scale minifig. I tried to get as much details into the tiny space as possible, which was quiet challenging, especially the recreation of the curved top panels. I designed additional Landing Gear and a removable Landing Ramp to display the Falcon on it's own. To display the Falcon, I built an additional all-black stand to securely display the Falcon in an angled position, featuring the Rebel Alliance emblem and my own logo. Features: angled top panels with color and piping details, sensor dish on top, as well as two rotatable heavy quad laser turrets on top and bottom, and on top of all it's a very solid build ! What do you guys think of this build ?
  10. This is my very own Bespin Duel on Cloud City Diorama MOC built of LEGO bricks: And yes, Instructions are available --> link in my signature :D As I already stated in my latest thread, where I introduced you my new LEGO display build "Bespin Cloud City Arrival and Betrayal Diorama MOC", I was highly disappointed with LEGO's latest 75222 "Betrayal on Cloud City" set, because of it's lack of accurate design, childish little rooms, amount of sticker sheets, pricing, etc.So I designed 2x giant display builds of Cloud City. Important to notice is the fact that I made both MOCs in honor of the 40th anniversary of THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK this Year. This one here is the 2nd and final build and is called "Bespin Duel on Cloud City Diorama MOC" (The outside is designed to represent an accurate slice of the giant Gas-Processing Vane where the Carbonite Freezing Chamber and the Sensor Balcony are located in): The Diorama depicts 2 different locations inside/outside the Gas-Processing Vane: Main Control Room and the Sensor Balcony."Description": Main Control Room that is directly connected to the Side Corridor, Curved Hallway and Viewport that leads to the outer railing Control Room features 3x Control Panel Consoles with cabling, a Control Holotable, Piping throughout the walls and 2x metal shelves with crates placed inside easy access to the Curved Hallway from the front- and backside outer railing with handrail, lights and staircase on both sides that leads to the doorway and Sensor Balcony doorway includes a short part of the iconic triangular shaped hallway design as well Sensor Balcony platform features highly accurate antennas and piping and is built in a way to handle the front-heavy structure I am especially proud of the fact that you can recreate the entire duel sequence between Vader and Luke, once they exit the Carbonite Freezing Chamber.Additionally, the entire model can be divided into 2 stand-alone modular sections as shown in the pictures, not only for easy transport, but each section can be displayed on it’s own.You can recreate the iconic duel between Luke and Vader and follow them while fighting, starting with the Main Control Room where Luke gets sucked out of the Viewport, his sneak around on the railing, and the final fight on the Sensor Balcony followed by the most epic revelation in cinema history …!What do you guys think ? Does this Diorama MOC justice to the Giant Gas-Processing Vane shown in TESB and Vader/Luke's iconic duel on Cloud City ?
  11. @lowlead Haha . Thanks for your thoughtful comment !! Really appreciate it. Yep, that's exactly what I intend to do: LEGO produces primary sets for kids, and consequently has to make compromises in terms of details and accuracy. And I want to fill in that gap with detailed and accurate, but also sturdy and playable builds. I started my journey one year ago, and I am very thankful for all of you who engage me to keep going! @Jerry McGlade Thanks man
  12. @Cjd223 Thanks for your thoughtful comment, really appreciate it ! Even though the printed 2x4 tile with the "20th anniversary of LEGO Star Wars"-logo cost around 7$ each (), I thought it would have been a missed opportunity not to get this piece. I think it adds more uniqueness to the build, and honors the Star Wars and LEGO Star Wars legacy. Yep, indeed, I try to build my MOCs in a similar way, especially my Death Star and Hoth Echo Base room-based MOCs. By this means you can combine them in a modular way.
  13. @LegoCalrissian Thank you very much ! Awesome to hear that this MOC meets your expectations of an Upper-.Cloud City build :). Regarding the ISD Bridge: I hope that everything runs smooth for you in terms of getting all parts and the building-process! I also designed a 2nd Cloud City MOC, representing the Gas-Processing Vane and Sensor Balcony where Vader & Luke having their Duel. I will release this one propably in a few weeks as well ;)
  14. This is my very own Bespin Cloud City Arrival and Betrayal Diorama MOC built of LEGO bricks: And yes, Instructions are available --> link in my signature :D Before I'm talking about some of the details included in this build, I want to explain shortly why I decided to design this MOC:When in 2017 rumors about an upcoming LEGO Cloud City UCS set were first published, I was super excited! The one and only Cloud City build we got was in 2003, not counting the small 30 bucks Carbon Freezing Chamber. And I started speculating: Will it be a display set that represents Cloud City in its entirety from the outside or a diorama consisting of connected rooms and locations equivalent to 2003? What minifigs will be included, hopefully a new Lando, Leia and Luke minifig? One year later, in late 2018, LEGO officially revealed the 75222 "Betrayal at Cloud City" set, part of the new established "Master Builder Series". And like many others, I was highly dissappointed with nearly everything, except the truly remarkable minifig-selection: Childish little rooms, lacking details, most of them created using large stickers, a midi-scale Slave I, and last but not least, the price. At that time I promised myself to design an accurate and detailed Cloud City build, using a similar approach like 2003's "Cloud City" set. Now, let's jump right into my new Cloud City Diorama: I made this MOC in honor of the 40th anniversary of THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK this Year. I designed this Upper-Cloud City-build 2 months ago, but now finally found some time to publish it. Because Episode V is my all time favorite STAR WARS movie, I challenged myself to make the best Cloud City-model I could possibly design, and therefore I worked 4 intense weeks, days and nights, on it. I used over 100 pictures of source material and watched the movie-sequence over and over again, to spot all the details, no matter how small or big. Cloud City Arrival and Betrayal Diorama depicts a total of 9 different locations: Landing Platform 327, Entrance Hall, Main and Side Corridor, Viewport, North Corridor, Control Room, Incinerator Room, Dining Room. Description: smoothly vertical sliding Entrance Door that locks in place once opened Entrance Hall that is directly connected to 2x Side Corridors and the Main Corridor by taking a few steps up or down Main Corridor / Promenade features angled walls with mural reliefs and a tree sculpture in the center Viewport with rounded stairs curved North Corridor with several pillar arches and an indicated door smoothly vertical sliding door that unveils the Control Room where C-3PO gets blasted Garbage Processing “Incinerator” Room on the backside with a ton of greebling and droid scrap, an angled Incinerator as well as a conveyor belt in the center smoothly horizontal sliding door that leads to the Dining Room, which features a long table with food and drinks on top, seating for 7 minifigs, angled walls and art decorations. => You can recreate a total of 14 movie scenes from Episode V with this Diorama! Additionally, the entire model can be divided into 3 stand-alone modular sections as shown in the pictures, not only for easy transport, but each section can be displayed on it’s own without having compromises in terms of otherwise hidden design gaps. What do you guys think ?
  15. @Beleg the Ranger Thanks! Yes indeed, the blasters are from Brickarms, they are amazing! You're fully right, the studs on the floor / steps inside the Operations Forum aren't accurate, but it wasn't possible unfortunately to tile this space off. I had to use plates, cause the right wall is placed at an angle, and the certain pieces I used to create the iconic wall-shape forced me to use plates instead of tiles. Final - PART 7 -"I want to know what happened to the plans they send you! I don't know what you're talking about, I'm a member of the Imperial Senate and on a diplomatic mission to Alderaan. You are part of the Rebel Alliance and a traitor, take her away!" - STAR WARS: A New Hope This scene was taken in my own Tantive IV Diorama MOC. - - - - - - This Series is now finished! - - - - - - Did you like it? Should I continue to do this with my other movie accurate Diorama MOCs?Please comment!
  16. - PART 6 -"Where are those transmissions you intercepted? What have you done with those plans?" - Captain Antilles' Interrogation by Vader - STAR WARS: A New Hope This scene was taken in my own Tantive IV Diorama MOC.
  17. @Beleg the Ranger Thanks , here it comes: - PART 5 -"R2-D2, where are you?" STAR WARS: A New Hope This scene was taken in my own Tantive IV Diorama MOC. @Minizem Thanks for the advice! Will try this out for future pics
  18. - PART 4 -"Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi! You're my only hope." STAR WARS: A New Hope- Princess Leia places the Death Star plans into the memory system of the astromech droid R2-D2 - This scene was taken in my own Tantive IV Diorama MOC.
  19. - PART 3 -'Vader's Arrival' STAR WARS: A New Hope This scene was taken in my own Tantive IV Diorama MOC / Tantive IV Main Corridor with Airlock Doorway MOC.
  20. Hey guys, hope you like this new series! Constructive feedback is highly appreciated . - PART 1 -„Did you hear that! They‘ve shut down the main reactor. We‘ll be destroyed for shure. This is madness!“ STAR WARS: A New Hope This scene was taken in my own Tantive IV Diorama MOC / Tantive IV Main Corridor with Airlock Doorway MOC. - PART 2 -'Imperial Boarding Assault on the Tantive IV (1)' STAR WARS: A New Hope This scene was taken in my own Tantive IV Diorama MOC / Tantive IV Main Corridor with Airlock Doorway MOC.
  21. This is my very own Tantive IV Main Corridor with Airlock Doorway MOC built of LEGO bricks: Served as an Alderaanian Diplomatic Cruiser, the CR90 Corvette TANTIVE IV played a central role in the events at the beginning of the Galactic Civil War, serving as Princess Leia Organa's personal starship in the leadup to the Battle of Yavin ... Tantive IV Main Corridor features the iconic round shape design for the walls, including very accurate wall-cubes and the iconic shaped side columns, as well as a smoothly sliding Airlock Doorway, that reveals an indicated Imperial Hallway behind to recreate the Borading Assault by using a pretty clever technique. The Hinge-mechanism allows you to get better access to the Corridor, and serves as a switch, so you can either close the Corridor, or open it which makes it easier to take shots of scenes with minifigures and reenact moments from Star Wars: A New Hope or Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. The entire build is extremly sturdy which allows you to grab the whole build without falling apart, and every detail is securely locked in place. You can follow me on flickr or take a look at more Star Wars MOCs of mine: https://www.flickr.com/photos/the-creatorr/ What do you guys think?
