Bro! I've been fighting for more stationary restaurants for the City line. A Chinese Hunan is one of those. Perhaps the chopsticks from the Monkey Kid theme would be good for it. I've also recommended a Labanese Kabob and an Eastern European Bistro. Culture wise, I do feel like Lego is kinda being hypocritical about their City line as they claim that they don't want to make cultural references as it could be deemed offensive. But let's be honest. What about that kendo/fencing school on top of the pizzeria that's in 60292? Two cultural references in one; the Italians and the Japanese. Look at the many pizza related sets in the theme too. Just saying.

DUDE!!!! If this is a people pack revival, those will literally be in "shut up and take my money" territory. I was a sucker for people packs. I have every people pack that has ever been released. Use the minifigs for my town!

I see Bionicle/Hero Factory as more of a video game world within the world of Lego that has its own theme.

Ok fine I'll bite. I'll give my top 6 favorites. How's that? 1. 60154 Bus Station - A lot of people I have met on this forum has disagreed on a public transit subtheme for City as it "doesn't appeal to kids". But I disagree! I can tell you for a fact that a set like this would've definately been a set that I and loads of other people I know would've begged their parents for as a kid. 2. 60132 Service Station - Best gas station I have owned. Dare I say it, compared to this service center, the ones from 2020 and 2021 are trash (Just offering some hard pills to swallow). But they made great part packs for expansion. I added the 60016 Tanker Truck as a finishing touch. 3. 60047 Police Station - With minor modifications, the building here was perfect. Switched the sign to fit today's police logo. Goes well with the 2021 police vehicles depending on how you look at it. 4. 60324 Mobile Crane - Love this thing! Definately fits into my town's construction crew. Much simpler build than older ones. 5. 60327 Horse Transporter - First time ever getting a horse transporter. I actually just brought this one. I'm also pleased to welcome Bessie into my town and collection of animal molds. That's the name I gave the horse. 6. 60150 Pizza Van - Acts as both the pizzeria and a delivery van in my town. Great for those who want some semblance of the pizza industry in their town. I think I've mentioned this before but I actually wish Lego would make more City-scale food trucks and focus on those more as the primary food industry related sets with the occasional stationary restaurant. The pizza van and the ice cream truck (which I also have) were good Starts. I wonder if they'll do a Mexican food truck next pr hot dogs. So there are my top favorites.

Watch it now! You're saying that on a forum for AFOLs. Ever since I've become an AFOL, I have met both the good and the bad side - the former being more than the latter. I hate to break this to you, but there's only one problem. The ones who have the ideology that you have are part of the bad side. Just saying. This is the internet. People have a right to talk about what they don't like and if others get triggered over it, they are the issue. That doesn't mean we're man child's or consumerists who don't know how to MOC. We're simply hard-core fans who are having a discussion.

Another possible unpopular opinion: animal moulds are better than buildable animals. They are not only cheaper to buy, but they also fit into my town better. I wonder if they have a deer mould? It would be nice if they did.

Ironically enough, the only products I'm happy that I brought this year are the vehicles. The buildings......not so much. But with some situations, the only way to get the vehicles are to get the buildings; the police van from 60316, the fire truck from 60320 and the school bus from 60329. I also want that fire car and fire engine from 60321.

The older City sets were actually good. The newer ones are the ones that need serious improvements. Sometimes, I wish I never brought them.

Yeah! But last year, they didn't do the Stuntz sets until October and the Wildlife Rescue sets didn't come until July. At least that's how it was in the US.
