The new d2c set will be one big Maesk ship where you can load the anniversary containers on and let them sail away.

why LEGO, why!? if I want the old sets from 20 years ago I can by them online. These sets (besides hogsmeade) are horrible. I know the final products will look better but this will save me a lot of money this year. I really hope next year will be a continuation of the 2018 line and not this mistake. I showed the pics to other people that are not into LEGO and they all say the same: Are these old sets? Why would they do that?

Can you give an example of what they said was true? I just want to make sure. Cause all info regarding hp came from promobricks if I remember correctly.

This could also mean that they dont know anything and when Its revealed they can say that they knew. It’s a bit like the one we shall not name on last years Instagram.

The €250 set is gonna be one big triangle shaped grey rock...and it’s called: Azkaban prison. No figs included cause they just escaped.

Looking at the cmf series 2, perhaps we can find some clues: normally you can put the cmf minifigs somewhere in the regular sets later on. Like Ron with butter beer in the upcoming hogsmeade set. There are three characters that don’t have a place to go yet: -griphook -bellatrix (Azkaban outfit) -kingsley (I’m not counting Harry’s parents cause you can place them in front of the mirror with Harry at the great hall set). so griphook can go in gringotts, bellatrix in an Azkaban prison and Kingsley in Hagrids motorcycle rescue set.

True but the d2c sets have a longer shelve life so from a business point of view it makes sense to have the hogwarts express available for a long time.

Looking at the sets that were supposed to be retired this year but aren’t, I am still not gonna be surprised if the €250 set this August is gonna be a new motorized hogwarts express. So we have the three big icons as an d2c: hogwarts castle, diagon alley and hogwarts express. But I do hope it’s gonna be a set based on the DH films.

I’ve added the minifigs from Charles dickens, Princess Leia from the force awakens with a witches hat on, the witch from cmf Halloween but changed her into flesh coloured and some more cmf’s but changed them with the German football players flesh heads and hands like that highway man with the cape and pirate hat and Shakespeare among others.

Stonewars.de said there is another minifigure that is still unknown besides Sinistra in the 76389 set!

Would be fun to have an 18+ theme based on famous horror movies. Would be cool to have the Nightmare on Elm Street house or the Friday the 13th cabins. Would never happen but I can dream.

It could also be: a part of hogwarts castle that is based on the final battle with those big trolls, statues, spiders etc. that would explain the price if it includes big figs. Second: that d2c might be a bigger version of the hogwarts express.
