  1. Welcome to EB.
  2. A soccer player is called a futbol player in other countries beside the U.S, so football would be referring to the American style football right?
  3. Thanks, I was trying to get a Range Rover shape. It took a lot of tinkering though.
  4. You can also check Peeron for instructions.
  5. This is so cool. It reminds me of a bigger version of the Catwoman set. I really like the dark blue van.
  6. I really like this. I especially like the snot on the doors, color usage, and modern aspect of it. It really jumps out at me.
  7. Thanks for the comments "soccerkid6" and "lightningtiger". I do agree it could use a bit more color after looking at it again. I'll be making more of these in different colors soon, once I find time. I really do like the challenge of 5 wides though.
  8. That roof is amazing. Its so smooth and delicate looking. The cars and traffic lights are also amazing.
  9. Today, while bored and sick, I decided to give myself a try at another 5 wide. This time, I tried to make an SUV. With my abundance of white parts, I decided to make it white. I think it turned out great and very detailed for a 5 wide. I was very happy with the design. The only thing I wish was if there was a 5 wide windshield. The 4 wide still looks too small, but it might be because of the height. Anyways, here is my MOC. Any comments and criticism would be great. LEGO White RANGE ROVER 5 Wide by The Blue Brick, on Flickr
  10. This is a great topic. I really love the use of the brick bricks. I'm also planning on going full out on making my house as creepy as possible. I will definitely add old trees and a giant fence surrounding it. I can't wait to see what other come up with.
  11. The detailing is great in this. I really love the mini reactors and broken windows. The bullet holes and plants really add a more rundown and overgrown feel to it also.
  12. This does look like fun. I like how there is multiple levels so you can have lots of jumping and falling action when playing. The design is great too.
  13. I love the bike with the bones and flames. The figure is also nice and very recognizable.
  14. This is very cool and fun looking. I love how you did the water and positioned all the minifigures. I also like the rocks near the base.
  15. I've always wanted to make a lifelike model of my own home in Lego, but was always too lazy to do the measuring and calculations. This should help me with that. Thanks for the guide.
  16. This is amazing and looks just like the real thing. Excellent job.
  17. I love these. My favorite is definitely the mini Chili's. Its so cute and looks very much like your regular size one. Also if you aren't entering these into the mini modular contest, does that mean you're developing even better ones?
  18. I thought I had my Lego budget all planned out for this year. I guess not as I really want this. Now we can just hope the super lots come through and everything goes smoothly. I also thank everyone who has put time and effort into the redesigning and all of the extra work. I just want to buy it. Edit: Do you know an estimate of the cost on the super lot?
  19. I haven't had that many deals as of lately. My best was at a local yard sale which I found 65153-1 Jango Fett's Slave 1 with Bonus Cargo Case. The box was gone but the Case was in excellent condition with all pieces accounted for. Most of it was still built but just shoved into the case. I ended up striking a deal with the women for $25. The funny thing was she knew it was worth more, because she said she would of put it up on Ebay, but she didn't know how.
  20. Welcome to EB. I hope you enjoy our community.

  22. Great introduction indeed. I was also a lurker for many years before I joined. Anyways, I hope you continue to enjoy our wonderful community.
  23. Welcome to Eurobricks Joe. I can't wait to see your builds and I hope you enjoy our community.
  24. For me and my personal connection with Lego, the golden age would be in the 1980's and early 90's. Considering the set designs and Lego coming back to the top, I too would have to agree with 2009. This is the year TLG came out with many great sets.
  25. This is coming along nicely SalvoBrick. The layout still has a classic feel like your old layout, but now in modular format which I really like.
