After having built all but 2 of the sets, I have Astronomy Tower left to build and I need to buy the Burrow, I have to say they’re all excellent, I especially love Hedwig which I didn’t even plan on buying, I would love to get something for Scabbers and Crookshanks now, even if it’s just a bust of them (because obviously Crookshanks is rather large and Scabbers is fat) but I’d love to get them to get exclusive figures of Hermione and Ron, I love the Grawp figure and build, and obviously the new centaurs are amazing, PD is fantastic and I love that it comes with the first ever Petunia and Dudley and it’s so much better (and more accurate) than the older Privet Drive, can’t wait to build the Tower, just need to make some space ??

Ah, that makes sense I was exactly the same ? I agree with everything you say, the only issue I have is not with the set, but with Lego themselves, we have gotten 2 versions of Mr Weasley’s Flying Ford Anglia in this reinvigorated theme, but we have not gotten a single version of the Weasley twins, imo, it’s like getting the Batmobile without Batman or Hagrid without fang, oh wait... ??

Ah, I don’t remember having any issue with putting his head on in the CMF ?, but then it was 2 years ago ??

I thought so anyone know the reason it’s rubber in Privet Drive? ??

Can’t currently find my CMF Dobby, but is his head hard plastic or rubber?

I don’t think it would be that much of a waste, but if it was new one of those pieces vs new minifigure, I’d obviously always go new minifigure (not sure what the price difference would be lmao)

I do agree, however the windows in GH are all individual, the chairs in PD could easily use 1 piece for the 2, 3 or 4 used ??

Just building Privet Drive and it makes me seriously ask, would it be so hard to make those 1x1 rounded bricks into 1x2, 1x3 and 1x4, so tedious putting so many of those onto the armchair and sofa ??

I’ve never had an extra sticker sheet in any other set I’ve ever bought, including the Forbidden Forest (the set I’ve literally just opened), so even if it is standard, still strange to me ?

Just opened up the Hedwig set and come to the first sticker to place and have discovered that I have 2 sticker sheets ?

Nobody knows, we haven’t seen anything, and Madam Rosmerta is the landlady of The Three Broomsticks, the bookshop is Flourish and Blotts, the only madams on Diagon Alley are Madam Malkin’s, Madam Primpernelle’s and Madam Puddifoot’s ☺️

Whilst I don’t see it being Microscale at all, I would be very happy if it is, because it would mean I wouldn’t have to buy it because ew to Microscale ??

Just picked up all the new sets except the Burrow, will be excited to build them on my day off tomorrow (except Hedwig which I’ll probably do tonight), managed to get the Grawp set for less than £20 too so bonus!!

If it’s on the Lego s@h and you’re referring to the D2C, it won’t be £400, more like £350 same as Hogwarts Castle, and that is still full price

Whilst I agree with don’t need a new mould for Mrs Norris (Crookshanks 100% needs one), that piece would be awful for Mrs Norris because that is clearly a playful cat and Mrs Norris is anything but playful, the cat piece used for Crookshanks in the CMF would be fine for Mrs Norris with some printed fur detailing

Zavvi is a UK-originated store (London technically) so it doesn’t surprise me that they’re coming from the UK

Unlikely because; 1) nothing illegal is happening to get those sets early 2) Lego is still getting their money from the sets, even if it is secondary through shops BUT, as someone from England, who already has the ability to get these sets (still only bought 2 due to money), I think it’s unfair that they aren’t released on the same day worldwide, whilst I understand why they do it for popular themes (like this one), I think it’s unfair on those who have spent hundreds (if not thousands) on Lego over the years, like yourself

Exactly, she’s bad, but she’s not the worst of the worst, and tbh, I can ignore what she says online because I follow that many people she hardly shows up, it’s more people moaning about her that I see ??
