I agree an asgard set could be cool, but the avengers compound in the MCU looks nothing like a "dirty great concrete cube". Look up mcu avengers compound or even just rewatch endgame and you'll see that. I personally like the architecture of the compound and think it would make a great display set.

yes, from reputable sources we know this stuff, and no one is saying that speeder bike and landspeeder is the official name, but one would assume a set with the preliminary name of that will contain said items. I would assume brick fanatics and falconfan are reliable sources, and I trust their info. can we please move past this?

That could happen too, it depends on how much screen time these guys have. exactly Um, in just2good's video on the leaked list it was "speeder bike and landspeeder" at 54.99, not sure how small that would be. I'm not sure if you have insider information or what, but if you do please share it if you can instead of just telling people that their speculation is false. I could see this working, but don't get your hopes up for anything marvel besides avengers, especially not in 2019-2020. Someone mentioned creator expert as opposed to creator, and i think it would work like that, especially since it's only IP's of one company.

My claim still stands that a set named after what the trailer scene seems to represent, combined with the leaking of all figures that appear in said scene, makes me think that my "assumption" is somewhat educated and and while in no way was a confirmation, nor did i ever pretend it was.

good builds? something that's not a mech? bald thanos? Jokes aside, If it's a "game changer", I could see detailed, UCS type sets made for adults being the products.

If you mean the late 2019, possibly january 2020 sets, they've already started with the thanos head. If you mean black widow/eternals/disney+show/comic sets for later in 2020, quite some time.

Thank you, I got her name mixed up with the actor who plays her. It might be coloured on the other side, but even if the cape is inaccurate it's still a solid figure. The set is named "speeder bike and skiff" A scene in the trailer contains speeder bikes and skiffs, as well as poe, jumptroopers, finn, etc, all figures that have leaked. I don't think this is a random assumption and more of an educated speculation based on the facts we have.

I'd say fallen order is much more likely to get at least a $30ish set. It's much more story-oriented than the battlefront games and has alot of new designs for imperials and the main cast that are 100% canon, whereas battlefront just had inferno squad.

It is a trap. I'm not planning on buying the UCS, but already I've been had into buying the falcon, at-st, speeders, etc, which is $300 gone. Add in anything containing so much as a mandalorian or fallen order reference and marvel's new endgame sets, and I'm starting to wonder how much farther I can push my wallet.

yes, all the lego mini movies are.... They will have no bearing on any future sets, we don't even know if black panther will be in the next wave much less in the same set as thanos.

Yeah, the minfigures for this at least are great and, unlike the endgame sets, accurate. If the builds are great, the only problem here is the nearly $500 price tag for the wave, hopefully a warranted one. Likely both appearing in that desert speeders set, meaning that unless the builds are garbage that's a must-buy for me.

Yeah bionicle was great. If we did ever get a marvel constraction theme I don't think it would do well, but it would give people new bionicle parts at the very least, even if they were gen 2 as opposed to the inika build. Curb your enthusiasm. From other images there I can see bearded captain america with a shield fighting alongside iron man hulk and black widow, with thanos teaming up with the black panther villains. This was just a mini movie to get kids to buy all the spring 2018 lego sets, just like the new spider-man one is.

True, It's likely that. The only way that head's from juniors is if the mech sets are constraction, and that's just my inner rabid bionicle fan. What? I don't watch the lego movies but i assume black panther wasn't the only character fighting thanos, and the movies I believe to be made as advertisements for the sets of the year, therefore the lego marvel movies are influenced by the sets, not the other way around. And the only thing pointing to a black panther set is the leaked head that personally I can't understand how it in any way resembles black panther.

Yeah, lego needs to play it safe with their more expensive sets, and it would be a financially terrible decision to make something only the small amount of lego star wars superfans that exist would pick up. Although, in one of star wars explained's videos he speculates a venator may be visible in the TROS trailer. I personally don't believe it, and even if he's right it's more likely we'd get a TCWS7 set for it, but just thought I'd point out that we may see it again in a movie soon.

Didn't you start this with your "paramount is owned by disney" thing? I was thinking the other day, seeing as we know so very little about the next avengers and spidey sets besides basic names and the hulk helicopter drop, it's possible the thanos head is from a spider-man set. What if it's a 4+ set and that's why it's got the red eyes, to make him more cartoony? Just a theory, I'm not entirely sold on it but I was thinking just because he was in endgame doesn't mean he can only come in endgame sets, spider-man's fought him without the avengers before. *admittedly back when he flew around in the thanos copter, but hey juniors loves their copters.*

It'll almost 100% be a normal ISD if the rumors of a star destroyer are true, they need the iconicity. Though the supremacy would be reaaally cool and probably my first real ucs buy. (I don't count the mistake of assault on hoth, even for $50 off.)

Bizarro came as a "normal" (I.e. not mighty micros) figure as a comic-con set, and ben reily was in the bridge battle set before the mighty micros set. I did forget about doomsday though, but let me put down my final points that it is in fact supposed to be magneto. 1: The figure looks alot like magneto, not as much like onslaught, since it misses a few of onslaughts design traits and magneto is commonly shown to have his face obscured by his helmet. 2: the car is shaped like a giant magnet 3: the set is literally called wolverine vs magneto. Disney doesn't own paramount.

1: same here with your opinion on rose. Because the internet is the internet and a small group of bigots can do real damage to wookiepedia and on social media, disliking Rose or TLJ gets you accused of -isms. If they gave her actor a better story to work with, she could be a great character. 2: I'm not sure rose will end up getting a figure or even be that prominent in the movie at all. She wasn't in the trailer and no TROS merch or any rumors on her role in the film have shown up. Exactly, they all got all their variants, poe just has the most costumes. And for the most part replacements wouldn't make sense This is looking like a wave with little figure repetition, too, just based on everything you've said with the trooper variants, the obligatory resistance soldiers, the knights of ren, zorri, lando, d-0, and the existing main cast.

Poe's inclusion has made sense in nearly every set he's been included in. And for alot of these slots, who would replace him besides a character variant already in a set? In the walker he could really only have been replaced by a basic trooper, same with the battle of crait set and in every starfighter he pilots, he needs to be in them. The only ones i could see being unneccesary are the bomber and black ace as people already mentioned, but those brought some excellent new torso prints. Might be a bit of bias as poe is one of my favorite sequel trilogy characters. Yeah, the more variants the better. That's actually one of my problems with all these rey figures where they never bothered to update her for any TFA appearance. They have that random sand blue shirt under her outfit, which I don't remember in TFA, and they've given her the same facial expression in all 9 sets she appears in.

The. car. is. magnet. shaped. I can see the facial resemblence but other than that the only real thing is how he has a similar costume to magnetos. In addition, lego has never done a mighty micro of a character we haven't had normally before, and if onslaught is too violent for lego wouldn't by those same standards the fact that lego made a deadpool figure (way before the movies but still, he was pretty violent back then too) be a contradiction? I mean, it's better then most fans not being able to get a prominent character outfit. We better get a full wave of marvel copters. UCS avengers copter, a copter that robbie reyes's car fits below to drop, thanos copter, a small copter for all of the major avengers, a spider-copter 2.0, etc.

oh thanks. usually lego will make a full CG creature without stud hole type things, like the banthas and whatnot in the games. I'm not saying it's confirmation of something, but combined with the fact that there was apparently a rumored canto bight set, it at the very least raises an eyebrow.
