I think it's safe to assume that the v-19 was pushed back so it coincides with the return of The Clone Wars. As for the Resistance transport, maybe they moved it back because it appears in episode 9. -

Is it safe to assume we'll get word on a Shazam set tomorrow if it's planned. -

If we do get a Visitor's Center set as the D2C, it would make sense to get some large brick built skeletal models right? I could definitely see that in the piece count. -

The new Kylo figure got leaked. It's got impressive damage on the outfit, and a bullet-hole on the torso and an oddly fresh face wound. This 100% confirms a Starkiller Base Duel set. I wonder if we'll get a Finn with a big cut across the jacket. -
Didn't Woody make an appearance in the recent Incredibles Game? Maybe its a hint of a future game, seeing as Toy Story has a LOT more content than The Incredibles.

I prefer moulded stuff because it conforms to the Lego aesthetic introduced with the horses in the old knights line. The brick buildstuff always looks lke something you'd make in minecraft tbh. Especially with Buckbeak being the size of a horse or Tauntun. It fits better to have it as a mould.
-
I agree completely. The connections always make the brick built animals seem more insect like in proportions. I think it only really works on much larger scales, and even then, it often negatively affects the proportions. For small or medium creatures, I always prefer the look of moulded parts over the awkward proportions from the brick built joints.
-
I also prefer moulds, but I really am irked by the moulded legs that don't move individually. Less on the Dewback, which has firm legs, but on The EP3 Boga and classic Dewback. What is the point of having them if they move to unrealistically.

I think that they had brick built animals in that set because that took up most of the build and was supposed to be something a person holds. I think it would be different for a fully minifigure scaled Horntail challenge set.

As much as I'd like to believe this, there are hundreds of small designs in these books that never become sets. I think it's just a small custom, I sincerely doubt it will come in the set.

Jurassic World 2019 - Rumours, Speculation & Discussion

My guess is that the D2C is going to be a big Visitor Center set based on the big entrance area, maybe including a small Jurassic Park gate build. I agree that the smallest set will either be a set with Pyteradons or Raptors. My prediction is a Robert Muldoon/ Ellie Sattler Raptor escape set. I feel the second biggest one will have a molded Brachiosaurus a large tree build and the two Jeeps from the beginning, with my guess being the biggest one being a T-rex escape set with a fence build (that will have connectors so it can be expanded) a large gate build and the two cars. Other than that, I'm hope that we will see the Spinosaurus in the next line, maybe in a Plane Escape set with small breakable plane being the second smallest. -

She's included on the title screen for 'The Haunted House' short. I wouldn't say it would be too far fetched.- 961 replies

Didn't some artwork for a Peter Pettigrew figure get leaked from the next Harry Potter book? Which set would he most likely come in? I guess it would have to be Watchtower or Patronus.

Actually, I was wrong. I thought it was a re-colour of the 76029 helmet, but it does appear to be ever so slightly different. -

Ultimately the budgeting and profit margins come down to Disney. They have a track record of being super stingy with their IP's. They wouldn't put anything Disney in Dimensions, and have practically boycotted dual moulding and arm printing since it started. They reuse old helmets for figures despite massive inaccuracies, and almost never have new parts in their sets (especially prevalent in Marvel (Even that new Cap is just a recolour of the Ultron helmet)). Warner Bros. usually has a lot cheaper sets with better printing. -

I've always loved the bowl shaped masks for Batman and Flash. The one with the chin printed on, not only limits customisability, but looks ugly from almost every angle but straight on. Also, it makes it look like he's wearing a hat rather than a cowl. But I guess it's each to their own... -

I still hate them for not using the amazing helmet model from the Lego Batman 2 game. The Christo version is much better than the one from the sets. -

A LOT of the time, the people who leak the figures assemble them very wrong. So it's entirely plausible that only the head made it off the line and they stuck it on another body they had lying around. Like War Machine, I think only his helmet got leaked and now people keep posting him in the QR suit, despite the figure supposedly coming from a large amour build rather than a QR set. -
Honestly, I feel like the designers on Lego Dimensions and the designers on the CMF series just want to put in as many unlikely figures as they can. Like, I'd never expect to see a Jor-El or The Wonder Twins in any other DC set but they got put into the CMF. Same concept with half of the dimensions characters.

Sainsbery's also stocks them since the two companies merged. So you might see them there. I saw them stocked in the toy isle, but that was in a Sainsbury's that had an Argos department. Honestly, I don't see why Lego have gone with a line of larger sets rather than a CMF series. An Overwatch CMF not only makes more sense toward the IP, but would also be much more likely to gain sales from people who are only fans of Lego or only fans of Overwatch. I don't get why they went straight into a line of sets. Though, the builds look nice, i'm not too interested in it.

I don't know if anyone disproved it, but this might lend credence to the '9 polybags' rumor. Like all the exclusive Batman suits we got for his Batcave from TLBM -

Leaked images of certain trailers show "plot related stuff" that hasn't been advertised at all really. It's pretty plausible that this might stop Lego releasing images of the sets. -

100% agreed. I always feel like Lego underdid it on the minifigure selection for the books, but this is a figure that probably never would have been made otherwise, and its got all exclusive prints. Really knocked it out of the park this time. -

Yeah, Disney are pretty cheap when it comes to production costs. There are a LOT of Marvel heroes that could benefit from new parts but Disney always seems to use the cheapest option, even in big sets that are supposed to show the unique suits in the legacy of the characters.
