Maybe I'm being a little too negative but I think the Indominus set is truly amazing

It's especially disappointing after seeing how great the Monkie Kid sets are... why can't Lego spend more effort on DC and Marvel?

I'm cool with the fact that people like these sets and will buy them. In my opinion disappointing Marvel sets are always better than no Marvel sets

Best set is easily Indominus. I missed her in 2015 so I'm thankful I have a second chance at getting her... that being said, this wave looks pretty terrible, cool Dinos, poor builds

I feel at this point, Lego is just rehashing things we've already gotten...

Maybe I got too high of hopes for these sets, but they just objectively don't look good. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if they reused that awful Thanos mech minifig in another set... what a waste of money for me to buy those mech sets... Perhaps not the worst, but definitely the most disappointing Marvel wave for sure (right after quantum suits in Endgame haha)

Repetitive builds, repetitive minifigures, ahhh I'm so frustrated. I do like the Duplo style of Penguin's vehicle though

Helicarrier looks better than the Endgame builds but is still kind of weird, and the 4+ set is straight up ugly... I'm a little disappointed

I missed out on Deathstroke's first release so I wish they could make a new one.

These sets are incredible. I grew up watching some of the Journey to the West cartoons, and this definitely brings those good memories back. Day 1 buy!

With the new universal deal, is it basically confirmed that we won't see Will Arnett's Batman anymore?

I think Lego should come up with an improved helmet for comic Iron Man figures though...

I'll have to agree with your comment about Iron Man. I preferred Endgame Ant-Man to previous mold because the new mold actually looks good. I like sleek Iron Man designs but the Invincible Iron Man helmet is just ugly in my opinion. Sorry if I rambled too much about the helmet. I love the print on it I just don't like the mold.

Upon closer look, I like this figure more than my original impression. Still, I would have preferred the flip-up helmet.

I need to take a closer look at War Machine, but so far, I’m not a fan. I just don’t like the invincible iron man helmet. Helmet looks too 2D

That's awesome to hear. I'm very excited for him! Sure, all comic book characters have their dark moments... but Deadpool, as an R-rated movie (which is bloodier than Joker, plus the Joker movie didn't do much to relate to the source material except maybe the name. Deadpool also contains more provocative language/references as well as sex and nudity), is definitely more recent and extremely fresh in everyone's memories. Making a Deadpool set will definitely raise more eyebrows (from parents).

I'm glad you're a fan of the helmet, I just feel that War Machine should be more bulky instead of sleek

I do think they’ll eventually make Deadpool toys, maybe even Lego. I doubt that Deadpool will actually be ”in” the MCU though due to his constant 4th wall breaking. He might just be in his own franchise that, in a sense, can ”exist” in any cinematic universe it wants. Furthermore, we already know that Kevin Feige doesn’t like adding other people’s stuff to his own story. I wouldn’t expect Deadpool to show up in any MCU movie anytime soon

This is what I can't understand. Lego refuses to release Deadpool in normal sets because it's "inappropriate" for kids, but still release variants of him in con exclusives, which apparently has a lottery number that favors kids... WHAT?
