  1. I gotta say I'm very disappointed that Lego has decided not to reveal anything for SDCC (unless they reveal something in the coming days). It seems that everyone except Lego is trying very hard to give fans a look at their new products... On the other hand, given the uncertainty of film releases, I understand why Lego has decided not to reveal anything Marvel-related
  2. Apparently, Disney is considering to move Black Widow again, maybe even to 2021. This brings us back to the questions of 1. will they extend the shelf life of the Black Widow set (maybe do this as well with the WW84 set)? It will be extremely awkward if the movie comes out and the set is already retired. 2. will they release another Black Widow set down the line? That doesn’t necessarily mean we’re guaranteed Lego sets. However, considering that Lego never missed anything MCU post Guardians 1, I would say the chances are high
  3. Likely September to better coincide with the Christmas release date. No new Star Wars movie is coming out in 2021 so the Sep spot is most likely open
  4. Me too... Although I’m still hoping that Eternals release in October
  5. I know many of the Infinity War sets retired or were retiring when 76131 was released featuring Thanos with only 2 stones. I remember many wondered how they were going to complete the collection if they missed the IW sets until Hulk helicopter came out
  6. Probably because they need people to buy HOA and the armory set together
  7. Are they all retiring at the end of this year, or are they going to retire in various times somewhere between now and the end of this year?
  8. What a cool set! I'm probably gonna get this set after I see the movie (I hope it's not delayed again).
  9. Lego doing everything they can to NOT give us minifig-scaled Mario sets... All jokes aside, this is fantastic and the perfect gift for any Nintendo/Mario fans out there.
  10. I'm pretty sure Lego is keeping the October release date for these sets unless we are told otherwise in the future. Based on what we see from the promotional materials, I would say it's very hard for Lego not to make good sets out of this movie, given all the Celestials (Lego's favorite builds -- mechs) and possible alien vehicles/tech present in the film. I think this will be a fantastic wave of sets. However, on a side note, while I'm happy that Lego is releasing more Marvel sets, I'm slightly concerned about more large and expensive Marvel sets becoming a trend. Sure, I would love a $100 set once in a while (for the Avengers or an ensemble film), but as a completionist for Marvel, I would much prefer Lego to release smaller sets but give us new characters. I was never upset with them releasing just one or two small sets per movie as it means I'm able to afford all the sets they release (For example, I'm ok with one $30 Black Widow set, despite me still wanting Red Guardian). Is anyone else concerned that Marvel will become the next Star Wars where it's gonna be 50 sets a year and super expensive so no one can complete the collection? Do we think it's gonna happen?
  11. Over or under 50% chance we get PS5 Miles Morales merchandise?
  12. I think Lego will still do the lottery thing that they did for previous years. Everyone can enter the lottery, but not everyone will get it
  13. I think if Lego does SDCC exclusive minifigs this year, they'll try to anger everyone by making Endgame Cap and Thor...
  14. The horn demons are the highlights here. Demon bull king looks adorable, but overall the builds feel lackluster
  15. That looks super awesome! Lego: makes mechs for almost everyone Also Lego: doesn't make mechs that actually appear in the source material
  16. It's a good set, I just feel that the head is too flat. They could have done a better job with the head.
  17. That sounds like a super cool set! I'm curious to see how they do the brick-built Demon Bull King.
  18. Ok, I have to admit. I had no interest in a LEGO Mosaic theme, but finally seeing these sets... oh did I change my mind. They’re GORGEOUS!
  19. I'm happy. Finally we have a Marvel set that is both good and popular. This set would be quite a good investment to have
  20. This wave is definitely better than I expected. The Joker set is pretty amazing and I love the mobile Bat base and all its hidden vehicles. So much fun!
  21. I don’t see fantastic four happening anytime before their inevitable MCU reboot. In the meantime, expect more Avengers and Spider-Man repeats
  22. I’m very curious about what they will make in 2021. I hope the Avengers line continue with more classic heroes and villains (or better versions of previous heroes and villains)
  23. Yup. They should have went with the older style helmet (the dome piece). It’s a shame because the rest of the set looks really cool.
  24. Out of these 4, I would say that Ultron has the best chance of being re-released. He's a classic Avengers villain and a pretty obvious choice for a villain character in the next wave of Avengers sets. Don't expect Cosmic Ghost Rider, Lego will probably never make the Punisher Review of Hulkbuster is out. Our fears have come true. He looks like he's missing a head when standing up straight.
